For First Dance Memories That Last Forever
We started taking lessons about a month before our wedding, and the brilliant teachers at Arthur Murray in Cambridge helped two non-dancers put on a great show! We would especially like to thank Katie and Uliana for teaching most of our lessons; developing our choreography; and being patient, empathetic, and supportive instructors. We had so much fun learning and working and felt totally prepared for our big dance. Despite being nervous when we started our lessons, when the time came we were confident and joyful. We highly recommend!
We took lessons our wedding first dance at Arthur Murray Boston. We were very pleased with the level of choreography and care from the Arthur Murray team--if we had to reschedule lessons, they were always very accommodating and the hand-offs between the different instructors was smooth.
We did the 10 lesson package and felt it was right for us, as a couple who didn't have any ballroom dancing experience. By the end, we felt quite confident and polished in the routine. During the wedding, we were able to recover from an early mistake and nobody could tell!

He opened his first dance academy soon after, and his name became synonymous with ballroom dancing. Today, the schools that bear his name are famous for employing Arthur’s engaging, successful method of teaching.
From the Foxtrot to the Waltz, the instructors at Arthur Murray Cambridge Dance Center are skilled at teaching a wide spectrum of dances. They offer a course designed for soon-to-be newlyweds to prepare them for their first dance. Their lessons are intended to help couples feel comfortable on the dance floor and alleviate some of the stress of this momentous moment.

As a competitive ballroom dancer herself, Kia knows what it takes to succeed on the dance floor and is focused on allowing each student to develop quality dance skills in a fun, enjoyable way. Her background in management consulting as well as managing Arthur Murray studios has equipped her with the skills that have propelled Arthur Murray Cambridge into one of the top studios in the world.
