I had the BEST time eating yes to the dress here! If i could give more than 5 stars, I would. They went out of their way to make my experience special and had personalized signs waiting for me upon my arrival. Sarah and Arlet were SO helpful and sweet and knew exactly what I was looking for. They never made me feel pressured at all and gave me space to take in my feelings for every dress. I also felt super safe with the precautions they were taking for covid. I would 1000% recommend Arlet Bridal to any brides looking for their dress! They have such an amazing collection of dresses and truly made my whole experience so fun and easy!

My experience was amazing! Setting up the appointment was super easy on their website, and I was contacted with confirmation within a week. when I arrived at my appointment they had a special area set up with boards with my name and wedding date which I thought was the cutest! Sarah was so helpful with asking me for my ideas and she definitely brought out what I had in mind until I was able to find the one! Sarah was so kind and made me feel super comfortable! Definitely recommend this store if you're looking for your wedding gown, the selection of dresses is amazing. Thank you so much Sarah for all your help and all of those at Arlet bridal!💛💛

I found my dress at Arlet and loved my experience there! Sarah and the rest of the ladies were so sweet and knowledgeable. They made me feel special and shared in my excitement about being engaged! I felt very safe when it comes to Covid regulations. They stepped away for a moment so I could see how everything looked without a mask, which I really appreciated. They gave me plenty of time in the dress and let me FaceTime some loved ones that weren’t able to come in for the appointment. Overall a great experience!!

Sarah and Arlet, the owner, were beyond amazing! They were so sweet and extremely patient and welcoming. I really enjoyed the experience more than I thought I would and I left with an amazing wedding dress I never could imagine. Arlet is so excited for her brides and is such a sweet owner. Hands Down the best experience I could have asked for! Arlet Bridal went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations for finding my dream dress! The store is huge and there are so many dresses that are all so different yet it still has a very intimate feel. When I walked in they had a sign with name on it and personalized things everywhere. I really felt like they were excited to be a part of my wedding! I fell in love with the second dress I tried on but I tried on a few more just to be sure. I am so obsessed with my dress!! I went on the weekend and was initially hesitant about the fee but decided to take the chance. It was so worth it because I was able to have the store to just me, my mom and sister and I was the center of attention. I really appreciated that they only work by appointment because it allowed everyone to focus on me and find me the perfect dress. I really love how attentive the entire staff was. Everyone works together to find you the perfect one and by the end you get to know all of the consultants. Make Arlet Bridal your first and last stop! I can’t wait to marry my husband on 6.19.21!!!!

My experience with Arlet Bridal was amazing, from the moment my group walked in to the moment I said “Yes” to the dress! Josephine, my consultant, listened to my style and concerns and immediately pulled a dress for me to try on. It ended up being the dress I fell in love with and ultimately took home that day. Don’t be scared of the the fee to try on dresses. I almost was, but would have missed out on the amazing variety of dresses and superb service. THANK YOU, Arlet and Josephine!!!

Im am beyond upset and crushed with my experience with this store! I found my dream gown when I went in to try on gowns. I ordered my dress March 30th 2018, I specifically asked if I was would have my dress in time for my wedding on Sept 29, 2018. I was assured that I would have it with plenty of time to get alterations. I was told I would have it in the middle of August. I leave the bridal store feeling happy and excited that I found my dress. Fast forward to the beginning of August and I call in to check on my dress, the receptionist tells me it will be in August 20th. I again call on August 23 to check on my dress. At this point i'm upset because they have not called me to give me an update or tell me my dress has come in. Arlet calls me back to let me know they do not have a delivery date! She tells me to call back on the following week so she can call the manufacturer to see what's going on. When I call her back she says that she's calling everyday to check where my dress is and will call me to let me know the status of my dress (because the manufature is closed for the weekend and monday is a holiday) She calls me back on September 4th letting me know that my "dress will for sure" be in on Sept 10th. ( I have the voicemail with her message) . I speak with her again on September 6th and she lets me know that everything is fine and that the dress is expected on Sept 10th or sooner. She said she could possibly get it the next day ( Sept 7th). I DID NOT receive any calls from her over the weekend so today Sept 10th I call her and she says my dress has NOT come in!!! Im literally 19 Days away from my wedding and she CANNOT tell me when my dress will be in. The shop is closed on Tuesday and Wednesday, but she tells me that manufacture is closed today (due to a holiday) and she hasn't been able to get a tracking number to know if the dress will come when they are closed, she asked me to give her until tomorrow so she can give me an update, but expects the dress any day now! She keeps insisting that the dress has been ship but I'm confused as to why she doesn't have a tracking number if she said on sept 4th that she was suppose to get it on sept 10. I am beyond upset and I have no Idea what I am going to do! If I do not get my dress by the end of the week, I will have to find something off the rack. ( with only two weeks left before my wedding, assume I can find something I will like) This has been a nightmare! no bride should have to deal with this stress 19 days before her wedding. Save yourself the heartache and find your dress somewhere else. I will update my review as I get answers or my dress.

Arlet Bridal made my dress shopping experience truly magical! From the moment I walked into the store I had the feeling that I would find my dress here! I walked around with my maid of honor and mom looking at dresses and pulling styles that I really liked. Then my consultant April picked out dresses within my price range that matched the style I was going for. I tried on a handful of dresses and found the perfect one! I was so pleased with my experience here and the number of dresses and styles they offered was impressive. Thank you to Arlet, April, and the team at this store, my dress was perfect!
