I couldn't recommend ARJ Productions more and I do not know what I would of done without them. They are extremely professional, organized, detailed oriented, and on top of EVERYTHING. They let me know exactly what I needed to be doing and when to make sure we met all deadlines and got the vendors I wanted. We met constantly to touch base and they were there for me whenever I needed. They reached out to all vendors for me, but had me on the communications to make sure I was aware of all the details. The timeline they put together for my family and the vendors was so detailed, it made the wedding day run so smoothly. Everyone knew exactly where to be and when. I could go on and on, but they were the greatest people to work with and made my wedding day everything and more.

We (FOB, MOB, B and G) all participated in choosing our daughter's wedding planner. That is to say, ARJ was fully vetted among 4 or 5 planners, and we couldn't have been happier with our choice of ARJ Productions. As FOB and a stickler for details, I was amazed at how magnificently Ari and her team brought together the venue, caterer, photographer, DeeJay, and all the rest. We chose the Full Wedding Planning package because I am in graduate school and my husband was living in another city at the time we were planning our wedding, and we only had 7 months to plan our wedding. It was the BEST decision. From the very beginning, they were always on top of things, meticulously organizing every detail and ensuring that nothing was overlooked. Their exceptional ability to keep us on schedule was a true lifesaver, allowing us to fully enjoy the journey leading up to our big day. Thanks to their professionalism and dedication, our stress level was drastically dropped, and we were able to truly savor every moment. Even the weeks leading up to the wedding were virtually stress free because Ari and Kristin had helped us stay on track the months prior. Ari and Kristin were an exceptional team! With their guidance the planning phase didn't feel too overwhelming and the wedding itself was flawless. Our caterer cancelled on us due to a disagreement with the venue a few months before our wedding date. Ari and Kristin were prepared with back up options when they relayed the news, which the caterer we went with ended up being, in our opinion, better than the original caterer we booked. It gave us peace of mind knowing how well connected Ari and Kristin are with wedding vendors in the area. All of their recommended vendors were remarkable. The wedding ceremony and reception were magical, and we did not have to worry about anything that day. Ari and Kristin made it so we could enjoy our day to the fullest. We would definitely recommend this team to any couple looking to get married.

Ari & her team are exactly what you need in a planner. I thought I was organized until I met them. We met regularly, they kept me straight and most importantly they have built relationships with other vendors that I felt like I had one big dream team. Ari had an established relationship with our venue, the florist and the DJ!! She's incredible. She quickly became family. Ari got to know me so well and when we hit a snag 2 days before the wedding day, she and Kristen knew exactly what to do and say to keep me calm and work things out. I knew I was in good hands and kept calm. On the wedding day, I can guarantee that things wouldn't have gone so smoothly without Ari & her team. She made sure we got to cocktail hour on time, we got all the pictures we wanted and we ate our meals. She took care of the entire wedding party, making sure they all knew where they needed to be and when. She ensured we stuck to our timeline and even enlisted my MOH to ensure we stuck to it. :-). I really enjoyed Ari & her team and love Ari so much. I must have said "I am going to tell Ari" or "I am going to ask Ari" more than a dozen times the week and day of our wedding. There are not enough words to talk about how fantastic Ari, Kristen, and their team are. One of the first things Ari told me was you have to like your wedding planner because you have to work so closely with them throughout the whole process and it was the best advice! I appreciated her positive energy, organization, honesty, and expertise every step of the way. When we hit a snag with our caterer and needed to find a new one, Ari had already figured out an entire plan B and came to me with everything laid out and ready to go. She made the entire wedding planning process low-stress and her checklist and check-in meetings helped keep us on track. Her connections and relationships with our vendors truly made everything seamless. Our wedding would not been as amazing without Ari, Kristen, and their team facilitating everything and making the magic happen. We were lucky to find them early on in the wedding process and cannot recommend them enough!

Ari and Kristin fully compliment each other. They helped us communicate to the vendors, we started our planning 6 months before. I signed a contract with a make up company prior to the trial and after 2 trials, I was not satisfied with my look. Ari was able to help me break the contract and get me a full refund. The day of the wedding everything ran smoothly and Ari and Kristina took care of every single detail, making sure guests were well directed. I did not have to worry about anything the dat of the wedding. 10/10 would recommend this team!

Ari and her team were stand our all stars for our wedding. She helped us plan a 150 person wedding from soup to nuts in less than 3 months (after our original location was blown away by a hurricane). I wish I could give Ari and her team 10 stars!!!! She was the backbone of making our day and whole planning experience absolutely perfect! She is so communicative, supportive, and just a delight to be around. We had a couple snags in our planning process with our caterer and Ari went above and beyond what she was contracted to do for us to help us find a new caterer 3 months out from the wedding day. What could have been an incredibly stressful situation was just a little blip on the planning timeline. She kept our big day rolling right on schedule, kept the bridal party organized, and got all the vendors where they needed to be. There are not enough words to truly describe how amazing she was to work with!!!

Where to start, Ari and Kristin were our 250+ guest wedding planners. No words can describe the amazing work they’ve done to make our wedding magical. Both Ari and Kristin have the special skills, talent, and knowledge to make the dream wedding/event you have in mind turn into reality. And, at times, when we weren’t sure of on certain things, they came with a number of great options. Ari and Kristin are a 24/7 team and they were only a text message away when we needed them. Their secret weapon is the wide network and connections they have with different vendors - Florist, Venue, photographers, videographers, party bus, hair and make up artists, decorators, musicians… you name it. What was also extremely helpful, is that they know the business inside out and are the best price negotiators - the POC for our venue tried to sell endless number of items to us and Ari and Kristin were there to say no, we have those items covered for a much cheaper price and sometimes at no cost. Once again, ARJ Production are, BY FAR, the best in the business!

Ari and Kristen did such a great job with our September 2022 wedding! They were so easy to work with, responsive and Kristen made sure our day ran smoothly and that our vision came to life. I had such a calm wedding day and I was able to fully enjoy it because I knew Kristen had everything handled. Even though we chose to do a small wedding (50 people), I'm so thankful we hired ARJ for month of planning. It allowed myself and my (now) husband to be fully present with our family and friends. It also gave us peace of mind to know that all the money we spent and time we put toward planning would be worthwhile because our wedding day would be executed well. Having ARJ meant that our family and friends could fully enjoy the day and didn't have to do any work which was a huge plus for us since so many flew into town to celebrate with us. Highly recommend!

Ari & Kristin are two of the best in the industry! We booked them for our 180 guest wedding and it was the best decision we ever made. They were professional in every aspect of the planning process, and also personable in all of our conversations. We totally trusted them and felt so comfortable as we worked through the details of the wedding. From a communication standpoint, you wont find a better duo: We booked them in March for a November wedding, and they would routinely reach out to ensure we were still on task, schedule check ins, and send over updates. Anytime we had questions, they'd respond within 24 hours with the answers we needed. They are also so well connected to the other wedding vendors, that it almost felt like we had friends on the inside who did all of our bidding. From a resource perspective, their wedding planner software is top notch. We had our own online log in and could collaborate on our timeline, vendor contracts, guest count, checklists, etc. This online tool made our lives so easy because all of our conversations and ideas were put on the site and we could make daily adjustments and updates; If you're anything like me and want to tinker with ideas during your daily lunch break, this software tool will become your best friend. On gameday, they made the timeline as smooth as butter. We didn't have to stress over any details or hiccups and they gave us gentle reminders to enjoy the day and the special moments throughout. Overall, they created a wedding day that we will never forget. We are forever thankful to Ari and Kristin for how special they made our day and how easy and fun they made our planning process. 11 out of 10 would recommend!

Being the Mother of the Bride, I soooo very much appreciated their professionalism and, at the same time, their kindness and compassion ! Their suggestions were right on! We hired ARJ Productions for our wedding and worked closely with Ari, and I have to say it was one of the best decisions we made to have our wedding go smoothly. We did the month of plan, but the communication with Ari started way earlier and she would always check in with us before hand to make sure we were on track or if we needed any extra help. Ari was and is so supportive and attentive through the whole time that we worked with her. There was a chance of rain the day of our wedding and Ari always checked in with us to make sure that we were calm and comfortable if we needed to do a last minute change with the rain plan, which we luckily did not have to do! Ari and Kristin were amazing! Our wedding day ran so smoothly and calmly thanks to them. They handled various last minute changes from vendors and kept us on time for a beautiful day. The planning process was made so much simpler with their guidance, and they were incredibly responsive when we had questions. We originally scheduled our wedding in August 2020, so they were very helpful in the process to move it out to August 2021 as well. So glad we were able to work with them!!

Hiring Ari (full planning service) was hands down one of the best decisions we made at the beginning of our wedding planning process - which started in the fall of 2019 (aka the "before times"). With an original October 2020 wedding date, and a multi-day event in the works, you can only imagine the various vendor gymnastics required to postpone our larger celebration to July 2021, while also planning a small backyard elopement on on our original date. Planning a wedding during a pandemic is no small feat, and Ari was a godsend through all of it - flexible, supportive and on top of so many moving pieces. Between the fantastic vendor relationships she brings to the table, as well as relationships she's able to build thanks to her responsiveness and professionalism, navigating the massive amounts of uncertainty involved in pulling off our wedding just as restrictions were lifted in DC was made so much easier. I honestly have no idea what we would've done without her! If you are considering hiring a planner, I could not recommend Ari more!

We found and hired Ari in the summer of 2018 for our November 2019 wedding, shortly after we realized how daunting planning a large wedding in DC can be. Besides marrying each other, Ari was, by far, the best decision we made when it came to our wedding. She helped us navigate through each and every little detail of the process to help make our vision of a dream wedding a reality for us. She is super responsive, down to earth, realistic and energetic. She was a great advocate for us when it came down to any issues or difficulties we experienced (which was very few thanks to her!). Ari makes you feel like you have her undivided attention for the entire duration of wedding planning. Ari has a wide network of vendors in the industry that clearly enjoy working with her, as well, which is a great indicator of her personality and work ethic. I met and hired many of my vendors directly through Ari, which turned out to be a wonderful decision for us. In addition to being a wedding planner, Ari also doubles as a crisis manager. Just a couple days before our wedding, the Nationals won the World Series and we learned that the parade was likely to march right through our plans. When I woke up in a panic and messaged Ari at 7AM, she had already been awake and devising an emergency plan with our vendors. Ari is worth her weight in gold simply for her ability to stay cool and calm under pressure. Even at Ari’s full planning level of service, her prices are ridiculously inexpensive for the amount of time, work, and energy she put into our wedding. She was the superglue that held it all together, and we had a beautiful, seamless, smooth wedding that we could actually ENJOY.. all because Ari was working behind the scenes. She is simply the best, and we are sad that Ari cannot plan every other part of our life from here on out. Do yourself a favor and hire her!

Ari did a great job planning our wedding. We reached out to several planner around 3 months before our wedding day, which is not a lot of time. And Ari is the only one responded. We met with her the next morning and decided to choose her as our planner. Ari helped us find a great venue, florists, musicians, transportation and an officiant. She also went with us for several sights and meetings. At our wedding day Ari also gave us a lot of help. She coordinated a lot of the details. We are thankful for Ari. Ari is more than just a wedding planner, she's a miracle worker! We couldn't have imagined a more perfect day and it was all thanks to Ari. I truly don't know how I would have done my wedding without Ari. She was amazing in every aspect and went ABOVE and beyond what was required of her. I am not sure how she pulled everything off but she made our wedding 100% stress free and seamless. It was an unforgettable day for my wife and I. I am someone that is very big on responsiveness. I get worried when emails get ignored or it takes significant time to get a response. I can say with 100% certainty Ari responded to every question and detail within 10 minutes. Hiring Ari Jones for my daughters wedding was the single best decision I made for the whole affair. She was top notch in all aspects- from day one to the actul;a event nad follow up she was on top of EVERYTHING. Super responsive and creative. Thought of things we never even imagined. Well worth it and will use her again in a heartbeat. JUST DO IT!

Not sure 3500 characters is quite enough...but in a nutshell, you may survive wedding planning on your own but you will be much worse for the wear if you don't use ARJ productions. It's just not worth it way--I am admittedly neurotic and very organized, and I would NOT have survived wedding planning without Ari and her amazing team! This is a phrase my family and I said a lot during the planning. We had around 250 guests so there was a lot to manage. We used a ton of Ari's vendors, but the ones we did find on our own Ari worked with flawlessly, which is not always the case with wedding planners. She was on every call with vendors, and my *strong* suggestion would be to do the whole package so you can use her unlimited time, it's just not worth feeling like you can't have full access since the team has a ton of clients at any given time. I can say after we used her that she should charge more for her services, because more than planning, wedding organizing for a large and formal wedding is stressful in ways you can't predict before doing it, and Ari and her team are providing not just actual planning but de-stressing reminders so you don't have to! Ari is a must-have for any event! Just hire her! I cannot say enough positive comments about how much she helped make my daughter's wedding wonderful. Ari is extremely organized, thorough, creative, resourceful, smart, friendly, positive and someone you can count on to take care of any situation and take charge of any situation, should it come up- - - and things will always happen the week before, the day before, the day of, and at the last minute! I interviewed several party planners, and I'm so glad I hired Ari. She took control of communicating with my vendors and ultimately, she gave me a sense of comfort- knowing that everything will go smoothly, which it did, thanks to Ari!

Hire Ari - just do it! I interviewed quite a few coordinators and felt I connected best with Ari. She was great to work from the entire time, even though based on our contract I really only had her services the month before the event. She's knowledgeable, has great ideas, has a ton of connections, and was fantastic and wrangling some of my less organized vendors. This was super helpful the week before the wedding when I had a million other things going on; she was able to solve problems I didn't know I had. I'd hire her again in a heartbeat. Her assistant for the day of, Kristin, was also great. Thank you, Ari!

Quickly after we started planning our wedding, we realized that we needed help. Although we had found a venue/caterer and our wedding was on the smaller side (50 people), we had a lot of questions and the idea of organizing all the day-of details was completely overwhelming. In addition, we had started planning in earnest only 4 months before the wedding date. We luckily found ARJ Productions via online reviews, and from our initial conversation, immediately liked Ari. She was easy to talk to, informative, experienced, and very organized. It was obvious that this is a passion for her and takes great pride in the events she plans. After signing the contract, Ari immediately started helping us get organized. She provided wedding software that had a few features other wedding apps didn’t and could be shared with herself and us. Ari kept in constant contact with us during the entire planning process. She is very responsive to emails (so much that we would joke if we hadn’t received a response within the first 10 minutes she must be dead, but this was rare). She was always willing to answer questions and provide feedback. We were still lacking ceremony musicians and a florist, Ari provided recommendations and coordinated vendors for both and they worked out perfectly. In addition, Ari created a very detailed timeline to make sure all the pieces fell into place. We were able to provide this to the bridal parties and our families to make sure everyone knew what to expect. In the background, Ari was also double checking all the details with the other vendors we had. Ari was double booked for the day of our wedding (she made this known from the start), so Kristin was our day-of coordinator (with the assistance of another coordinator). Kristin was included on all emails during the entire process and went with us on the venue walk-through. Kristin has an amazingly calm presence that I was very grateful for on our wedding day! Although I didn’t think it would be possible for me, I was actually able to relax and enjoy the moments, since I knew that someone was coordinating in the background and someone would make sure everyone was in the right places at the right time. Although there was some minor issues that Kristin took care (which we didn’t even know about until after), our wedding was essentially perfect. I was so pleased with their efforts and would recommend them to anyone planning a wedding!

We can not say enough positive things about ARJ Productions. From the beginning of the process till the end Ari was on top of things and knew how to make the night a success. All the guests loved the event and we couldn’t of pulled it off without her guidance. Her vendor recommendations were also fabulous!

Do yourself a favor, hire Ari for the "month of planning". With any large event, you will have something not go according to plan and, in our case, Ari was there to handle it all in a calm, cool, and collective manner that let us know it will all be okay. Ari is constantly checking on all the details, small and large, to make sure nothing is overlooked, both before the event and during. Most importantly, she was always checking on us to make sure we were okay. We cannot thank Ari and her team enough, they really helped to make our day special. Thank you so much Ari and team!

My husband and I wanted to renew our vows for our 25th Wedding Anniversary but were not quite sure how to host the event. Ari created the most unforgettable experience! It was definitely more then just an "event". It was a magical evening and she captured our vision perfectly. The casual elegance we wanted came to life in our own back yard. The evening was choreographed perfectly with our vows mixed in to the celebration at the perfect time. Truly a very special evening.

Ari was amazing! I have never met someone more organized who had answers to any and every question. Ari's attitude was fantastic. She was always happy with a smile on her face. She made our big day run flawlessly and we could not have asked for a better day of planner!

We hired Ari to be our month-of planner for our wedding and couldn't have been happier. We had a pretty low key wedding and weren't sure if hiring a planner would be a necessary expense, but let me say that we definitely would not have been able to do everything without her help, even for our small-scale gathering. She helped not only the month of the big day but throughout the whole process for many months making sure we were on top of everything and on schedule. If you're thinking of hiring Ari, just do it. You'll be glad you had the help and she will make sure everything is perfect for your event.

Hiring Ari was by far the BEST decision we made in an entire year of wedding planning! My husband and I are a weird mix of both incredibly Type A people and big partiers and we wanted a large, elaborate, beautiful, and fun wedding on a family property. Planning a wedding with a standard venue is hard enough, but to create our own venue we definitely needed the best wedding planner out there: Enter Ari! I could go on and on about Ari but I’ll list the things I looked for in reviews while wedding planning: 1. Responsiveness! Ari responds so quickly (Sometimes within seconds!) to every call, text, e-mail, etc. at pretty much every hour of the day! She makes you feel like you are her top priority at all times, even though she is incredibly busy. I’m not actually sure she even sleeps because it feels like she works for you 24/7! 2. Budget! Ari saved me more money from the discounts her preferred vendors gave me than she actually even charged. Literally, my wedding was cheaper because I hired her than if I’d had no wedding planner! She’s also so savvy at knowing where to put money for maximum effect and where you can cut costs with no impact. 3. Fun! This should really be at the top of the list. Wedding planning is a whirlwind and who wants to feel like it’s yet another task after a long day at work?! Ari makes everything into a productive party. She came to every vendor meeting with us and at group tastings and such it was noticeable how much more fun we were having than other groups- even while she makes sure every question is asked and everything on her extensive checklists gets covered! Post wedding, I’m really missing talking to her every day because she’s a mix of a BFF and a fairy godmother who makes all your party dreams come true :) 4. Organization! Absolutely nothing slipped through the cracks on my wedding day/week because of Ari. It was very easy for me to take off the planner hat and put on the Bride hat and just soak in the moment because I trusted Ari 100% to handle everything (And again, I’m a Type A spreadsheet queen- trusting does not come naturally!) Without a regular venue, we had vendors for everything from valet parking to luxury bathroom trailers and not a single thing was overlooked. Ari is truly the amazing and she will be my planner for any event I throw from here on out! If you want the best planner available (And who doesn’t want the best?!) ARJ Productions is it!

Home run! We hired ARJ for a large party at our home. Everything was perfect and exceeded expectation. She is full of ideas and is on top of every detail. I never want to have an event without Ari involved!

Ari is OUTSTANDING. No doubt she’s the reason I was stress-free for my daughter’s Bat Mitzvah party. It was a pleasure to work with Ari and ARJ Productions. She’s everything you want in the person who’ll be making sure your event goes off without a hitch: she’s extremely detail oriented, always responsive, has great contacts and creative ideas. Whether it was help with my DJ or putting together a timeline that fit with all my changes Ari went above and beyond. She thought of things that might have been otherwise missed, and always made me feel like my event was priority #1 for her team. ARJ Productions brought everything together seamlessly, and kept me from having to deal with all the last minutes details that inevitably pop-up. The event was beautiful and fun. Thanks to Ari I was able to totally enjoy the party. Can’t wait to work with ARJ Productions again for my twins’ B’nai Mitzvah in two years!

Hiring Ari to coordinate our wedding was the best decision we have made during the wedding process. Our wedding day went just like planned because Ari was always one step ahead of the game. She asks the right questions to fully understand your unspoken needs and vision and she carries them out flawlessly. We had unique cultural events during our wedding which I was most concerned about but Ari took the time to learn about those unique cultural events and she executed them like a native :) I’m very impressed!!! Ari also has a great eye for pictures and made great recommendations for when I had my photoshoot at the venue. Ari is very personable, friendly and professional. She did go above and beyond her duties to ensure our wedding was beautiful and successful. My family and guests also commented on how joyful it was to interact with Ari and how easy going she was.
