Both our wedding cake and groom's cake were absolutely perfect! I can't wait to have another event for Erin to make a cake for as they were delicious!!

POOR COMMUNICATION I initially contacted this bakery by email and had a good response. After several back and forth sessions I requested a call to finalize the details. Erin informed me that their phones were down. I then requested a call when the phones were back up, assuming it would be the next day as told. I tried calling them days later and no answer. I left 2 additional emails and still no answer. What a waste of time! I don't understand why any potential customer would be treated like this , especially for a wedding cake!!

The ladies at Art of Cakes were so easy to work with and are extremely talented! My husband and I designed our own cake using different pictures and they nailed it. Not only was it the most beautiful cake I’ve ever seen in person, but it was the best wedding cake I’ve ever tasted! Weeks later we are still getting comments about the cake. We highly recommend this business. They were easy to set and appointment with, easy to communicate via email with and delivered on all promises.

Art of Cakes Bakery was the best decision my husband and I made in choosing a bakery for our wedding day! The ladies made us feel welcome and at home when we first came to taste their cupcakes. They were very flexible in helping us to stay within our budget while also providing us the best cupcakes and cakes we wanted for our wedding. My daughter was a fan from the tasting till the cutting of the brides cake. Art of Cakes provided a beautiful rose covered cake for the bridesmaid luncheon and both the grooms (a perfect U for the Miami football fan) and brides cake. They delivered and set up gorgeous cakes which were moist and delicious. The staff were friendly, eager to meet each request and the cost was below our budgeted amount. I have recommended them several times!

We really enjoyed working with this company. They were very easy to get in contact with and they understood what we wanted. They were truly concerned about what we wanted for our wedding. They are two of the most kind people I have ever met. EVERYONE at the wedding LOVED their cake and wanted to know where it was from. You can’t go wrong choosing this company.

The cake was beautifully decorated, and they followed the picture I showed them wonderfully. Planning from afar, most of our communication was through email and Erin was extremely helpful in answering any/all of my questions and making sure I was getting what I wanted, for a great price. The guests all loved the cake and said it was one of the best wedding cakes they'd had. Overall, EXCELLENT!

Out of all the places in Maryville and Knoxville Art of Cakes were the only ones to actually have more than one type/design for a vegan wedding cake. They set up an appt and have samples for you to choose from during the consultation. It was by far the best experience I had with any of the bakeries. I showed them my design and it looked and tasted amazing on my big day! Even my mom why was a huge skeptic on vegan food loved it!

The talent that both Angela and Erin have is AMAZING! Their cakes make your mouth drop. We chose them to make a chandelier wedding cake and it was the talk of the night. They listened to my idea, examined the photo and created a wonderful masterpiece. There was a little miscommunication in the beginning on who was supposed to provide the hanging cake stand. We had one custom made and it worked out perfectly. Art of Cakes discounted our total invoice for our inconvenience. They thought they would be able to order one, but a hanging stand was no longer available by their supplier. Our cake turned out wonderful and it tasted just a good as we expected. We sampled 10 flavors and settled on the Amaretto flavor for wedding cake; red velvet for grooms cake. Oh, the Groom's Cake was a University of Louisville Cardinal. According to U of L fans, it was the BEST cardinal that they have ever seen. I highly recommend this bakery and will order from them again on our anniversary.

They did my custom topsy turvy cake for my mad hatters tea party reception. It was beautiful and they delivered even in the snow and ice.

This cake was AMAZING!!! I can't tell you how many people said it was absolutely the BEST cake they had ever tasted. It was as delicious as it was beautiful.
