I was born and raised in the New Jersey/New York City metropolitan area and remember as a young girl, being mesmerized by everything related to weddings, which were pretty sizeable affairs where I grew up. After moving to Tampa in 2001, I began planning events for family and friends and realized my true passion was to create beautiful, inspiring environments where people could celebrate the important and special moments in life. After many years of working on numerous social events, large-scale conferences and weddings, I finally decided to start my own business doing what I love most.

I could cry even writing about Rita. At this point, we consider her part of our family rather than someone who planned our wedding. Our wedding was extremely detailed and honestly quite complex (oops, that's on me) and she made us feel like it was all possible and executed it beautifully. She was consistently checking in on us during the planning process and kept up with EVERYTHING. She took everything off our shoulders and could not have been more reassuring. She walked us through every single step and never got impatient, even when I changed my mind often and added on many small things just weeks before. She is not only an amazing planner but an amazing person, I could not possibly recommend more. Our wedding day would not have felt complete without her.

We cannot recommend Rita with Aria Events enough!! We chose her partial planning a la carte option and were very well taken care of. She recommended great vendors to us and handled important communication/contracts, kept us on track for deadlines, and extensively discussed our vision and made it come to life. Day of the wedding she was everywhere, nipped problems in the bud and made it so we could focus on ourselves. I am forever grateful to have found her, I would recommend her to anyone getting married in Tampa.

Working with Rita was one of the best decisions I made while planning our wedding. She answered every question I had during the planning process (and asked the questions I didn't know enough to ask!) She took over the back-and-forth emailing with vendors during the week before the wedding, and solved a couple last-minute issues quickly and calmly. She is the reason I was able to actually enjoy my wedding day--I knew that I could let go of any anxiety I had about things not going as planned, and that if anything went wrong, it would be taken care of. I would absolutely recommend working with her!

Rita was absolutely AMAZING!! There were multiple snags in the wedding planning process and she resolved them in such a way that our wedding was better than I had imagined. She was very hands on and communicative with me and always went to bat when needed. I can't recommend her highly enough, she is an excellent coordinator and we are so lucky to have had her.

Rita has been amazing to work with. From our first consultation call I could tell she would be a great partner to help me plan my wedding. Rita was always quick to respond to my emails, calls, and texts throughout the wedding planning process. She was flexible in meeting with me the week of the wedding to hand off day of decor and other items. She made the wedding day go so smoothly and handled all communication with my vendors so I could focus on getting ready. I highly recommend Rita for your wedding!

Rita was so helpful and always available for chats throughout the planning process! She made her packages very customizable to what we were needing particularly for our wedding. She made planning a destination wedding less nerve wracking and more enjoyable and for that I’m eternally grateful!

Rita was nothing but incredible for our wedding planning AND the day of! She always ensured that everything was going to be ok and was realistic with me about everything when it came to planning. She was always flexible and ensured that she can always be trusted with having our backs. The day of the wedding, she did an amazing job making the impossible possible and keeping the stress levels to the bare minimum, if at all! I would recommend her for any event and I would most definitely use her again for any future events I want to plan down the road!

Rita was a godsend during our entire wedding process! We booked her for the day of, but she made herself available to us during the entire month of our wedding. She was there for us for eveeeerrrything, even if we just needed to vent about how stressful things could be, but she always reassured us that it would go perfectly and she was right! We wouldn’t have been able to have our wedding without her making sure everything was in order. I highly recommend her, she is truly the best.

Rita was incredible! She handled all communication with our vendors the month of the wedding and set up our cocktail and reception space which was exactly what we needed. She treated us like family and we’re going to miss working with her. We received so many compliments about her work from our guests. Thank you for the bottom of our hearts!

Rita was amazing in every way. She is so organized and on top of everything. The day of my wedding I experienced absolutely no stress and knew Rita would have all the vendors exactly where they needed to be, no problem. The whole month before my wedding Rita supported me and made sure my vendors had all the information they needed. If you are hoping for a stress free wedding experience, Rita is your girl!

Rita is a pleasure to work with and we could not have planned our wedding celebration without her! She listens to what you want, is patient and understanding through the whole process and works hard to make sure you have multiple options available to you along the way. She helped coordinate everything with all our vendors, drove to us the day before the wedding celebration to pick up items for the event to set up, and really made sure we didn't have to lift a finger the day of. She responds very quickly and sends regular updates as she is looking into things for you. I was able to walk into my event with everything set up perfectly and not have to worry about a thing. She stayed with us the entire time to ensure everything was operating smoothly. Very dependable and trustworthy.
