One of our favorite parts of the venue is the amazing scenery that made for beautiful pictures; We loved having access to so much land and to be able to have different backgrounds for our photos. Another one of our favorite parts of the venue are the getting ready spaces for the bridal parties. We loved having our own spaces on the property to enjoy and relax with our friends and family before the ceremony. Our favorite part of our day was after dinner when we got to dance and have fun with our friends and family. The lights hanging above the patio and inside the pavilion gave the most amazing ambiance to the night. If I could tell any of the couples who book with Arlington Acres one thing, it would be to go to the monthly open houses! You think you remember everything from the first time you saw it, but every time I went back I remembered something I had forgotten about, or I had a new idea of what I wanted to do with the space! I loved being able to use the space as I wanted, there was no “right way” to use a space. Sarah told me suggestions for layouts and how the spaces had been used with past weddings but that I could set it up as I wanted. It’s clear to see that the venue is beautiful, but none of that would be possible without Sarah and her family. We loved working with a venue who was so easy to communicate with, were so flexible and we could feel genuinely cared about us and our dreams for our wedding day. Arlington Acres gave us the best of both worlds. The barn is absolutely stunning, the grounds are beautiful and so well kept, and not to mention Sarah is an absolute dream to work with. Sarah was always there to answer any questions I had, day or night, she was always keeping us up to date with any changes being made, and she was constantly checking in during our wedding to make sure that we were happy and satisfied! king my wedding dreams come true. She was always so quick to respond to my million emails and so willing to help give feedback when I was questioning certain decisions. It ended up raining on our wedding day, which wasn’t ideal, but even with the rain, our wedding was PERFECT. The venue is gorgeous, there is so much room to really make the event unique and personable to you, and we loved that we were able to choose all of our own vendors. I can’t even tell you how many of our guests came up and told us how gorgeous the venue was. My husband and I would recommend this venue a million times over. If you are considering it, book your date now!! You absolutely will not regret it. Thanks Sarah and family for everything!!

Arlington Acres has two beautiful suites for the bridal party to get ready in, two equally gorgeous areas to host reception events, and a naturally beautiful outdoor ceremony space. Not to mention, there are so many great locations for photos that your photographer will love! Arlington Acres provides monthly open houses for booked couples so that you can do walk throughs with family, friends, and vendors, test decor, practice walk throughs, ask questions, and even do photo sessions. Sarah even went as far as to help us schedule a private time to do our engagement shoot on their property. We also booked majority of our vendors through the recommendations made by Arlington Acres. They have built an incredibly helpful website with all kinds of tips, suggestions, and measurement info for their spaces. We booked Arlington Acres for both the Friday before our wedding and the full day of our wedding, Saturday. This gave us and additional day for set-up and we held our rehearsal dinner at the venue Friday evening. We looked at 5 venues with Arlington Acres being the first and nothing compared to the venue itself, or the hospitality and kindness shown by the Boltes. They are as invested in making sure your special day is flawless, as you are. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful their space and property is, and they loved the photo opportunities their sunflower patch (seasonal) brought to our day. If you’re questioning booking with Arlington Acres, just do it. You won’t regret it and you’ll love working with Sarah! If we had to do it over again, we would without a doubt still choose Arlington Acres!

We had the ceremony on the lawn followed by a reception in the white pavilion. So many of our guests came up to us and complimented the venue. Part of me wants to get married again just so I can come back! I cannot recommend Arlington Acres enough!

easy to talk to! The barn is stunning and makes for an amazing photo backdrop. The white pavilion is so spacious and gorgeous. The patio off of that is so nice too and equally spacious! We were able to do our ceremony outside by the silo and that was another perfect spot! The rooms for the bride and groom to get ready are exactly what you would want. We had so many people getting ready there and it accommodated all of them easily! All of our guests were blown away by everything and couldn't stop talking about it! We cannot say enough good things about this venue and highly highly highly recommend it!

They were beyond helpful through the entire wedding process (we planned this from out of state AND with a 4 hour time difference) and they went above and beyond from start to finish. You can tell they genuinely love what they do and have put their entire heart into making this venue as gorgeous as it is. We also hosted our Rehearsal Dinner here as well - I HIGHLY recommend doing both days if you have the chance. It was a blast setting up all day and basking in how beautiful the venue is. A favorite part for both of us were the bride and groom suites. There is a TON of mirror space for the girls, outlet plugs all over to accommodate the excessive amount of heating tools and phones we had plugged in, and gorgeous lighting for the makeup. The men had a nicely sized tv to accommodate for their football games that were on as well. 12/10. We cannot recommended this venue ENOUGH! We absolutely loved it and know you will, too. We are still receiving compliments on how beautiful the venue is (and we wholeheartedly agree ;).

It was a bit chilly and windy day of, but with the barn and the pavilion, we were able to keep everyone inside and comfortable without much fuss. One of our musts for a barn venue when we were searching was built-in bathrooms. The bathrooms are spacious, easy to get to, nice and clean. The getting ready rooms are also fantastic. My girls and I hung out in the bride room the entire morning. The boys played on the switch in the grooms room all morning. In addition to the place itself being fantastic, the owner, Sarah, is fantastic to work with. She gives you all the to figure out your perfect layout. She is very responsive to emails. Additionally, despite having a sick child our wedding weekend, her or her husband were always to help and support whenever needed. Overall, there is nothing bad I could say about the venue or about Sarah. Arlington Acres is beautiful and the perfect place if you want a picturesque barn wedding.

The original barn has had so much work done to keep the authentic rustic feel as well as new touches such as chandeliers to make the space more magical. Immediately upon seeing the venue we knew that it would be the place where we would say, "I do". We loved the gorgeous barn and the white pavilion was just an added bonus. Arlington Acres is so versatile that it can be decorated and transformed into your perfect wedding venue so easily. We loved that you had many options at Arlington Acres and it wasn't a "one size fits all" type of venue. The owners of the barn, Sarah and John are the sweetest couple and Sarah was the one to give us our first tour. Through talking with Sarah we learned of her and her husband's love for their venue. You could easily tell that Arlington Acres was not just a hobby for them. To them, Arlington Acres was so much more. It was a place that others could use to grow their love and to make memories at. It was a place that was driven by family and a place that they wanted to share with others. I love how hands on Sarah and John were throughout our wedding planning. Sarah had given us many opportunities to visit the farm throughout our wedding planning. She had open houses and offered opportunities to meet with vendors who we could book for our wedding. Sarah was constantly available to bounce ideas off of or to ask questions to. They have a wedding website and portal that you belong to once you book with them. This portal made it so easy to plan out and get organized for our day. There were even layouts for us to play around with for each of the spaces so that we could see where we wanted things set up for the day of. Our wedding weekend was incredibly stress-free thanks to Arlington Acres and the amazing vendors that they suggested. We decided to add on the additional hours to decorate on Friday which I would recommend to anyone who has lots to set up for their big day. We loved that this was offered and was well worth the extra money so that we did not have to decorate the morning of. Sarah was there the entire time to help us and to listen to our questions and ideas. She helped make sure that our ideas were transformed into what we wanted. The barn and white pavilion were both top notch clean and they already had the tables and chairs set up where we wanted them when we came to decorate on Friday. Saturday morning was an absolute dream. The ladies all got ready in the adorable bridal suite and the men all gathered in the groom's suite for the morning as well. These are such nice spaces and our hair stylist and makeup artists loved the amount of room and set up of the bridal suite. Throughout the morning, Sarah was available to help with any vendor questions as they arrived with flowers, food, and our cake. We chose to have our ceremony in the barn and our reception downstairs in the new white pavilion. We loved these two spaces and the guests loved how they were all on one site. We are so thankful for Arlington Acres and the memories that we made there. I would recommend them again and again to any couple looking for a venue. When choosing venues and vendors for your big day it truly is all about the people who are going to make your day stress free and special for you. It is all about booking people who have a passion for what they do because you know that they will follow through and support you throughout wedding planning. We are so lucky to have found that in Arlington Acres and we will always be so grateful that they shared their farm with us.

. The venue is simply beautiful, with both rustic and elegant vibes. It truly is the best venue if you are looking for a beautiful wedding at the farm or in a barn. There are so many different spaces to really customize how you want your wedding day and reception look, leaving room for a lot of fun creativity if that is something you are looking for! Sarah was a gem during the entire planning process and would always respond quickly if I had even a simple question. We are so thankful for Arlington Acres and our experience there. Our wedding memories will last a lifetime and I am truly so happy that we chose AA. I could not think of a better place that I would have loved to marry my best friend.

In addition to her problem solving skills and creativity, she goes the extra mile by taking photos behind the scene and providing 1-1 time to truly make sure the layout of your event is what you want. The monthly open houses are so valuable to the wedding planning process! Arlington Acres is a historic barn that can handle indoor and outdoor weddings- we were hoping for an outdoor ceremony (and did have one!) but was honestly happy with our rain plan as well. If you want a rustic look for a smaller wedding, use the barn. The pavilion is mostly white and spacious which allows for “elevated” décor. The patio is absolutely amazing and, with the string lights, makes the perfect place to dance the night away! They have newly remodeled bathrooms and bridal suites, making it the perfect place to get ready and take photos.

Arlington Acres provided the perfect place for out cocktail hour, photos and reception! Although we didn’t have our ceremony at Arlington Acres, we were still able to use the Bride and Groom suites to get ready that morning. The bride suite is clean and beautifully styled with enough chairs and mirrors for all of us to easily get ready. We were blessed to be the first couple able to use the new space for our reception, which allowed us to have more space for dancing in the old barn! The new space was crisp and white with a grand stair case that provided the post beautiful back drop for photos. Despite the summer heat, the fans and open venue space provided the perfect breeze to keep the area nice and cool. We had our cocktail hour and dancing up in the old barn which provided a hint of rustic elegance. We loved dancing the night away under the chandeliers! Sarah and John were amazing to work with as we prepared for our wedding and provided a clean, welcoming and beautiful space for our wedding! It is a top notch venue with the feel of being in the middle of no-where but conveniently only a few miles from local hotels and stores. The rustic charm, beautiful landscape and amazing amenities make Arlington Acres the perfect wedding venue. We would highly recommend Arlington Acres!

stunning with the wood beams, chandeliers and twinkle lights making it a magical night. The bar area is awesome and so unique to your wedding if you customize the chalkboard sign behind it! Our guests had so much fun out on the lawn entertaining themselves with the lawn games we brought; and we had many compliments from people saying the barn, even at the end of June, felt great temperature wise inside. Sarah has thought of every little detail to make this venue perfect. She is wonderful to work with and very prompt on answering any questions you may have. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setting for our wedding!

is tucked back down a long lane making it feel like you are in your own little place in the country. It is obvious the owners care about the property and the events they host. The wedding itself was beautiful and ran smoothly, despite the rain in the middle of the ceremony. Overall, this was a beautiful venue and I would love to attend another wedding here.
