Arianna and her team were a part of the reason my wedding day was one of the best days of my life. Everything was incredibly organized and well taken care of. If there were any hiccups, I had zero idea about them. I’m very grateful that she was able to alleviate so much of the stress that comes with wedding planning.

We are eternally thankful to Arianna for planning the wedding of our dreams! We opted for an intimate, 30-person wedding and Arianna delivered on every single detail. From the start, Arianna was incredibly responsive, very creative in her ideas and approach to problem-solving, and was great about keeping us on track. Personally, I have a really hard time relinquishing control, but Arianna made it so easy to trust her and we had peace knowing things would get done because she was involved. It was so clear to us how much love, care and attention Arianna puts into her craft - it showed the moment we stepped foot into our venue and saw the months of planning come to life. Arianna helped my husband and I plan our wedding after another wedding planner was not meeting expectations. Arianna helped make our wedding something I looked forward to without much stress. She helped me talk through pros and cons about some of my crazy ideas while offering up things I hadn't considered. I never felt like she was pushing certain vendors on me due to affiliations but instead gave me her experience with different vendors and how they would or wouldn't fit what we were going for. We also had a family death in the middle of planning our wedding and Arianna was so respectful of us during that time and was still able to keep our wedding on track. Did I mention she handled my 200 person wedding while pregnant?! She's super woman. If you want a wonderful wedding with a planner who you can count on you need Arianna!

I purchased Arianna's full-service planning and design package, and it was probably the best money we spent during the entire wedding planning process. Arianna was very helpful and patient with my husband and I, even though I know we could be difficult at times. Her design services itself were phenomenal. I was pretty much able to just show her my pinterest board and talk about the overall vibe I wanted, and she was able to execute exactly what I wanted with minimal planning on my part! She also helped us save so much money on our catering and florist costs, as well as give us tips and feedback on how other vendors were working out.

Arianna is just so wonderful and amazing. A day of coordinator is definitely a must have! My husband and I knew we wanted her to coordinate our wedding when we saw nothing but genuine responses from other couples. Arianna is so helpful and sweet and she thinks of details that we didn’t even think of for our wedding day. We do not regret having Arianna work with us, she was one of the best investments we made. Other than that, Arianna and her assistant know exactly what they are doing and they were both on top of everything during our wedding day. Arianna made sure we ate and made sure we had everything we needed, her assistant also assisted in a dress emergency and the both handled everything with so much grace. My bridal party, my family and friends loved Arianna and her assistant and we had so many positive comments about how they handled everything. I highly recommend her, you won’t regret it one bit. Arianna helped my husband and I plan our destination wedding in Costa Rica. We hired her as our full service wedding planner and she is AMAZING at what she does. She helped me plan EVERY aspect of my wedding. She was the main point of contact for the resort and all vendors. I flew her out with me to Costa Rica and she helped me every day we were there with getting to my make up and hair trial appointments, rehearsal dinner, and meetings with the resort. I am not the type of person to speak up if I don't like something, and Arianna made me feel so comfortable in voicing my opinion. I love that about her! We almost had a mishap with the weather and had to make an important on the spot decision and her and husband, Martin, helped us so much!!! I cannot stress enough how patient, organized, and caring Arianna is. If you are thinking of hiring her as your wedding planner or even day-of coordinator I 100% recommend her. She will take so much stress off of you! For my wedding day, she made sure everything went smoothly and according to plan. She made sure, I wasn't feeling stressed or had any concerns. Right before walking down the aisle, she had a tissue ready for me, which I DEFINETELY ended up needing. With so much going on around, you forget about small things like this. After my wedding reception was over, my bustle became undone, however we had plans to attend the resort club, and Arianna had an emergency kit on her, and she bustled it back up!! Like she is a jack of all trades! I DEFINETELY could not have planned my destination wedding without her help. To end this, Arianna spent 5 days in Costa Rica with my family and friends and they all LOVED her. ❤️❤️

Arianna was so incredible to work with! She held various meetings with us at her office and even at our venue! Seeing everything with her there helped solidify our floor plan and vision which gave us even more confidence that she would do an amazing job on the day of our wedding. A week before the wedding she made sure to send all of our vendors a detailed timeline which she put together. On our wedding day, she met us at the hotel where we were getting ready and coordinated all the vendors that were arriving along with delivering items between the rooms the ladies and gentlemen were getting ready in. At the reception venue, she made sure all items were placed correctly, kept everything flowing according to our timeline and made sure all other vendors were on track! During the day she also helped with various other tasks such as assisting with the men’s boutonnieres, brides bustle, preparing the send off, coordinating with the DJ, setting up and breaking down, etc. We don’t know what we would have done without her! The day was stress free thanks to her! She is also bilingual which was very important to us since our families are native Spanish speakers. Highly recommend Arianna for day of coordinator services!

Arianna was exactly what we needed when we started to plan our wedding. I found her about a year in a half prior to the wedding, and she helped me plan it all from start to finish. I used Arianna as my day of coordinator as well as for linens. Everything went smooth through the planning stages as well as on the wedding day. I felt comfortable and confident going to her with questions or when seeking advice. She was always responding in a timely manner and with very informative answers. She ran the wedding day with organization, leaving me to truly enjoy the big day! My linens and place settings turned out beautiful all thanks to Arianna's expertise- I received so many compliments! 10/10 recommend using Arianna for planning and decor!

My husband and I got married in December 2021 and we chose Arianna as our full-service planner and coordinator. First things first, Arianna was beyond flexible, patient, and gentle when my dad suddenly fell ill with COVID-19 which came with a long and scary 5-month hospital stay in the middle of planning. Arianna never once pressured me to move along with planning until I was ready and even coordinated with my booked vendors to update them on my family’s current situation. I can’t even put into words how much that meant to me – so I’ll leave it at that! Leading up to the wedding, Arianna also listened to our concerns over socially distancing our guests from my dad to make him comfortable. She even helped me come up with creative ways to make my ceremony and reception more accessible for my dad and guests with disabilities! Her full-service package was very helpful, especially in the design aspect of our wedding. She definitely was able to edit my ideas down so that everything was nice and cohesive! If I were to suggest one thing, it would be to expand the preferred vendors' list and offer preferred vendors per budget/ price point. Some of the preferred vendors didn’t necessarily fit our needs/wants so at times we found ourselves coordinating services that were a part of the package we paid for. However, Arianna’s day of coordinating was seamless! She attended our rehearsal and videoed the procession/recession for some of our bridal party members that were coming from out of town! This made the day of run-through easy and quick! She was also great at working with our vendors that were new to working with her! We received A LOT OF COMPLIMENTS at our wedding and we wish we could re-live it every day!

We hired Arianna for her day-of coordination package and it was one of the best decisions we made during our planning process! I wanted to plan our event but I knew I needed someone to coordinate on the day of the wedding. It was also super validating to have some guidance on the portions of the day I was unsure how to handle or plan. Arianna and her assistant Stephanie were AMAZING and brought my vision together perfectly! I did not have to worry at all the day of my wedding because they were rock stars behind the scenes keeping things moving. We had the dream team for our day and Arianna was a big part of that team. Cannot recommend her enough!

Our wedding was magical all thanks to Arianna! We truly enjoyed the entire planning experience due to her guidance as we knew she was only an email or text message away from answering our questions and clarifying our doubts. All of her expertise fully supports her work so we always trusted her recommendations. In addition, the day of our wedding, she took care of EVERYTHING! Our guests were so impressed by her diligence and charismatic personality! We wanted not only for ourselves to be stress free but for our families to be stress free as well, and that was achieved! We are so proud to see her grow in her passions and wish we could get married for a second time to do it all over again!

Arianna’s Review Arianna is WORTH IT! I found her while browsing for a wedding planner or at least a day-of coordinator. I then went to her Instagram to see some of her work and fell in love. My husband, fiancé at the time, wanted to talk to her to know exactly what she would be doing. Arianna even let us call her more than once with more and more questions about her services - this was all before booking her. We felt like we could trust her with our wedding after the first phone call! She made herself readily available to us even before booking. Arianna will go above and beyond for her clients. Our first meeting with Arianna was helpful because she made us aware of details we hadn’t thought of before. If you can’t book her for more than day-of, get her for at least day-of services! It was nice get to really enjoy my wedding day instead of myself or my family stressing over the details and timeline on that day. I could go on and on about her but it’ll just keep getting longer, so I’ll stop. I really am grateful for her and grateful we were able to book her. She really is the BEST!

Arianna is a lifesaver. I organized a lot of my own wedding, but coming down to the wire about 3 months until, I realized I needed someone to help me not sweat the details. She's easygoing, kind, funny, and not a "scary" wedding planner who will yell at your bridal party ;) Would recommend her for anyone who needs the services. Truly appreciate the work she did for us.

Having Arianna as our day of coordinator was seriously THE best decision we could have made. Having her around throughout the day, running everything made our day so much smoother. Arianna is a magical human being. I don't need to say any more than that, but buckle up, because we're going on a ride. From our first meeting, my wife and I knew that she was going to take care of us. Obviously, this is a first for both of us, and Arianna made sure we were completely prepared for our day. She asked questions about things we hadn't even considered. She made herself available to us 24/7 if we had any questions or concerns. She spoke to vendors on our behalf and kept them all unified throughout the process. She made some of the most random requests happen the day of all while making it look so effortless. She kept bad actors from acting bad and handled the entire event with an elegance and grace that make Cirque du Soleil shows look like terrible tik tok dances. I may never have another wedding again, but I will spend the rest of my life coming up with a reason to book Arianna for events in the future.

My husband and I searched for a day of coordinator day and night. When we saw Arianna’s page we knew she was the one to go with. When I first met Arianna I was nervous I didn’t know what to expect, but everything clicked so easily as soon as we had our first meeting. She helped us with so many things, especially with things we had totally forgotten we needed (we had a DIY decor wedding). She has such an eye for decor, she knew exactly what she was doing to make sure the venue looked spectacular. Arianna made sure our day went smooth. She always made sure we were good and well during the entirety of the wedding. During the reception my bustle kept falling off and Arianna never failed to say “I’ll fix it”. If there’s anyone you 100% need for your special day, it’s Arianna. She’s beyond phenomenal.

Ariana was second vendor we booked, after our venue, and I’m so glad we did! Our budget didn’t allow for the full wedding planning services, so we booked her for the day-of coordinator services, but she went about and beyond. Before the wedding she offered guidance on vendors we needed to book, vendor referrals, reviewed any vendor contract I sent her, helped coordinate details with vendors, reached out to vendors… so many things. She helped us identify so many things ahead of time that we totally would have forgotten on our own/ wouldn’t have thought of to think through. Our wedding went so smooth and we loved having her energy around. I wish I could have booked her for the full wedding planning services, but so thankful we could at least have her coordinate. We would have been totally lost without her. If you don’t know where to begin with your wedding - book Arianna right now!!

Arianna was AWESOME! From the moment I met with her she gave me so much relief. Before hand, I didn't plan to hire a Day-of Coordinator because it wasn't in my budget. Thankfully, my step sister found her and hired her for me as a gift. Leading up to the wedding she made sure to stay on top of my to-do list because keeping track of vendors, payments and all of that is stressful especially 30 days out. She helped me find a Videographer the night before my wedding because I took too long to book someone. She worked her magic and was able to find someone to show up for my big day the following morning. She was on top of everything that day. I didn't leave her any instruction on where to set things up because I was in a rush. She just figured it out, and everything was set up so nicely. Seriously couldn't have done it without her. My only tip would be to make sure you ask for her to do place cards for the parents. I forgot to do this and my in laws we're facing the dance floor aside from that everything else was perfect. It’s honestly upsetting to have to leave this review but I have to be honest. Arianna was hired as my wedding coordinator and my experience with her was not what I hoped it would be. I do have to give credit where it’s due so I will say she did a great job at making the wedding run as smoothly as possible and keeping it organized in a timely manner. However, she can be very unprofessional with how she deals with the family, guests and bride and groom. She was very rude to my family and did not have any patience when dealing with them. In a role like the one she was in I think it’s extremely important to have patience, know how to manage different groups of people and be very welcoming and friendly with guests and family. She did not show this at all. She seemed very frustrated and stressed the entire time and came to us when things weren’t going as planned…In return this stressed me out and I think as a wedding coordinator it’s important to do everything you can to NOT stress out the bride and groom. I received complaints of how rude she was throughout the day from my guest and family. She also seemed unaware of a lot of things that had to do with the wedding. Throughout the process I had to follow up with her multiple times because she does not respond which I found to be very frustrating as a bride that just wants to feel at ease. I would not recommend her as a wedding coordinator because of the lack of professionalism and kindness with people. She comes off very judgmental towards guests and it was very uncomfortable having her around. It’s a day filled with lots of love and for someone to ruin it by being rude to others that I hired is extremely upsetting. I truly hope no one else ever has this experience with her.

Arianna is in a league of her own. My husband and I are beyond happy that we made the best decision in hiring her. Right after our wedding day was over we saw the true value of having a great planning team. Days later, our families kept letting us know how much they enjoyed our wedding and how beautiful everything was! Arianna was a great planner, she made our day run smooth and kept us on schedule. As a bride, I wanted everything to be perfect, but I could not possibly overlook every detail the day of - having Ariana and her team on board took a lot of weight off my shoulders and allowed me and my husband to actually enjoy our special day (which is what you’re supposed to do!) During our meetings she was attentive, and insightful. She provides you with critical information you and your fiancé need to make sure your day goes the way you wish. These are very interactive meetings so going prepared with ideas you have will help Arianna bring your vision together. We did have some hiccups the day of, which is why we were glad we had Arianna, she and her team were on their A-game. I did not have to search much on the Knot, somehow when I saw her page I knew she’d be perfect for our wedding. She’s bilingual, a believer and an overall genuine and delightful person so that was a plus in my book! ❤️

We met with Arianna in Jan 2020 and knew that she would be the perfect planner for us! She was a great communicator, extremely organized and always proactive. I am a little late on this but I had to make sure that I gave credit where credit is due. Arianna was the absolute best! I don’t know what I would have done without her. We hired her as the day-of coordinator and from the moment we hired her on, she was very attentive to our needs. She communicated well throughout the entire wedding planning experience and never hesitated to answer anything that came up. She helped ask the questions we needed to ask to coordinate with all of our vendors, questions that never even crossed our minds. Her experience in the field definitely shows! I loved her because she was very detailed oriented. I am an architectural designer. So, to me, it is all about the details and I tend to be a bit of a perfectionist. The day of, I was able to let go, enjoy my day all because I was able to trust her. She kept things going, on schedule based on the timeline, helped with the decorating at the venue, and kept the drinks coming for me (let her know your preferred drink and she’ll keep them coming). It was very important for us to have someone bilingual and she nailed it. She did a phenomenal job. So grateful for her and how smooth things went! I definitely recommend her.

BEST planner EVER!! We did not have one worry the day of the wedding because of her. She is kind, patient and knows her stuff! I set a box of decor at the door of the venue came back a couple hours later and Everything was set up exactly how I wanted it, even better then thought! That was exactly my first thought when beginning mine. What I mentioned here is just a fraction of what she did for us. She is great at what she does. Timely, professional and calm. On top of that, she is such a sweet person, someone you will want to be friends with! We could not have asked for more! Hire her, she is everything you are looking for & more! P.S. Please consider hiring her husband as your photographer as well. We are glad we did! They are an amazing team! He’s just as passionate about what he does as Arianna and it shows!

I loved working with Arianna and having her coordinate one of my styled shoots. She was great at communication and my shoot was able to run smoothly thanks to her! I'm so excited to partner up with her for my next shoot, in which she would also be providing some rental items like plates and napkins! I cannot wait!

I don't know where to start! I am truly grateful for Arianna, working with her was the best decision I could have made. she was bilingual which was a big deal for me because of my family, she was present from start to finish, so many things I was clueless about she was prepared and on top of everything. Nothing was a problem for her especially with all the covid last minute changes she adjusted and made everything go smoothly. I think I would text her so late at night, she was always responsive! Arianna was the BEST "Day-of Coordinator." She truly exceeded our expectations and really helped guide and assist us throughout the few months before our wedding day. With many planning uncertainties and gaps, she really made the plan flow well. Some things I really love about her: FLEXIBILITY - Before the event, she met with us both via video chat and in-person multiple times. She was willing to work with our schedule and also willing to drive all the way across town to meet us, which shows how dedicated she is to her clients. - During the event, she gracefully solved challenges, problems, and guided the event on time (PUNCTUALITY) POSITIVITY - Not only do we love her because she's an Aggie (WHOOP!), but she was always positive no matter how flustered planning got. She always helped in a positive way and made the big day so much more special. I always came out of a meeting with a more positive outlook on our event. BI-CULTURAL / BI-LINGUAL - Our wedding was an interracial marriage with lots of family members both Mexican and Persian, so it's great that Arianna knows Spanish and English! ORGANIZED - When you're planning a wedding, you think you've got it all figured out - but you actually don't! Arianna picked up our plans and made it flow seamlessly with impeccable organizational skills. SHE WILL GO ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR YOU!!! - We wanted to make sure we ate during the wedding, so we made a list of the foods we would like to eat. She brought us two full plates of food and definitely made sure we had the opportunity to eat! - She guided us every step of the night and even printed out a schedule of the night for us in small text so we can hide it near our seat. - She is always a phone call or text away! - She will be one of your biggest cheerleaders on your big day and will minimize ANY conflict you have. Anything that happens, she will help facilitate a solution!! She is absolutely the best. I cannot recommend her enough. - She also offers very reasonable prices!

This girl is AMAZING! As a wedding photographer, I work with a ton of wedding planners/coordinators. Arianna was not only great at communicating with all of the vendors but really fantastic at making sure our bride's vision was kept throughout the day. She created a perfect timeline, she was so friendly and sweet. I really hope to work with her again!

She is awesome from the start to the end. Beautiful person, who help you in everything you need , no matter If it is included in her contract she help in all the areas to make your day perfect. I am happy I had her as my coordinator, I couldn’t choose better.

Wow! What can I say? Just WOW! I don’t know what would’ve happened on my wedding day if I didn’t have Arianna! Seriously! She was just A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!
