Photography is my way of feeling, of touching, of loving. What photographer have caught on film is captured forever… It remembers little things, long after you have forgotten everything.
I preserve real moments, raw emotions and your true feelings at that moment. I have master degree in the fine arts that helps me to notice all beautiful things around us, make creative compositions and find right angle. With an artistic eye and all of my heart I capture weddings like unique story of each couple.

Mariya is a highly skilled photographer who truly knows how to capture the most precious moments of your event. My wife and I recently got married, and and her team did a spectacular job documenting our big day. It’s clear that Mariya takes photography seriously; you can feel the love and passion she has for her craft, and it shows in every photograph. Her natural artistry shines through in every shot, beautifully capturing the essence and emotion of the memories we created.
Looking back at our wedding photos, it feels as though we are right back in that moment—every image is authentic and full of life. As an architect, I have a trained eye for detail, and I was absolutely amazed at Mariya’s ability to quickly and effortlessly capture the perfect shot. We were absolutely thrilled with our experience working with Artbelka Photography (Mariya). We had the pleasure of working with Mariya for both our engagement shoot and our wedding, and the results completely exceeded our expectations.
From start to finish, Mariya was great to work with. Her eye for capturing beautiful, candid moments is truly incredible. During the wedding, she made sure we got every shot we wanted and was always there at the perfect time to catch all those spontaneous, meaningful moments.

Mariya’s attention to detail is something I’ve never seen before. She was my dream photographer come to life. I appreciate that she took the time to see what I wanted to capture and work with my ideas. She also has a vision for photography that was romantic and elegant and that’s what I was hoping for my wedding pictures. We could not be happier with how beautiful our wedding
photos look! We originally found Mariya through Instagram and were initially drawn to the overall style and aesthetic of her photography. Her photos had a warmer and more cinematic quality you don’t often see in wedding photos and we thought
it would be a really unique element to have a part of our memories.
In addition to all of the specific shots we were hoping for,
Mariya captured so many candid moments of our friends and family that we weren’t expecting or even noticed that she was taking. She was also able to get new shots we wanted on the fly in a way that felt really loose and fun as opposed to being too staged or uncomfortable.
At the end of the day, there are hundreds of wedding
photographers in Chicago but you will not find artful photos like Mariya takes (and edits) unless you hire her. We wouldn’t hesitate to hire her again for any professional photographer needs in the future.

Maria is a really talented photographer, who does not take ordinary photos , but has the unique power to see the real personality , show his/her soul in her pictures . Absolutely amazing! When we first started wedding planning, my now husband and I knew we wanted our photos to be moodier and more artsy than your typical wedding photography. We scoured Instagram until we came across Art Belka and we fell in love. Mariya is amazing to work with, very chill and nice; she’ll make you feel like a glamorous celebrity. We loved our engagement photos and couldn’t wait to see our wedding photos and we certainly were not disappointed. She delivered exactly what we asked for. We can’t to have her take more photos as our family grows :)

I can't describe how appreciative I am that I had a chance to work with Mariya. She captured every detail of our big day.
She is a professional photographer who knows exactly when to catch the right moment, how to achieve the perfect candid shot, and what to do in the event of rain. I love Mariya's genuine approach to photography - when she did our engagement photos, she was able to capture our personalities and our love for one another in the photos.

We booked Mariya as our wedding photographer because we were highly impressed by the photos on her website. The creativity, uniqueness, and beauty in her work is outstanding. The photoshoot itself was very smooth. Maria told us exactly what to do and how to do it. She was also very kind and easy to work with, resulting in a great experience overall. We received the photos in beautiful packaging very quickly. They were breathtaking to say the least! There was not a single photo that didn’t take my breath away. Our energy, passion, and love radiates off every single picture. We are incredibly satisfied and left with phenomenal photos to remember a really important day of our lives. We found Artbelka through The Knot. We checked out Artbelka's instagram page, and immediately knew we liked their style and wanted to meet up to discuss pricing. (Please take a look at their instagram - it does not disappoint.) As a graphic designer, I know what good work looks like, working in an industry using provided photography. Their photos are fresh, timeless, and is tailored to each couple.
We had the pleasure of working with Mariya. She is super professional, and a great director.
We met up with her 7 months prior to our wedding, and she was extremely flexible with the pricing and packages that they offered. The day of, she photographed the groom/groomsmen first, and then traveled back to me, the bride, and my bridesmaids. We then took outdoor photos near our venue, which Mariya had suggested. It was beautiful. Mariya stayed all night, as according to the contract. Most of all, what we really appreciated, was her willingness to stay a little later, due to our schedule running behind.
The photos took about 4 weeks to process, and they were well worth the wait. The editing is very well done, you and your loved ones will look like themselves (not over edited or over airbrushed.) I would definitely contact Artbelka again for future events.

It was a pleasure to work with Maria on our wedding. Our photos are very beautiful and genuine at the same time. She didn’t ask to pose for her, but instead, captured the best moments of the wedding: our laughs, our tears and our joy. She took perfect photos of our guests as well, not just us. Mariya is a pleasure to work with and her pricing is great. She excels at candid photos. I think the posed and staged photos with our family, etc. could have used more direction, so you can tell she's less experienced there. For our purposes it worked out great, as we were really looking more to capture moments and emotion. We got the photos back quickly too. We've had a lot of fun looking through them and reminiscing!

We made wedding in chicago with family, relatives and friends. I was looking for a good reportage photographer because we had only reception and party with a lot of people. I found and hired Mariya artbelkaphotography and i got from her wonderful candid pictures. She was nice, polite, funny, easy to communicate. Being a Mom is special feelings, you want to keep it and save forever. so photos for me are not just cards, it's our memories and story. We met Mariya and hired her for our Dughter's wedding. Her style and personality impressed me, from first seconds i said it's exactly what we need. We didn't have a huge wedding, it was small, cozy and wanted to catch all event was happening there, atmosphere and emotions. I didn't want everybody to hold phones and make video, photos etc. I wanted really enjoy party and share it with friends and family. Also i don't like to much a lot of posing and directions where to stay or where to go. I need person who captures all of nice moments during but we really enjoy party. So as i said i hired Mariya who is professional, she was like spy is hunting for a great shots. We got beautiful photos in 2 weeks after wedding date! We were watching them 3 or 4 times! It's so great to come back to your special moments through days and years when you look in pictures. Iy was a pleasure to work with her, i was calm and confident when i hired her, so no stress and worries on your special day! Now we are using her all time=)

Not once i used Mariya like a photographer. She is our family photographer - like you know family doctor. We did all sessions with her - engagement, wedding, newborn, family. She has a passion to what she does and her vision is absolutely spiritual, i am glad found her. Now a lot of hour happy memories saved in pictures. We have already become a friends. It's was always easy to work with her, i totally trust her testy and as a results i have images with our life story. If you need something extra ordinary and artistic oriented Mariya is best for you.

Mariya is a true artist. She inspires, directs, and captures every angle in every flattering position. Despite her busy schedule, she’s prompt in communicating and responding back to my emails. During our 3 hour engagement shoot, I found her very personable, patient, and flexible. We were quickly put at ease. I think it's crucial that the photographer makes you feel this way. We feel our best when at ease, so naturally you want to feel this way for your engagement shoot.
Hiring Mariya is easily one of the best decisions I made for the wedding. Got tons of compliments on the photos, and blew them up for our wedding. She was a pleasure to work with and I’m so glad we had her as our engagement photographer! My wedding was in another state; otherwise, I would have asked her to be my wedding photographer as well.

Recently got married (4-21-18) and we worked with Mariya from Artbelka Photography for our wedding. From our first consultation all the way to the reception of our wedding, it has been such a pleasure working with her!! She was so prompt and professional throughout the whole experience. When I received the photos I was blown away by how BEAUTIFULLY she captured my wedding. I keep looking back to the pictures to remember that day. Being the busy bride that I was in my wedding, she captured EVERYTHING and more of what I wanted. Her work is incredible and she's a sweetheart to work with. Pictures were hand delivered to me on a USB no later than a month and a half after the wedding. Definitely worth every penny and time! Thank you so much Artbelka Photography!!
