Arizona Nordic Village was such a beautiful venue! The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. The communication was solid, both via emails and calls we setup since we were not local. Everything was perfect! They were flexible and ready to help with anything we needed. So happy with our selection of ANV as the venue for our wedding!

We did a simply Ceremony, we got the venue for 3 hours it was $500. We then added on an extra hour and rented out the ponderosa suite for that time along with the yurt for an additional charge. Everyone there was incredibly helpful and kind. Our ceremony turned out beautifully. We even got to decorate the Aspen Arch, they provided a Bluetooth speaker and microphone. We loved it, exactly what we wanted and for our budget.

ay of coordinator through the venue so we didn’t hire a coordinator. The day of the wedding, the coordinators that we were communicating with us during the whole process were out of office (nothing wrong with that but was a bit weird considering they were our point of contact the whole planning process). The day of “coordinator” was not very helpful and put a lot of stress on our families because we were under the impression that they would play a traditional coordinator role. I wish there was more communication.

It's taken me a year to write this review without being livid. My partner and I fell in love with this venue for its stunning views of nature and the flexibility they offered. HOWE...
VER, their team (Sarah, Morgan, and Kendra) was horrible to work with. They overcharged me twice, they had to reschedule the venue walk through with my planner DAY OF because they forget they had a wedding that day; which was also inconvenient since I drove from PHX and my planner from Tucson. The WORST thought was that I paid to rent out every cabin and room they offered so that our day would just be filled with our wedding party. They double booked and did not communicate this with me, so when I got to the venue the day of our wedding, there were strangers everywhere and the rooms we paid for were filled with people who were not our guests. They did not give me any notice or apologize for this major inconvenience, nor did they do anything to make up for it. What they should have done was paid for a hotel for all of the people they booked who were not apart of the wedding. Instead, they did not give me a refund for the rooms, offer an apology, or give me any advanced notice.

We fell in love with this venue at 1st sight and just have are wedding here. Everything turned out perfect such a great venue but there was some minor bumps I paid Extra for the...
heating lamps when I got there the lady that was helping with the wedding didn't want to refill them saying I didn't pay for them so I had to stop in the middle of my Reception to go get a receipt to show her that I paid for them. It was a good thing that I kept it And it seemed like she got a little upset that she had to refill them.
