Archie's Lake Shore Bakery

Archie's cakes are just like the ones I grew up loving from Hough Bakery. He did our cake, groom's cake and centerpiece cakes for all our guests' tables. The quality was excellent. Coordinating a large and unique order was a bit difficult. Be sure to talk to Archie himself.

We loved everything about Archie's! They only have one flavor of cake but it's absolutely delicious and perfect- the were the best price around, too!!

My cake was exactly what I asked for. I knew I would always get my wedding cake from Archie's. My mom has been obsessed with Hough Bakery forever. Archie worked for Hough Bakery until they closed. He opened his own bakery and continues to use Hough's recipes. I'm still getting compliments on how good the cake tasted and people asking me where I got it from. I would totally recommend Archie's to anyone!

They use the recipes that Hough Bakery used. The cake was awesome. I also used them for an anniversary party and they recreated my parents' original Hough Bakery cake exactly from a photo. Great prices.
