I was hired to work a graduation party that was put on be Aroona Events. I was very impressed with the professionalism I saw from the staff. They were very easy to work with, very friendly, and paid close attention to detail. The entire event, including the beautiful decorations, flowed effortlessly. I would highly recommend Aroona Events for any occasion.

From the moment we first met with her, she put us at ease and made us feel confident that our event was in capable hands. And let me tell you, she did not disappoint! Our guests were absolutely blown away as they walked into our event space. Each and every detail of our vision was brought to life in the most beautiful and stunning way. 0 Not only was the decor impeccable, but Aruna herself was a joy to work with. Best decision ever! When I first contacted Aruna about my wedding events, I was hesitate on how everything was going to go. We hired her for the wedding of the day coordinator! She went above and beyond for someone who was just a coordinator! I couldn't have asked for a better vendor than Aroona Events! Everything was amazing from start to finish! I didn't have to worry about anything besides getting married to to my person! ❤️

It was an absolute gift working with a planner! We had to postpone our wedding a whole year due to Covid and Aruna was super helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. Throughout the wedding process, I was given full control and transparency on all decisions and was super well informed on changes and urgent items. Leading up to the wedding I was completely involved in the final touches and then had a stress free wedding week! Everything went according to plan, with some obvious minor mishaps, but overall was an amazing and memorable experience! 2: Aruna and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with! We were very impressed with the final look of our wedding week and I had little to no stress thanks to aruna and her team! 3: I knew I wanted an off white wedding lehenga and basically tried to find a replica of Priyanka Chopra's Falguni Shane reception lehenga. I was fortunate enough to go to Chicago to StudioEast6 where I was able to customize my own Falguni Shane Lehenga! 4: Our guests loved the mix of traditions! They were able to see my Indian traditions and my husband's family's traditions fused in both the ceremony and the overall vibe of the wedding! 5: My first dance!!!!! That moment was super important to me, I wanted to make it very intimate but stunning at the same time! 6: For my Mehndi, I wanted to bring out the colors of my beautiful lehenga designed by Aruna. I had a vision of falling florals and a boho themed style and Aruna was able to bring my vision to life. I wanted to keep it light even with the food so we decided on finger food and small eats with a bit of a flare by having people making fresh chaat for our guests! For my Sangeet, I wanted to bring a theme to our families so I decided on Pink! My family and my husband's family all decided to wear pink and it made the event completely pop! Being South Indian I also wanted to incorporate a south indian engagement ceremony before the sangeet with traditional South Indian attire. The transition from the ceremony to sangeet was smooth and a complete success! 7: My best advice for brides-to-be- soak every minute! Try not to get hung up on small details and know that not everything will go perfectly and that's alright! Remember that this is the most special and important day of your life and the most important thing is to be present! Thank you Aruna and team! You guys rocked!

The Mehendi Ceremony, Nichiyatharthum, Sangeeth and the Wedding were all so beautifully curated and executed by Aruna and her team of very committed and hardworking staff! My son decided to have a destination wedding in Minneapolis, MN. Not knowing anyone in the wedding industry there, I contacted a few wedding planners and settled on Aroona Events. Aruna, the owner, was exceptionally attentive, patient, and easy to work with. She went over and above to help us achieve the dream wedding my son and his wife wanted. Her calm demeanor helped the wedding party stay calm (no easy feat!) 😊. She was easy to talk to and gave us everything we wanted. The vendors she works with were as professional, kind, and helpful as she is. It was a delight to work with Aruna and I highly recommend her.

I reached out to Aruna for managing my 2 years old daughter birthday and she was awesome in her work. The decorations and arrangements were very beautiful . It was very easy to discuss the plans with her and I could reach out to her anytime for any of my requests and she was able to accommodate the same. I hired Aroona Events for my Twin Son's Graduation Party. The event was beautiful and well organized. The main table looked incredible and stood out. I had asked specifically for a formal table for 12. I definitely received this! I heard from some of my guests this was the best graduation party they have ever been to! I highly recommend Aroona Events for your next party or wedding. They definitely will make your event spectacular!

It’s really hard to make sure that everything at a wedding is okay. Aroona had it all covered. I arrive from the ceremony, Aroona was there with a calming smile, watched me every steps of the way. She had staff to take care in each area, making sure the table and decor arrangements were correct, the catering staff are ready to go, near the Dj queuing them when to play the music, while she was with us at the ceremony, watching out, if I needed anything. I guarantee you that you won’t be able to find anyone as dedicated and as organized as . Dec 4 2021.

I really thought I got everything under control. I’ve been a very good organizer myself but this one felt different. A month before my day of wedding, I am thinking, I should hire a wedding coordinator or not. I called Aroona at exactly a month before our wedding. Her month of coordinator basically starts 2 months before the day of wedding but the moment I talked to her she already made me feel that I’m in good hands. The wedding ceremony was in a Minneapolis church and the reception at a venue near by. Not only did she manage the reception guests by keeping them informed. We had a Big Bang of a welcome at the venue from all our guests waiting with smiling face. This was so not planned, I only remember talking to her about how we loved surprises. WE LOVED IT THE MOST! She was on top of all programs to follow after that, I didn’t have to do a thing. She is just so amazing. I highly recommend her. One of my bridesmaid already has booked Aroona for her wedding in 2022. August 14 2021.

Blue Door Events solutions partnered with Aroona Events last November for a multi cultural luxury wedding for 550 guests. Aroona events is an United States based Wedding Planning company that specializes in multi cultural luxury weddings. We were connected through our NRI bride Sheetal Mangnani who contacted us from Minnesota. Sheetal and her fiancé Brandon form Minnesota wanted their wedding celebrations to be held in both countries and mainly wanted to portrait both cultures in a beautifully blended fashion. They had connected with Aroona in Minnesota and they all flew in together. Aroona got to her work right away, She was very friendly and kind with our team here in India and she was always available to address any questions, for any number of walk thrus, tastings, and venue walkthroughs, etc. She came up with ideas and transformed them to reality! She is patient, polite and professional. There were multiple events throughout the wedding, but she was there till the event wrap and never once lost her cool, an amazing, amazing professional, through and through! I will heartily use Aroona for all our events and recommend to others without hesitation! Aroona, It was a pleasure working along with you .

I had just booked a venue. The venue was just a large room and I had to do everything myself from the caterers and waitstaff to the chairs and cutlery and decoration, setup and everything else. I am so glad I hired Aroona events, she helped me through the whole process and took care of everything. I couldn’t have done it without her. Aruna coordinated my event day as well which meant I didn’t have to worry about a single detail on the day. Aruna my family and I loved you ❤️and your work was amazing. ❤️

Aroona events partnered with PINCH OF SPICE Indian Cuisine for catering to a 350+ guest wedding event that spanned 2 days and 5 custom catering sessions, offering ethnic Indian Cuisine. Aroona Events approached us after their thorough catering research in all of Atlanta GA, appreciating our meticulous work ethics and consistency in our food quality and service. Aruna’s instructions were very clear, they handed out program layouts, with clear schedules and phone numbers of staff to reach in case of any issues, and they were professional and treated us very professionally! Aroona and her team walked in with an eager attitude and tuned into meeting the needs of the bride and groom and the entire wedding party as well, they promptly introduced themselves to various vendors at the venue and offered assistance, they were a friendly bunch of professionals, they knew what they were doing and seem to know the venue and the venue staff very well, surprising for an out of town even planning team! Planning for an out of state event is quite a challenge, but the attention to detail left all guests and even other vendors talk about the level of planning that has gone into the event. Aroona Events’ staff appeared professional, well dressed and warm, I have to mention every one took notice of the staff uniform! I am sure other reviewers would agree, what concerns me at any event gathering are dirty silverware, napkins strewn all around, the staff picked up and kept the venue clean from beginning to end and they did that with a smile in their face, kudos to Aroona Events for engaging such a wonderful team! Firstly thank you Aroona for everything that you have arranged to make our special day most amazing..!!! I would say- Awesome is exactly right! Aroona and her staff were just that. I reached out to Aroona just 10 days before my baby shower function(we decided at last moment that we want to celebrate baby’s shower). I was not clear on what I want in my baby shower function , she shared so many awesome ideas and then we all decided to go with Indian traditional deco , with all marigold, orange white arrangements. It was a challenge for her bcoz (silly me :p) I wanted western baloon deco with Indian transitional flower deco🤗!! She did AMAZINGGGGG JOB. On top of that - she managed to give all REAL jasmin flower decorations around my swing( yeah Indian transitional baby shower is incomplete without swing, and she mama fed to get swing too!!) In addition to that - she managed all these in veryyyy short notice and while she was already book( she was event planner and manageing a very big wedding also on the SAME DAY!!). Aroona you rock!! Thanks again...!!! I forgot to mention, our cake was not just beautiful but delicious as well! Everything I asked for and more was provided it. Aroona events and their team was awesome in organizing our event which included a stage performance, catered dinner and handling a photo booth and display for over 300 guests. Very punctual, thorough, detailed planning and exection. DEDICATED AND EFFICIENT TEAM. Aroona coordinated multiple vendors and held them to their task seamlessly. This was done just perfectly!

Our daughter Aakriti got married few weeks ago in Rochester and Aruna was our event coordinator for Mehendi, Wedding and Reception. What can I say,Aruna and her team did a fantastic job! The decorations were outstanding and she coordinated with venue host, DJ, caterers and all other vendors, everything went like clockwork. The best thing was that we were able to enjoy all functions with the guests as she has take over all other responsibilities.While valuing our opinion she made some great suggestions which took events to next level. Aruna's service and expertise made our daughter's grad party an outstandingly beautiful experience for all of us. She planned, organized and executed it very diligently. Aruna went above and beyond to make it a magical event for my teenager. Any event comes with it's own challenges.....wind and drizzles forced Aruna to change plans in the last minute and she handled it quickly with proficiency. From start to end Aruna and her team were attentive to all requirements and took care of everything while we enjoyed. The decor was fantastic, the photo booth was a big hit with friends. She was easily reachable anytime we had questions. It's not our first and is not our last either with Aroona events, I will highly recommend her to all. GenerationNOW Entertainment partnered with Aruna and her team to put together an INCREDIBLE wedding celebration for Apoorva and Darya back in late March. Her attention to detail was spot on as we walked through the planning process months in advance. She got back to us in a timely manner when we had questions about the load in, setup and tear down procedure, unique music tastes, etc. Being a mix of Persian/American Music we were excited to not only showcase the talents of our team but also get a new sense of what style of music the clients and guests wanted. It is our pleasure to write about our experience with Aruna of “Aroona Events”. This July my daughter, Sheena Gupta got married. She was looking for a wedding planner and someone who could help with the decoration. After talking to a number of wedding planners, we decided to move forward with Aruna for the wedding planning and decoration. Aruna was very attentive to my daughter’s needs as a bride and her calm nature helped throughout the wedding process. Aruna coordinated, and was present at, all of the vendor meetings, and assisted us in reviewing all the vendor contracts and making sure everything was in order. I had other vendors commenting on how great it was to work with Aruna. She was very responsive and prompt. She made the wedding day SEAMLESS. Everything was so elegantly organized. There were no worries for me or my daughter that day. She truly has a good heart. She knew how to turn our ideas and dreams into reality. We received so many compliments on the wedding and it was all because Aruna put everything together perfectly. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner and decorator. she knows what she is doing! I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a wedding planner and or a decorator. I have had worked with many event management worker, but Aroona event stood out clear winner in what she does and I have never seen such a delicate work with determination from any other. Her work is always exemplary and she designs/plans the customer vision in mind adding her own great ideas and finally executes the plan flawlessly and with what we dreamt of. Aruna is a true professional and puts out a classy product. She has a clear design sense and understood our vision of wanting to stay natural. The room looked absolutely gorgeous, classy and elegant and still very natural and warm. She was thoughtful in the way she approached this event because we were blending multiple cultures and religions. First, Aruna is AMAZING!!!!! If it wasn't for Aruna, our housewarming would not have flowed as beautifully as it did. I cannot rave enough about how WONDERFUL of a job Aruna did. During the planning, she was always there to answer e-mails and phone calls promptly, easing the well-known anxiety any first time home owner experience. On the day of the housewarming, she truly went above and beyond. After the event, all of my family members & friends raved about how impressed they were with the work Aruna exhibited. Not only did she deliver prior to the time but she made sure to stay in touch with me after the event to ensure all the decorations were cleared since we were moving in the next day. Not only does Aruna excel at her job, but she is fun, artistic, and a joy to work with. I could not have planned my housewarming without her assistance and guidance.

MY FAMILY LOVED WORKING WITH AROONA EVENTS. The event turned out to be exactly what we wanted. We met with Aroona Events around March 2017 and planned for an event on July 2018. One whole year planning, but everything was AMAZING!!! Aroona Events made my sisters Quinceanera come true. Aroona Events worked with our budget, communicated well with us, and always made time to meet. Her and her staff took care of a lot and made it less stressful for us on the day of the event. My family totally recommends Aroona Events, thank you.

Party Planning It was the best experience I have ever had with an event planner. Aroona is an expert who is capable of turning a very simple place into an extraordinary posh set up that will look gorgeous n make the event commendable. All my guests were talking abt how my lil one's bday party turned out, for days. They are so organized n professional n sooo creative that you would never even imagine.
