Whenever we were overwhelmed, she would make us feel calm, at ease, and let us know that everything would go well. On our day-of, we had some issues arise due to the venue not being set up correctly by the venue staff, and Lili along with her team took care of all of it without letting us worry. She made sure that we were not concerned on the day of with things like timeline, where everyone needed to be, etc., and instead were able to enjoy our day with our guests. We got so many compliments from our guests throughout the night as to how smoothly the evening flowed, thanks to Lili and her team. It’s clear that Lili goes the extra mile because she truly cares.
