We are still in awe of the beautiful images and story Tammy captured of our day and in the process of having her design an album ! She has such a calming demeanor and made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera while enjoying every second of our wedding. We were so happy to find her through a local referral, as her experience speaks volumes. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts! Highly Highly recommend!!

Tammy photographed my daughter & son-in-laws wedding on a beautiful (but windy) Fall day. From the wedding morning preparations through the “first look” pictures , the ceremony and dinner, to the end of an amazing day, she captured all the loving emotions that were expressed and shared that day. We couldn’t have asked for more beautiful pictures that we’ll charish forever!

Tammy was the perfect choice to photograph our wedding! She captured everything from the girls getting ready to the first dance with my new HUSBAND. She didn't miss a detail - I forgot to tell her about my grandmother's photograph on my bouquet and was absolutely overjoyed when I saw a stunning photo of it afterward. If we did it all over again, we'd choose her without a doubt!!

My sister used Art of Exposure photography for her engagement and wedding photos, and I am very disappointed on her behalf. There was a serious lack of attention to detail-- in some of the portraits, people are not even spaced evenly. The collection of photos she gave to my sister (I saw all of them) were hardly edited, many of them should have been discarded. There were photos that weren't even properly in focus! I have serious doubts about Tammy's qualifications as a photographer. Tammy also doesn't have an eye for catching candids-- if that is important to you, definitely stay away. The bridal party spent upwards of an hour just chilling on the beach while Tammy took photo after photo of the bride and groom making out. There was zero variety to the poses at all. Far too much posing in general, and not enough capturing the actual day and emotions of the day. I'd be a bit more forgiving if Tammy was a new photographer and charged accordingly, but her fees are NOT commiserate with her talent whatsoever. I don't know if Tammy's popularity reflects a lack of alternate options in the area (I'm from Chicago, we have lots to choose from down here), but I would not recommend Tammy to anyone.

My husband and I worked with Tammy for our engagement photos and for our wedding at Gordon Lodge in Door County, WI on 6/17/16. We are from the Chicagoland area, but Tammy worked with us seamlessly! She also worked really well with our videographer, even though they had never met before!! She was creative and original in her photos---all of our family and friends cannot believe the quality of photos we received!!! They were absolutely stunning!

We planned our wedding in Door County from 5 hours away, and Tammy was by far the greatest photographer we talked with. The minute we talked on the phone she described who she was and how she works as a photographer. She instantly made me feel SO calm through the planning. She was extremely detail oriented and listened to our needs and wants, and what we didn't want. When our wedding day came, she was so patient, helpful, funny, and just truly knew what she was doing. Our entire time taking photos was incredibly comfortable. she was amazing with our friends, family, kids, and us!! She paid such close attention to each moment and was not a "basic" photographer that just took the same posed pictures over and over. She has an extremely great eye and an art for photography. It rained just before our outdoor ceremony, but Tammy ensured our pictures were still taken and worked with us. We could go on and on and on about Tammy & how she helped make our day extraordinary. I have the most gorgeous wedding photos thanks to Tammy! Not only is she a talented photographer, but a very nice person to work with as well. I will recommend her to anyone having a Door County Wedding!
