From the first time that we met David and Nancy last year for a tour, we felt just how much the venue meant to their family and how much love they bring into each wedding day of the brides and grooms who get married there. Katie, our wedding day coordinator, was there for us every step of the way, and has become a true friend of ours! She was professional, personable, and we could not have asked for anyone else to take us through the exciting, yet nerve-racking, time of planning our wedding. She was there to answer any questions that we had, offer suggestions, and to take care of every little detail both the night of our rehearsal and the day of our wedding. Her father, David, was our officiant and he did such a perfect job bringing life and love to every word of our ceremony. The venue itself is breathtaking, you must go see it for yourself! My husband and I got married at Arlington Acres on the most picture-perfect day for October 21st and we wish we could relive it everyday! Thank you again to Katie, her husband Stephen, and her parents, David and Nancy, for giving us a day that we will always remember!

The only concern I had leading up to the wedding was the delay in communication at times (i.e. responses to emails early on in the planning phases). As a bride that has never planned a wedding before this added to my nerves, but by the time our wedding weekend came around I was confident we were in good hands. All of the DIY items were even packed up and ready for us to pick up, making for a very easy clean up the morning after. I would highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for a DIY barn in the Syracuse area!

they did exactly that. They were very friendly and helpful. Katie understands the stress of planning a wedding and did not mind answering our 1,000 questions we had over the course of the planning. They had many decorations available that we didn't have to worry about. On Friday, we dropped off all our centerpieces and other decorations we brought and they were all set up perfectly when we arrived on Saturday. The day of our wedding, Katie managed everything leaving myself and my bride to enjoy the day. That being said, she also kept herself available for me to inform her of several last minute changes. They even intercepted our pizza delivery at the end of the reception and made sure it made it on our shuttle back to the house! The venue was available to us all weekend which made it easy to drop things off and pick them up. They encourage people to leave their cars in the parking lot overnight so no one is driving drunk. Our rental house had limited parking so this helped immensely, allowing us to leave extra cars at the barn overnight. I can't say enough good things about this venue and Katie. If you can afford it, I highly recommend getting the VIP package. This alleviated a lot of the stress of planning.

Katie and her family are a pleasure to work with and the barn is rustic and beautiful. It can be transformed to your style and to the functional space needed for your wedding. The whole process from booking the venue to cleaning up after the wedding was simple and stress free. Katie quickly answered all of my (many, many) questions and is great with the details. This is an amazing venue with wonderful hosts.

The views of the country side is breath taking, the barn itself with the personal touches is absolutely beautiful! We had our wedding Sept 4th, we were able to set up Saturday, held rehearsal and our wedding day was flawless. Everything went so smooth, I couldn't of asked for anything better. Katie treats your wedding as if it were her own and takes pride in every detail of your special day. She goes above and beyond and that's why Arlington Acres will be around for many years to come!
