The ballroom at Arroyo Trabuco Golf Club is 5,600 square feet, with a maximum capacity at 240 guests. For an outdoor setting, couples can use the alcove, fireside patio and lawn, with breathtaking golf course views for a private and intimate wedding. Your outdoor wedding ceremony can accommodate 300 guests.

Cuisine
With four catering packages, couples can choose the option that best reflects their budget and preferences. All packages contain a buffet dinner with the option of plated service, salad selection and two main entree selections. Some additional services in the packages may include champagne toast, specialty wedding cake, coffee and tea station and passed canapes. Buffet menus offer carving stations with menu selections like honey ham, lamb, steak and beef tenderloin. Couples have the opportunity for a tasting before the big day to ensure your menu is perfect.

From the beginning, the planning process was incredibly organized and thoughtful. Alyson and the team clearly have a lot of experience and made everything feel manageable and well planned. We had several meetings along the way, including our tasting and table viewing, and they provided helpful worksheets that kept everything clear and structured.
What stood out most was how smoothly everything ran on the wedding day. We were never pulled aside to answer questions or deal with logistics because the team handled everything behind the scenes. That allowed us to fully enjoy the day and stay present with our family and friends. The staff was professional, attentive, and gracious. They even helped some of our older relatives who needed extra assistance, which meant a lot to us. They were also very accommodating when we wanted to customize the alcohol selection and helped us bring in one of our favorite beers.
Our wedding day was everything we hoped it would be, and a huge part of that is thanks to the team at Arroyo Trabuco. We felt completely taken care of from start to finish, and we would recommend this venue to anyone without hesitation.

They pay close attention to detail and make sure every aspect of the day is discussed so that it's absolutely perfect. Our day went off without a hitch thanks to the wedding coordinators. One of the best things they did was put together a schedule of the day with every little detail added. They handled the transitions during our wedding so it was flawless. We had so many compliments on our wedding venue from our guests. They especially loved how delicious the food was, which isn't very common at many wedding venues. We couldn't recommend this venue more! It was absolutely perfect!

we had been looking for. It’s definitely a hidden gem! The event staff is responsive, detail-oriented, organized, and so so nice. We didn’t have a wedding planner, and they were so helpful in answering questions throughout the entire process leading up to our big day. At our reception, the banquet staff was super attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed. The food was delicious as well! It ended up raining on our wedding day, and Alyson walked us through all of our options and handled all logistics for tenting our ceremony. She is a rockstar!! On our wedding day, everything was taken care of and weather adjustments were made before we even arrived, and we had the most perfect and joyous day. We had such a wonderful experience and will definitely be attending the fun events hosted at Arroyo in the years to come!!

She was also available as our "day of coordinator" which was so nice to have! She kept us on time, coordinated between all of our vendors and was huge help. something more scenic and rustic than the modern look of most California venues. The garden is gorgeous and reminds me of a vineyard with the trellis off to the side. There are beautiful flowers and lemon trees around the garden and a stunning large tree to get married underneath with a beautiful view of the hills and lake as the backdrop. It was awesome that the ballroom was gorgeous inside as well- with high vaulted ceilings and pretty+ comfortable dining chairs. So convenient that they cater and handle everything with food and services since the restaurant kitchen is right next door. The food tasted great and our guests complimented us on it. Alyson and Jamie were my main coordinators and they did a fantastic job. Jamie was very on top of it and organized and relieved a lot of the planning stress off of me. Overall, my husband and I truly enjoyed having our wedding here and our guests loved the venue as well!
