The venue has a separate chapel where we held our ceremony, but they also have options for an outdoor ceremony if desired. Donna and John made sure that the layout was set to my specifications and used a contracted bar service, so we didn’t need to find a bar vendor. Donna and John made us feel like family and were so welcoming. They always responded to my emails and texts within a timely manner, and I never worried about not being able to reach them if needed. The venue was everything that we could have asked for and much more. I would highly recommend them if you’re looking for a barn venue with a bright atmosphere and amazing staff!

ton area. My husband and I were in a unique position where basically all of our wedding guests would be travelling from out of state--including our wedding party. So we knew that weekend accommodations were very important to us. Arrowhead Hill has the perfect answer for that--the cottages! The cottages are fabulous and the perfect accommodation for wedding party/family to ensure the best wedding weekend. The venue has so much to offer. Between the chapel, the gathering, and the tent-covered lawn area, there is so much flexibility in the planning process to make your event your own. We used the chapel for the ceremony, the tent-covered lawn for cocktail hour, and the gathering for our reception, and it was just perfect. And despite having a late August wedding date, the cocktail hour was not too hot for our guests thanks to the tent and the surprisingly refreshing breeze in the evenings. For my husband and I and our families, we got more compliments on the venue than anything else. I cannot tell you how many people approached us saying that this was the most impressive wedding venue they have ever seen. It truly is a stunner, and pictures don't even do it justice. Finally, and probably most importantly, the owners/family that run the show at AHH are the best people and the kind of people you hope you're lucky enough to go through the wedding planning process with. Donna and her family are so genuine, and they truly want all of their couples to have the best experience. Wedding planning certainly can be stressful, but there is no reason that you shouldnt enjoy the wedding planning process, and working with people like Donna made it so enjoyable for myself and my family. We cannot recommend this venue enough. Truly our fairytale day.

They have everything you need or could want: the chapel is gorgeous and we loved being able to ring the bell, the barn is beautiful and they have games for the outdoor space, the cottages are perfect for the wedding party to stay in and there is a fire pit for after reception hangouts! Really, everything was stunning and you could tell they went the extra mile in every aspect. We are so happy we were able to get married here with everything going on and they were very accommodating and easy to work with.

even completed. We ended up checking out about six more venues just to make sure but knew from the first visit that arrowhead was the one! A lot of thought was poured into every detail and everyone (guest/vendors) were equally impressed! We stayed in the cabins for the weekend and it was just so nice to have everything on one property and get a “destination vibe” while still being local. Everything was immaculate, and Donna (one of the owners) was even wiping down the siding on the reception hall the morning of our wedding. You can definitely tell how much this family has invested and the love they have for this place.

We loved seeing the progress during construction and were just amazed at the finish product. As we got closer to our wedding, the AH team was so easy to work with and responsive to all of my questions [and I had a lot since I am just a type-A person]. They made us feel at such ease, even during the uncertain times. The venue was just so perfect and the best backdrop for our entire wedding. Every design detail is very thoughtful and it was effortless to bring our wedding design to life. We were so happy with our selection of venue and would do it all over again at Arrowhead Hill.

The lay out of the chapel, reception area and the gorgeous grounds make for a seamless transition from wedding, cocktail hour, to reception. The design of the bridal suite was well thought out and even with 10 bridesmaids there was plenty of room to enjoy the process of getting ready in a spacious, relaxing environment. ie drove us around in a golf cart explaining the vision that they had for each part of the venue from the chapel, gathering area, and cabins with so much passion, and love it was so easy for us to see their vision clearly and we had such a blast looking at their beautiful property and the floor plans. When Arrowhead was completely finished being built, we came out to take a look, & IT WAS BREATHTAKING!! The whole venue is so well thought out and visually pleasing. If you're a person that loves the fine details and are a fan of anthropologie, westelm, and CB2 then this is the place for you!!! The venue has the right amount of elegance that is comfortable to be in. The family in itself is a big reason why you should book this venue. They will treat you like family. I cannot thank Donna and her beautiful family enough for walking us through this whole process, especially with the whole pandemic. They will bring you comfort and all the reassurance you need. They will work with you and make sure your day is perfect. Our wedding was so dreamy to the point I could not believe that was our wedding. It was truly a special day and beautiful beyond words. There was no point in the day where I was stressed at all because Donna and her family made sure of it. Also Jessie's bar package/ service!! You gotta do it! We got the premium beer and wine package along with margaritas and it was one of the best decisions ever! First off, the wine and margarita was served in beautiful glassware along with beautiful garnishing. & the service was spot on!!! Jessie and her team will work with you and be honest on what you'll need for your guests & to make sure your day is well hydrated :). My family and friends keep raving about the beautiful venue and cabins! It was so easy transitioning from the ceremony to the reception, and then to the cabins. If you're debating on the cabins, DO IT. I loved waking up to the beautiful view along with my family and friends the following morning debriefing about the wedding day and not being stressed about driving anywhere. So much love for the Arrowhead Family!!! Cannot wait to come back and visit ya'll :) Mr & Mrs Chen
