My limo driver- Katrina- was truly phenomenal. We took pictures before the ceremony and someone stepped on my (many layered) train- getting mud all over a part. She got ALL of the mud out herself (she wouldn't let my MOH help so she didn't get dirty too!) and was a huge help in keeping my not from panicking about the dress before the ceremony. She made sure each girl got in the limo so that their dresses wouldn't wrinkle and helped everyone straighten up before they went into the church.
After we came out of the church Katrina and the other driver Michael had champagne for us- this made for a great picture and was a very thoughtful gesture.
Overall Arrow is a great value for service that truly goes above and beyond.
