We reached out to probably dozens of caterers and really struggled to find someone who we thought could truly accommodate a variety of diets. Liz and her team did not disappoint. We've received so many compliments about the food at our wedding. Everyone absolutely loved it. They did a great job bringing some New Orleans flare to the menu while still making it food that people from out of town would enjoy. We just can't say enough about how happy we were with them. rking with them for our wedding was genuinely one of the best decisions & most enjoyable aspects of planning our wedding. When they say they handle your event from "thought to finish" they truly mean it. Before meeting with them I was so stressed trying to figure out what we wanted and the other caters we went to weren't very helpful. As soon as we meet with Chef Jason and his catering coordinator, Liz , I knew my worries were over. They LISTENED to me and walked me through the process.
After our initial meeting we set up a taste sampling. OMG!! The food was AMAZING!!! I wanted to lick the plate that they served the Shrimp & Grits on. It was incredible.
At the reception everyone raved about how wonderful the food taste in addition to how beautiful the presentation was . Their staff was extremely professional and accommodating to all of our guest.
I would highly recommend Aroma Catering and plan on using them for future events that we host - and Shrimp & Grits will be on that menu also.
