Rita and her team were amazing. I truly don’t think anyone else could have given us the day we dreamt of. From start to finish, you have her guidance, ideas, and her coordination. Vendors worked directly with her to that the burden off of us. With our jobs being demanding, Rita took on the role of finalizing everything — arrival times with the most detailed timeline, vendor protocol, working with the venue to make sure it was everything we wanted. She kept our worries small and dreams limitless. I would recommend her to anyone in the Tampa, Fl area looking for the perfect coordinator to make your day perfect

I was born and raised in the New Jersey/New York City metropolitan area and remember as a young girl, being mesmerized by everything related to weddings, which were pretty sizeable affairs where I grew up. After moving to Tampa in 2001, I began planning events for family and friends and realized my true passion was to create beautiful, inspiring environments where people could celebrate the important and special moments in life. After many years of working on numerous social events, large-scale conferences and weddings, I finally decided to start my own business doing what I love most.

quite complex (oops, that's on me) and she made us feel like it was all possible and executed it beautifully. She was consistently checking in on us during the planning process and kept up with EVERYTHING. She took everything off our shoulders and could not have been more reassuring. She walked us through every single step and never got impatient, even when I changed my mind often and added on many small things just weeks before. She is not only an amazing planner but an amazing person, I could not possibly recommend more. Our wedding day would not have felt complete without her.

important communication/contracts, kept us on track for deadlines, and extensively discussed our vision and made it come to life. Day of the wedding she was everywhere, nipped problems in the bud and made it so we could focus on ourselves. I am forever grateful to have found her, I would recommend her to anyone getting married in Tampa.

now enough to ask!) She took over the back-and-forth emailing with vendors during the week before the wedding, and solved a couple last-minute issues quickly and calmly. She is the reason I was able to actually enjoy my wedding day--I knew that I could let go of any anxiety I had about things not going as planned, and that if anything went wrong, it would be taken care of. ess and works hard to make sure you have multiple options available to you along the way. She helped coordinate everything with all our vendors, drove to us the day before the wedding celebration to pick up items for the event to set up, and really made sure we didn't have to lift a finger the day of. She responds very quickly and sends regular updates as she is looking into things for you. I was able to walk into my event with everything set up perfectly and not have to worry about a thing. She stayed with us the entire time to ensure everything was operating smoothly. Very dependable and trustworthy.
