On the day of the wedding, Isabella and the staff helped us pin our boutonnieres and managed to remain calm throughout, even though we were extremely nervous and anxious. We are truly grateful for the Aria wedding chapel, wedding staff, and the photographer who was able to capture some beautiful photos. We had actually won a free wedding thru the LVWCC and AFCC and were blessed to have the Aria offer their wedding services for free. We are so thankful and truly honored to have our ceremony at the Aria. If we had to do it all over again and pay for it, we would definitely still choose the Aria. It was such a breathtaking experience and the hospitable staff knows how to make you feel important and special.

h no errors. It felt like an intimate ceremony that had all the little details I wanted to include. I had a Christian minister and I jumped the broom, all done without a flaw. The only issues I have is that I wasn't aware of the photography package options up front, that would have helped with budgeting. I also didn't get but two shots with just me and my husband. Probably should have booked a bit more time or it could have been a simple request. It is a stunning venue I recommend it if you are looking for something classy in Las Vegas. We worked with Madison May, highly recommend!

es to the exceptional Aria Wedding Chapel team, and in particular, Ms. Isabella Cassanova. My husband and I worked with Isabella for about 8 months. During this time, there were some unforeseen changes that impacted our original venue choice—not Aria’s fault whatsoever—and Isabella was immediate and gracious in alerting us to the change and then helping us come up with an alternate plan. In deciding to have an outside ceremony in August in Las Vegas may be a little concerning given the daytime heat, but with her encouragement our sunset ceremony was breathtaking and easily tolerable in the shaded warmth outside and the chilled champagne served to our guests. Isabella worked with us to make the details easy to manage: from aisle decorations, to the timing and music of the ceremony, to welcoming guests and getting the bridal party organized. She kept us on a reasonable timeline in making decisions as well as offering her seasoned opinion on what would suit best both our guests and us during this special event. Her professionalism, kindness and respectful attitude exemplify the entire Wedding Chapel team. Aria’s customer service overall is impeccable and over the entire wedding weekend our guests (about 60 from all over the world) were treated like royalty. Without hesitation, I would encourage engaged couples to have their ceremony and reception at the Aria, you will be in excellent hands and the event will make a lasting impression for you and all your guests.

Brook made sure it all went smooth and so did Connie at the Vdarra where we had our reception. We also recommend the photo booth a big hit at the reception. The whole process was a breeze and we give them 5 out 5 stars. The wedding the `food at the reception was like dining at a 5 star restaurant and that's information coming from our guest. Since both Matt and I live in NY, it made planning a little difficult (or at least that is what we initially thought), but Brooke made it effortless. Down to the very last detail. Our wedding was poolside on July 4th 2017 and was absolutely beautiful! Our photographer Danelle was also amazing . She just understood us, we're a quirky bunch and she captured every moment brilliantly. Matt and I were able to pick our proofs a few days later! Pulled it all together in a short amount of time and it turned out to be the best day of our lives. They provided all the information we needed upfront and gave us access online to see more choices. They made it super easy to put the ceremony together the way we wanted it. Cut to the day of, from setting up my daughter at the piano so she can play as I made my grand entrance to making sure we got all the pictures we wanted in the chapel they coordinated every bit. The live feed that is provided was greatly appreciated because all of our friends and family from out of state could witness our big day live. I highly recommend Aria Chapel for your special day!

ren't able to view it before booking so I had a lot of faith in the photos. The staff including our coordinator Madison, were extremely professional, helpful, considerate and accommodating. When it comes to package selection we went with the Fantasy package and it was more than enough. The venue is so nice I'm glad I didn't spend money on additional flowers or decorations. The bouquets we had done for the wedding part were impeccable and perfection when it came to coloring. I was thoroughly impressed and saved my flowers to cherish forever. One of my favorite features was the bridal suites. The girls had a great time in the ladies suite drinking champagne and orange juice and the guys loved playing pool and having a few beers before the ceremony. I wish we would have been able to have even more time in the suite! Our photographer we booked through the chapel was absolutely amazing. We bought an additional hour of photography for after the ceremony and we had a great time touring around the Aria taking photos. My entire party was allowed to come with us and we found several wonderful locations to take unique and fun photos. I would strongly recommend being married at the Aria wedding chapel . My guests were all very impressed by the venue as well and everyone only had positive things to say.

Our consultant at the Aria for the ceremony, Isabella, was great and made our entire wedding process and big day stress free. Our consultant at the Vdara for the reception, Connie, was also phenomenal. I honestly would not have changed anything about our wedding and our 52 guests had the time of their lives! cheesy, even the Bellagio! We booked the basic package which was very affordable and came with everything we needed, including a limo ride to get our marriage license. The day of our wedding everything went perfectly. I will give it 4 stars only because of the photography. You are not allowed to bring your own photographer in, which is something I was not aware of when booking. You must use their in house photographer from Imagine Studios. You don't even get to meet with your photographer before the wedding, you have to meet with Tina the company's boss. I felt very ripped off by their pricing, considering I am also a wedding/lifestyle photographer. Coming from knowing pricing very well, it is a rip off. After the wedding we met with Tina and saw our photos from the ceremony. Included in our package we got 20 something prints, but not the digital files. They wanted to charge us over $2000 for just the digital files which were only about 100 or so photos!!! I hired an outside photographer to shoot the rest of my wedding and she was incredible and the same price as those digital files for 6 hours of shooting. Love the Aria chapel, but don't get ripped off by the photography!

To our surprise they had an affordable package with a beautiful chapel that was perfect for us. With short notice Madison helped us plan everything exactly how we imagined it would be. We had a amazing experience! Our family and friends were very thankful of the live web stream. I will happily tell everyone I know about the amazing and positive experience we had with the aria wedding chapel. Thank you.

Separately for the wedding department: When we started planning our wedding in Las Vegas, Aria was not one of the first places we considered. We were not able to visit the place before so all the planning was happening remotely. Comparing our conversations with other classic Vegas wedding venues such as Bellagio, etc. when we spoke to Aria we fell in love almost immediately. We just wanted a nice simple wedding and that is what we got and much more! For our basic $2000 package (with a few upgrades) the ceremony was exactly what we were planning. Isabella was our wedding coordinator and she was fantastic, we sent her so many emails with lots of questions leading up to our arrival, we received a response within 24 hours and she always made us feel at ease. The chapel is beautiful! The aisle treatment is quite expensive but if you can fit it in your budget the chapel would be magnificent! Highly recommend!

g there when we visit Las vegas. We visited the Chapel on one of our stay last summer and loved the decor of the place. We initially met with Isabella Casanova (Wedding coordinator) who gave us the tour and explained the packages available. We did some thinking back in VAncouver and decided to sign an agreement with Aria in Late sep 2016. We then start planning for a Ceremony/reception (Juliano Serrano package) for 60-70 guests. The wedding planning was pain free, little stress and we felt that Aria took care of most of the planning given that we both Live in Vancouver BC. Our coordinator was professional, prompt and extremelly clear with her communication. We probably exchanged handful of voice calls in 6 months, several emails to clarify certain details around the guests, ceremony (music, flowers) Reception food menu. Overall it made it extremelly simple for both the bride and groom to plan our wedding with talented coordinator while working full time. The cost was similar to BC however, what we were looking for was stress free wedding planning and great destination location for our Guests and family. The package include many great features, such as live broadcasting of the wedding ceremony, 2 hours of photography and 2 hours at the juliano serrano restaurant. We had the opportunity to select items from a vast menu, our guests were extremelly pleased with the restaurant, the service, quality of food and staff. Everyone at Aria showcased examplary customer service. Our wedding went through flawlessly and to be honest it exceeded our expectations, it felt like a day in VIP or celebrity wedding. From the ceremony moment until the reception, we also did organize a brunch for our Guests with Heather and we had a section reserved for 50 people. Overall, this entire wedding was hassle free in a sophisticaticed and chic Hotel. Isabella was amazing and we can't thank her enough for all the hardwork she put in planning our wedding in details and listening to our needs. We had to make several adjustements due to guests canceling on us or other critical details that my wife has asked for. I can tell you that Bella didnt miss one email and made sure to respond to us promptly or call us for clarification. Now to discuss the photography which is an important part of every wedding. Aria has a contract with Imagine Studio. We dealt with Tina and Danelle (photographer), they made sure to provide us with different packages and timeline for our wedding day. Everything went smoothly, we added few more packages and at the end , we were so pleased with the outcome and quality of the fotos taken by Danelle, she made us look like models and captured every special moment during our ceremony and reception. CAn't thank her enought. Overall Aria met and exceeded our expectations for this wedding and would highly recommend anyone to have their special day planned by Aria staff, you wont regret it and it will be moment to remember Thanks again to all Aria staff that contributed to the success for our beautiful day. Special thanks for our Minister for our ceremony who spoke nicely and made the ceremony comfortable for all our family and friends and made sure to say just the right words to make this special for us. uests were really impressed with the overall flow and organization. The hotel is really amazing--amenities are top-notch as well as the service. Our photographer was awesome--he spent extra time with us and took tons of photos. My only disappointment is the follow-up with the photography studio post-wedding (which is why I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars). The service at the studio was less than ideal--we were only given 1 option the following day to review photos which we could not do. I then spent the next week calling and emailing the studio to try and set up on-line viewing. Come to find out my contact was on holiday vacation and there was no out-of-office email or message. The manager of the studio finally emailed me with a lame apology. While this may seem minor, I just felt that is was unprofessional and my husband and I had to wait over 2 weeks just to view photos. For the amount of money you spend for this, I would have expected better service. My advice is that you view your photos while you are still in Vegas to avoid any headache. Again--the chapel, coordinator, photographers, hotel, and overall service are excellent and I highly recommend.

s after the wedding, Isabella and the team was available to answer any questions that I had. I live in Washington and had only seen the Chapel in pictures and I will tell you that it is gorgeous! We had approximately 34 people who flew in and everyone had a blast. The ceremony went without a hitch as did the reception. The food, cake, and drinks were delicious! The photos came out as our friends would say..."Stunning". Those who couldn't attend watched the wedding live. Both my husband and I posted the live link on our Facebook page and it was soo cool to have our friends attend via social media. The Executive suite was large and tons of room to accommodate our wedding party. I cannot rave more about the wedding. I don't have one complaint. The day before the wedding Isabella sat us down at the Chapel when we have her our marriage license and she answered all our questions. Let me say this- they are experts and have this wedding thing down. You do not have to be nervous when going through them and they are super accommodating up until the last minute. Our wedding was everything I dreamed about.. elegant, personal, fun and stress free.

ither. Jessie English was fantastic in helping us along the way with the wedding portal and would return emails immediately. Planning an out-of-state wedding can be stressful but the ceremony was flawless. Even when we forgot our bridesmaids bouquets, Jessie was able to find a solution. The photography exceeded our expectations too. The only complaint is the web streaming. It was part of our package but never implemented so our friends and family were unable to watch online as promised. Whatever you want in a wedding the Aria can pull it off. Highly recommended!
