punctual, very responsive, and most importantly my bouquet was incredible. Rachel made the process so easy. I provided my budget and some inspiration pictures. We had a call to talk about my vision and she brought it completely to life. When she delivered my bouquet, I literally said "Wow this makes me feel like a bride!" She also made my fiancees boutonnière and he loved it which is saying a lot for someone who knows very little about flowers. I highly recommend Rachel for your special day!
