We reached out to Joshua with only 2 weeks left till our wedding day and he was quick to respond and schedule our first session. He was a joy to work with and really helped us out! With his help, our first dance was a hit with our guests! We couldn't be more happy and are looking into taking more lessons in the near future!

With a week left before our special day, Joshua has given us so much. Not only an amazing first dance choreography but dance to use throughout the night and rest of our days together. What started as a simple search for a first dance for our wedding has changed into an so much more and we're so happy to have met Joshua and start this dance journey. We're absolutely coming back after the wedding afterglow is done to continue learning how to dance! My father and I worked with Joshua for our father-daughter dance. He choreographed it for us catered to our song choice, and also listened and tweaked as we went if our vision for it changed. He made it so personal and sentimental, and is so talented! It was cool hearing his story as well. My parents are planning to work with him in the future just for fun date nights for them! Joshua did an amazing job of being professional and personable. He inspired confidence in both myself and my wife to dance in front of 300 people. Neither of us were good dancers before, after going to lessons with Joshua, we have fallen in love with dancing and will continue to take lessons to further our abilities. Our choreographed dance by Josh was absolutely perfect and more than we imagined it could be. Josh is a fantastic instructor, he made us feel comfortable the second we scheduled our sessions. My fiancé and I went to him for our wedding dance, and we are so impressed! With anything, it’s difficult to find someone knowledgeable, but it’s exponentially harder to find someone who truly knows how to teach it, especially to beginners. Trust me, my fiancé and I are NOT dancers, but patience from the instructor and effective methods for showing us the steps got us where we needed to be. Awesome!

My wife and I were not natural dancers. We were very concerned about dancing at our wedding so we signed up with Art Full of Joy Dance & Creative Play after hearing about the studio from a friend. My friend had signed up to do a choreographed swing dance for their wedding, and I thought that sounded fun. Joshua choreographed our first dance for our wedding, and at first we were apprehensive due to our lack of skills. But over the next few months, we picked up the parts. Josh encouraged us when we had doubts about our abilities, and never lost patience. Now post wedding, we are going to continue going to lessons. It's honestly one of the highlights of our week, and is now part of our weekly date night.

I would give him 6 stars if I could. Absolutely loved working with Joshua. He’s very nice, sweet, and positive. He had a lot of patience with us and taught us what we wanted to learn. He choreographed our wedding dance from the song we picked and made suggestions to different versions to make the most of it. Our dance was amazing and everyone was so impressed by it during our wedding. We also chose to take separate dance lessons and they came in handy to different genres during our wedding. His prices are very reasonable and you get an absolutely great value. Give him a try and you won’t be disappointed. We definitely recommend him to everyone we know that needs help with their wedding dance or just dance lessons.

Josh was truly amazing working with us in crunch time. We were late in the game to plan our first dance, and he not only worked with our eclectic schedules, but he put together an amazing dance that is going to stun our guests! Joshua is an amazing instructor! My fiancé and I started taking dance lessons for the first dance at our wedding. We decided the week of the wedding to take dance lessons. Finished our third lesson this morning with more confidence than we could imagine. Josh was super polite, patient, and a great teacher. He stayed with us and was very attentive to make sure we looked good. As long as nerves don’t get in the way the day of the wedding we will look like pros!

My fiancé and I have been taking classes with Joshua for about 7 months and we can’t stay away ! We primarily asked Joshua to choreograph our wedding dance but we are now hooked and have learned many other styles of dancing. He’s made my fiancé and I feel so confident when we dance. He uses his kindness and patience to build a confident attitude which transfers into becoming a great dancer. Joshua has also choreographed a dance for my dad and I to dance to at our wedding. The song we picked was challenging but he made it happen. Our wedding is in a month but we will definitely continue to take dance class, it has become our weekly date night. Our wedding dances have become part of the excitement of getting married rather than a stressor . We highly recommend him if you’re looking for something authentic and original for a special event or even if you just want to improve your dancing.

My fiancé and I just finished our lessons with Joshua for our wedding dance. We purchased choreography from him as well for a waltz and a swing dance. He made learning two dances in such a short amount of time easy. He was so encouraging and his lessons were a great mixture of fun, new material, learning various ballroom dance techniques (we were even able to learn some basic rumba movements), and cleaning up our choreography. He was really great to work with on every step from finding a song, all the way to the small details of the entrance and exit of our wedding dances. My whole family is filled with dancers (although not ballroom dancers) so they are super picky watching anyone dancing and I feel so confident about the dances that Joshua has taught us that can’t wait to show them off to my family.

My 13 year old son and I started taking dance classes from Josh over a year ago. Josh taught us so much about dancing and made it so fun. Josh teaches with his heart and soul every song! He choreographed an elegant and beautiful dance for us that we performed at a Gala. We received so many compliments we couldn't believe it. My son has increased his lessons with Josh to 3 per week and hopefully one day my son will be able to compete when he is old enough as he loves it. Finally, Josh took special care to select a partner for my son to dance with for his private lessons when I couldn't be there. Also, Josh's wife and co-owner is one of the most elegant dancers I have ever witnessed and together they make a wonderful team both in dancing, teaching, and running the business. I highly recommend them.

Wanted to learn how to country dance, can't do better than this. Super affordable for a college student, a real blast, was able to do several steps in country dance within a few 1 hour lessons. Ended up learning tango as well.

My fiancé and I had a good experience with Joshua and his staff. Joshua’s style involved how the dance should look and feel making the practice less awkward then past experiences. The prices were affordable and there was no pressure to sign long term contracts. We would definitely use them again.

I have always had two left feet. My son began taking lessons from Josh and Lauren and loved ballroom dancing so much, that I decided to try it. The first dance, I was already feeling comfortable, like I could do it! These two are absolutely amazing.

Josh is such a great dance instructor! I learned so fast! I think he could teach anyone! He is very patient and got me and my daughter hooked! He also has a great music selection. Joshua is one of the best to be around, he is attentive with each client and is wonderful at working around and strengthening weaknesses. He is extremely calm and level headed always making each class a fun one and is always encouraging clients to go out and show the world what they've learned and provides more spaces to do so. I would definitely recommend him!

The instructors at this studio begin with the basics and encourage you throughout the process. They walk you through the steps and address technique. Dancing with this studio has helped me connect to others in a new, meaningful way.
