ra, but her sense of humor and calm demeanor made us feel so comfortable and ourselves. It really felt like we had a close friend doing our photos. Her work is also beyond beautiful and really captures every moment & person perfectly. I really don't know how she did it, but she never missed a shot of our guests or me and my husband at the exact right time. Our wedding felt like it went by in an instant, but every time I look through our gallery, I can truly re-live every single second. Arielle is an artist and lovely person to work with. essionalism during our wedding & reception (and her punctuality in sharing our photos with us), to her wonderful, warm, welcoming, friendly attitude which absolutely brought out the best in all of her photographic subjects - guests and couple alike.
Our pictures are absolutely GORGEOUS and Arielle captured seemingly every single special moment from our wedding day (even some of the most artful still-lifes of the hors d'ouevres - which are often invoked by guests at our wedding over two years after the sumptuous feast) - there's kinetic dancing pics, regal toast pics, excellent candid shots and artful posed photographs. We were married at my wife's childhood home and there are luscious rhododendrons in the front which were the visual centerpiece of many of our posed photos, but it was Arielle's suggestion to shoot a couple fun "hipster album cover" photos in front of the flowers and those pics turned out great! She really accommodated every single one of our wishes for the posed photos, but also added so much more by just freely roaming and snapping incredible memories of her own volition. When you hire Arielle, rest assured, she'll take all of your wishes and desires into consideration, but let her do her thing, as well - she absolutely knows what she's doing.
Arielle promptly shared our photos with us via a WeTransfer link but then also mailed us an absolutely beautiful thumb drive with all our of hi-res photos on it a couple weeks after our wedding. We just absolutely could not have made a better decision. She is worth every penny and I regret waiting over two years (!!) to post a review, but let my passion and fervent support of Arielle serve as an even further endorsement - this long after the big day, I am still THRILLED by our photos. Hire Arielle and rest assured, this is one major element of wedding prep you won't have to worry about any longer.

We felt like we were celebrating with her on wedding day and she worked so beautifully with our other vendors (planner, videographer, etc) She had great recommendations and helped us find some of our other vendors and even recommended which umbrellas to buy to wish away the bad rain karma ;) If you're digging through tons of photographer reviews, stop here and do yourself a favor- hire Arielle. I even did a blind test with my fiancé by comparing examples of photographer's work for him and having him pick his favorite out; it was clear, Arielle's work stood out above the rest with no bias!
The day of my wedding was extremely stressful at the beginning but Arielle remained supportive and calming, doing her work while keeping in the background so as not to overwhelm me while I handled all the issues that popped up. She aided in corralling people for photos when we were running short on time during cocktail hour and made the group shots as fast and painless as possible.
I had many people telling me for weeks afterward how amazingly efficient, professional, calm and sweet she was and how she really took charge of situations where no one else was in order to keep us all on schedule. She even had advice and tips for certain Jewish elements of the ceremony and Ketubah signing that I would not have been aware of otherwise.
I continue to recommend Arielle not just as a friend and colleague, but as an advent admirer of her work and her as a person. She is well worth every penny, and I couldn't' have trusted the most important day of my life to be captured forever by anyone else.

and present in the process. Her communication is stellar- always quick to reply and thoughtful in content. Her willingness to go above and beyond is incredible. She put in extra time and effort to plan our unique engagement session. Also, as an out-of-state bride, she was willing to email and skype about all sorts of details (scheduling, planning portraits, etc.). When it comes down to it, its about the photos- and she blew me away. 1 month and 1 day after my wedding, I received the most gorgeous set of proofs I've ever laid eyes on.
First, she is incredibly consistent. She doesn't just rock at portraits, every aspect of my day was beautifully documented. Both posed and candid, inside and outside- all gorgeous! And she gets it- she listened to us and knew what was important to us. She took amazing details shots which my friends and family will treasure (friends put our flowers together, Maid of Honor baked our cake).
Overall, Arielle makes taking photos enjoyable! One of my favorite parts of our wedding was escaping the reception with Arielle and her assistant and taking 'sunset portraits'. Both my husband and I agree that we love those photos and enjoyed the quiet time away from guests to enjoy one another's company, all of which was facilitated and guided by Arielle's amazing expertise.

one call with Arielle I knew I was incredibly lucky to have found her. This feeling was 100% confirmed when my fiance and I met her a few months later for our engagement shoot. We had such a great time shooting with her and the pictures she took were some of the most beautiful I have ever seen. During the months leading up to our wedding she was great, responding immediately to any questions we had. When the actual wedding day arrived I was so happy to see her - she is such a warm and genuine person and I was thrilled to have her with me on such an important day. Truly, I have never seen such beautiful pictures of myself, my friends and family. She somehow captures photos where you look like yourself, but your best self on your best day ever. She captures intimate and genuine moments, that do not look frozen or artificial. She was an absolute dream to work with, from start to finish. My husband and I are generally pretty camera shy, and so we were apprehensive about having to take so many shots on our wedding day. I've seen some of her more recent wedding shoots, and her work has only gotten better. Her photos are STUNNING. She excels in bringing out the personality of her subjects. She's great in natural light (our ceremony and photo shoot were outdoors), and captures the most spectacular moments without being intrusive. She's delightful to work with, listens well, and delivers beautiful pictures. I HIGHLY recommend her.
