be married. My now husband needed a little arm twisting at first, but once we got there I could see he fell in love too. So many photo opportunities, different landscapes, backdrops and a variety of locations to choose from to conduct different parts of our wedding from start to finish. Another bonus is you are the only wedding on your day. No double bookings here. We arrived on a Sunday in February and met Kelsey. If I'm being completely honest, Kelsey was our 2nd favorite part of the park. The thing that stuck out most about her was her love for the history of the venue as well as its components. You could tell she was really proud to pitch this incredible property to us. She knew everything there was to know about this place. It's not just a venue, its a space with rich history and even richer character. So many details, inside and out, each with its own story. All I could see in February was October. Lucky for us they had 2 dates left for 2025. It only took one visit and one meeting with Kelsey before we locked it in. We had a short engagement, only 8 months, so lots to do in those 8 months. Kelsey was by our side every step of the way. Always with a quick response, a suggestion, a list of recommendations and overall support. All the while carrying a full time job. She was our ride or die and we are so grateful to her for all of her time and dedication. She's the best. When it came time to actually plan and finalize all the details of the day we were introduced to Kylee and Juliana. These girls make a dynamite team. Not only super nice but asked questions to make sure they knew what we wanted and double checked everything. Thorough x 1000. Super responsive to all of our questions, changes and needs. They really made us feel so comfortable and that the most important day of our lives was in good hands. Boy was it ever. The team at Arrow Park did everything they could to check in and make sure we had everything we needed the day of our wedding. They made sure we ate and took a deep breath, never wanting the day to get away from us. The setup was flawless, tables arranged perfectly and all of our wedding accessories exactly how we pictured. They were there throughout the reception and made sure all of our guests knew where to go for the bus back to the hotel, after our reception and the after party. Our guests were so in love with the property, so many compliments on this part and that part, and where did you find this place questions all night long. Arrow Park is not a wedding venue, it truly is a fairytale. If you want to feel cared for on your wedding day in a place that makes you feel special just to be there, book it. We couldn't be more grateful that we were lucky enough to have the most amazing wedding at the most amazing place on earth. en we first toured the venue in April, the moment we drove through the property, we both said, “This is where we’re going to get married!” Kelsey was exceptionally friendly and welcoming during our tour. She took the time to show us around and helped us visualize exactly how our day could come together. The setting was stunning and perfectly matched what we had envisioned for our wedding. On the wedding day, Kylee and her team were professional, attentive, and proactive. They ensured everything ran smoothly and handled every detail with care. Every detail we had dreamed about came to life more beautifully than we could have imagined. The grounds at Arrow Park were exceptional with the perfect mix of natural beauty and elegant charm. Our guests could not stop talking about how stunning the venue was. The evening flowed so smoothly because the entire Arrow Park team worked seamlessly behind the scenes. We did not even realize how many moving parts there were until we saw everyone working together, even the golf cart drivers who were kind, helpful, and added to the wonderful experience. Communication with the team throughout the planning process was amazing. Every email and text we sent was answered quickly, thoughtfully, and with genuine care. That kind of responsiveness made such a big difference and gave us so much confidence leading up to our wedding day. And of course, our guests are still raving about the bartender who was not only incredibly skilled at making drinks but also fun and engaging with everyone who came up to the bar. It truly felt like every member of the Arrow Park staff went above and beyond to make our day special. We felt so loved and supported throughout the entire wedding journey, from the planning stages to the very last moment of our reception. Our wedding was everything we hoped it would be and more thanks to the incredible people at Arrow Park. We cannot recommend this venue and their amazing team enough.

We didn’t hire a planner or coordinator and instead put our full trust in the Arrow Park team to bring our vision to life and they did not disappoint! Midway through planning, we ran into an issue with our original caterer. Arrow Park immediately stepped in, took over communication, and negotiated a new contract with a different vendor. They were incredibly accommodating throughout the entire process. We always felt supported and genuinely cared for, and it was clear they went above and beyond to ensure our day was perfect. The Arrow Park team was honest, organized, and so much fun to work with. (We had flower crowns as dance floor props, and every staff member joined in by wearing one!) Our guests were completely blown away by the venue’s beauty, many said it felt like being transported to Italy. Overall, we cannot recommend this gem of a venue highly enough!

Also having exclusive access to the full grounds for the entire day—and even staying overnight—added such a personal touch and made our celebration feel extra special. We couldn’t have asked for a more unforgettable and magical experience. It truly was the wedding of our dreams!

e wanted to get married. Kelsey took us around in the golf cart on the beautiful lands and we were completely in awe. She was organized and easy to work with throughout the booking process. Nikki was our day of coordinator, and she is one of the most lovely humans I have ever met. She is thoughtful, organized, creative, and hard-working. She thought of details we had not considered at all. We were absolutely in the best hands, and she went completely above and beyond for us. Our dream was to have an outdoor ceremony. For the week leading up to our wedding, storms were projected. We were frantically checking the weather every few minutes until the day of. Rather than the venue just having us move everything indoors so they didn't have to deal with the headache of having to make last minute decisions, they worked to make our dream happen. It stormed about 20 minutes before our reception, so they temporarily moved everyone indoors, then quickly dried off the chairs and made our dream outdoor ceremony happen right as the sun came out. We had an amazing reception, an afterparty at the lake with a bonfire, and then our family and friends stayed in the rooms over night. Every single individual that we worked with was kind and so helpful - their team truly makes the wedding planning and day of feel so personal. Cannot recommend enough this beautiful, charming venue for your own wedding. Thank your Arrow Park!!

tails, and reception. They were able to handle all of that and then some. Incredibly kind and competent staff, even with a major staff turnover halfway from hiring them to our big date. Shout out to Shaniqua, the day of coordinator on site who was able to execute everything flawlessly with just one simple follow up a week before the wedding. Drinks were a part of the package they offered at our time of booking which was huge as it was one less vendor to find and coordinate with. They have great recommendations for partner vendors for all other services. We found our caterer this way, Kraken and Pearl which I'd also highly recommend. Payment is split between deposit, halfway payment and final payment which we appreciated for planning and budgeting purposes. Kelsey was very understanding and flexible with payment options. Day of was super easy to lay back and enjoy as all of the vendors came and went as needed and the staff guided and assisted. We really enjoyed our special day, and the pictures prove it, smiles from dawn to dusk in the gorgeous natural setting that is Arrow Park. We only wish we could think of another event to host there. We'd love to go back.

I don't have enough good things to say about the team at Arrow Park (Kelsey and Shaniqua) - they not only were there every step the day of but leading up to our day - they made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. I had a ton of questions for AP and they were always answering them on time and were so flexible on anything that we needed. Our guests LOVED the venue, and the experience they had. and were asking us "how did you find this place?" throughout the day. Arrow Park was the most perfect venue for the most perfect day!!! in were the options available: you can get married on a beautiful lakeside beach, inside the mansion itself, in a garden, or in their pavilion building (which is also their rain location for receptions). And the staff are dedicated to helping you customize the venue to create the day of your dreams. The TL;DR of this review is we would *highly* recommend Arrow Park for anyone looking to have a unique wedding supported by the kindest, most accomodating staff I have ever had the good fortune to meet. It’s worth mentioning up-front that Arrow Park is, in many ways, a one-stop shop. In their quote, they include tables, chairs, linens, glassware, bar/bartending service, and day-of coordination. You can also add on staying at the mansion overnight (they have beautiful bedrooms on the third floor that they use as bridal/groom prep suites, but can house up to 18 guests if I remember correctly) and a bonfire afterparty. In addition, the garden has beautiful flowers planted in it spring-fall. My husband and I had definite Ideas about how we wanted our wedding day to be - we wanted food trucks, a tattoo artist, and for all our friends to be able to jump onstage and perform. Without blinking, Arrow Park said, “Yes, totally! Let’s make that happen!” In the lead-up to the wedding day, we met with the day-of coordinator, Shaniqua (Nikki), who professionally and with genuine excitement helped us think through aspects of the day we hadn’t considered, and make plans for moments we hadn’t thought about yet. In the entire lead-up to the wedding we felt well cared for, extremely communicated-with, and supported. On the day of, the venue looked absolutely stunning (Oct 15-25 is a Great Time to book AP). From the second we arrived on the grounds, we knew the day was going to be perfect, because the staff were on their A game and troubleshooting problems before I or my husband could even find out there had been a problem. In fact, I didn’t find out about any of the hiccups in the day until the day after - that’s how quickly and discreetly AP staff handled logistical conerns like one of our food trucks arriving *just* as the ceremony was due to start. They also were considerate, bringing food and drinks to where we would sign the marriage license so that we could have a moment to nourish ourselves before partying all night. In short, Arrow Park is one of the most unique venues in the Hudson Valley. It is absolutely stunning and well-maintained. But the real treasure here are the staff. Thank you to Kelsey, Nikki, Bri, and everyone else who supported us on our day! We ended up having the day of our dreams because of all of you.

I would say for the courtyard don't over dress it with too many florals or decor - let the beauty of the space speak for itself. Working with Kelsey and Shaniqua was wonderful. The entire staff is very caring. Also you HAVE to go with Rocco/Love & Rosemary they were such a hit. So many people told me it was the best food they've ever had a wedding. I wish I could live this day over and over again.

Not to mention how kind and thoughtful she is - often doing more than needed! Shaniqua, and the staff (Omer, Landon, Moose, Max, the bartenders everyone!)- WOW. If you are considering a wedding here, rest assured you will not be stressed or let down during the months leading up to the wedding or the day of. I had several guests specifically call out how special the workers were. I miss them! The bedrooms were to die for! Stunning architecture and stocked with all of the pre-wedding necessities. Staying over night after the wedding was MAGICAL. All of our guests raved about Arrow Park and I personally can’t stop reflecting on the people that made it possible. The shareholders of Arrow Park should be incredibly proud of their staff from Kelsey, Shaniqua, and every single person who ran around the property with golf carts, helped us unload and pack up our cars, and assisted with every little detail. What a well oiled machine that is clearly made possible by the personalities and work ethic of the entire staff. Bravo to them!!!

g for a venue that will 'wow' your guests, this is the one. We had our ceremony in the garden, cocktail hour in the mansion, reception in the pavillion, and the after party down by the beach. Our party was constantly moving around, experiencing new sights and places, and it made for an unforgettable evening. Not to mention, the staff is excellent. They have great relationships with just about every vendor in the area, especially caterers, so you don't have to be intimidated by Arrow Park being a raw space. From planning to party, Arrow Park was really everything my husband and I could have asked for in a venue.

We planned our wedding outdoors, but did a last minute pivot to their indoor spaces due to rain, which turned out better than we could have imagined. Santino and Kelsey were engaged and responsive throughout our planning process, very open and encouraging of our creative ideas, and generous with their time from start to finish. We shared our weekend with a Saturday wedding with no issue - the staff executed a seamless turnover and was ready to roll when we arrived to set up. We used Chef Cava, one of their preferred caterers, and guests raved about it. Overall an excellent experience. We feel like part of the AP family now, and are already looking for excuses to go back.

The ceremony at the garden went perfect, the staffs provided golf cart just in time for us to transport from the beach to the garden. The bartending service was exceptional during cocktail hour, offering a refined selection of drinks that added a touch of sophistication to the celebration. Each beverage was expertly crafted and served with a smile, contributing to the overall enjoyment of our guests. Following the reception , the beach campfire after-party was a delightful extension of our celebration. With a selection of cold drinks and delectable snacks, it provided the perfect opportunity for our guests to unwind and continue the festivities in a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. The overnight stay at the mansion was a luxurious experience. While there was a minor hiccup with the room name list, it did not got printed like promised, that caused some confusion for our guests, we ended up texting everyone the list. But once settled, the elegance and comfort of the mansion truly added to the overall magic of the occasion. Moreover, the warmth and attentiveness of the staff made our experience truly memorable. Their friendly and accommodating nature ensured that everyone felt welcomed and taken care of throughout the event. Arrow Park isn’t just a venue; it's an experience etched in our hearts. Despite a tiny bump here and there, the overall journey was pure magic. A massive shoutout to Arrow Park for making our dream wedding a reality—we’ll cherish every moment forever!

From the moment we toured the property we felt as if we’d known the staff for years. They’re warm, inviting, accommodating, communicative, punctual, flexible, the list goes on. You bring them a vision and they make it happen. From the moment you tour, until your wedding day, and far beyond, they’re pure magic. Arrow Park is such a hidden gem. Having lived in Monroe my entire life, I was shocked to learn there was a wedding venue, THIS wedding venue in my hometown. It’s tucked away on the most stunning piece of property full of beauty and charm. You’re literally transported from a small town in upstate New York, to your own private world. Whether you want sleek and modern, bohemian, rustic, disco, cultural, backyard, or the most elegant and elaborate wedding you’ve ever seen, they can do it, with ease and grace. Arrow park will make your dream wedding a reality. There are endless possibilities. Mansion, Courtyard, beach, garden, pavilion, any and all, they give you EXACTLY what you envision, and more. I will never be able to thank them enough for making my dream a reality. I will never be able to say enough about how truly incredible they were, and continue to be.
