Aries' Cakes

We are so incredibly grateful to Chantel Scott and Aries' Cakes for creating the wedding cake of our dreams. From start to finish, Chantel was professional, organized, talented, and genuinely wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. We chose a 12” tall chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream, salted caramel filling, and light vanilla buttercream frosting with simple frosting details and white florals. Chantel took exactly what we envisioned and executed it perfectly. The cake was elegant, timeless, and absolutely beautiful — it fit our wedding aesthetic flawlessly and became such a standout part of the reception. The tasting experience alone showed how much care and attention Chantel puts into her work. She invited us out to try several variations of the flavor profile we were considering, and every single option was incredible. What impressed us even more was that nothing was lost when scaling up to the actual wedding cake — the cake on our wedding day tasted just as amazing as it did during the tasting. Beyond her talent as a baker, Chantel was exceptionally helpful and communicative throughout the planning process. She had every detail organized, was incredibly punctual, and made everything feel stress-free and seamless. We truly felt like we were in excellent hands from beginning to end. Almost everyone at our wedding commented on how beautiful and delicious the cake was, and many guests have continued to bring it up even after the wedding. It was genuinely one of the highlights of the evening for so many people. We cannot recommend Aries' Cakes highly enough and are so thankful Chantel was part of our wedding day.
