I hired ARJ Signature Events to assist me in planning my bridal shower. I gave them 2 hours to setup my event that was to start at 1:00pm. They were late!!! When I arrived at 12...
:30, everything was in disarray. They closed the door on my guests entering the space while they continued to work and the event did not begin until 2:15pm! I had to pay a photographer and the venue for additional time as a result. I tried to explain to the ARJ that they were the root cause to the delayed start. Nothing that my family and I were in charge of would have delayed guests from entering the space and my shower to begin on time. When I expressed that ARJ should be responsible for the additional costs, they agreed VERBALLY, then sent an email and said they were not going to pay for it. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. STAY AWAY.

Purely fantastic working with ARJ, I absolutely would recommend their team, their vision, their work, and their professionalism
