Arlene Munoz Events & Design

questions, paid close attention to every detail, and made sure everything was covered. That level of communication gave me so much confidence and reassurance leading up to our special day. On the day of our wedding, we were incredibly impressed with the team, and so were our guests! They did an amazing job setting everything up, and everything looked absolutely beautiful. They truly exceeded our expectations and helped bring our vision to life. Throughout the entire event, the team was professional, friendly, attentive, and incredibly hardworking. They handled everything from setup and passing out champagne to clearing tables and making sure everything ran smoothly and seamlessly. So many of our guests went out of their way to compliment the staff and mention how kind, professional, and helpful they were. Thank you, Arlene Munoz Events, for sending such an exceptional team and for helping make our wedding day so special. Your excellent communication, attention to detail, professionalism, and outstanding service made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable for us. Having a team we could trust allowed us to relax and truly enjoy every moment of our wedding day. We would absolutely recommend Arlene Munoz Events to anyone looking for professional, reliable, and exceptional event staffing. You were a wonderful part of our wedding day, and we are so grateful for everything you did to help make it unforgettable.

with Arlene a few months before our wedding, and she gradually helped us nail down every detail in our timeline, and quickly understood what our high (and low) priority items were. We also hired four of her staff members and bartender, and they were all great on the day and our guests said they were really happy with their work (serving buffet, bussing tables, etc.) as well. Arlene arrived on site early to manage all set up of the dining area, and worked with our vendors (furniture rental, DJ, photographer, catering) to get everything set up seamlessly and on time. She communicated with us just the right amount - not too much and not too little, leading up the wedding, and kept us in the loop about how our timeline was progressing day-of, without making anything stressful. Her team managed clean up of our venue as well, so well that we received 100% of our security deposit back. I would highly recommend Arlene Munoz Events for a wedding or other complex event coordination!

e built an incredible timeline catered to what was most important to us at the wedding. There were some small hiccups on the day of, but I had no idea because she already handled everything! Her team, especially her bartender, was great and easy-going. They really added to the vibe of the whole day. Thank you, Arlene, for being a part of the Jin wedding! We are forever grateful!

stayed on track on the big day, helping with set up and coordinating with vendors. In the months leading up to the wedding she was available for questions and planning. She also acted as a liaison with vendors when needed and helped create and distribute our day of schedule to vendors. Most importantly, Arlene was always mindful of my wants and needs as the bride. If I had any idea but wasn't sure how to pull it off she provided guidance and solutions. Our wedding was a mix of DIY set up and coordinating with the venue who had their own tasks and decor they were responsible for. So there was a complex mix of tasks and set up to ensure went to plan. Arlene made sure all tasks and set up items were taken care of and ensured vendors were on track. She helped with any last minute fixes or changes in plan throughout the day. She was also happy to direct our extra helpers we brought in to assist throughout the day alongside her own team and the venue. She did a beautiful job setting up our desert table, one of our DIY items. She basically wore any hat we needed! Arlene ran a mini rehearsal with the bridal party, flawlessly coordinated the ceremony timing, and kept everything smooth during the reception. Any surprises were handled with ease — I didn’t see a single thing go wrong all day! We couldn’t have done it without her.
