udio. They took the time to discuss my prior dance experience, physical limitations, goals, budget, etc.
After six months of lessons I can't believe how many dances I have learned and how many new friends I have made.......
I am NOT a gym person at all.
So, this is the perfect alternative for me!
The first lesson is Free.......so, take a chance......you might love it.
My fiance and I decided to try some dance lessons for some help with our first dance. What we expected was some assistance with a simple dance, but what we received was so much mor...
e. Our instructor, Chris, has been so helpful in helping us to create a dance that is different and fun. We never thought we would be capable of doing a choreographed dance, but with each lesson and Chris' guidance, we become more confident. We have also attended group lessons and have learned many different dances that we can use aside from our wedding day. What we thought would be a temporary thing has now turned into a hobby for us. We have enjoyed our time with Arthur Murray so much that we plan to continue our lessons even after our wedding. All of the instructors are so welcoming and are always excited to see us when we walk through the door. I highly recommend this place for help with your wedding dance or as a fun hobby to mix up your week.
My husband and I took dance lessons 8 or 9 years ago through a parks and recreation program. We tripped over each others feet and quickly turned a good idea into a dreaded experien...

Fast-forward, by chance Arthur Murray Edgewater had a grand opening 8 weeks before our wedding. My husband and I had talked about trying dance lessons, and decided to commit as the studio opening up 2 minutes from our house was "a sign".
We took part in too many group dance lessons to count and 9 or 10 private lessons where we learned more dances and had a minute of our first dance choreographed.
Not only did our first dance come out beautiful, but my husband and I had a lot of fun learning to dance together and made new friends in the groups classes that we see around town.
Chris, Lynn, Gaye, Amber and Rachel were all great teachers, enthusiastic and really helped us. If they could teach us to dance, I know they can teach anyone.
We would highly recommend this studio for learning to dance, having a first dance choreographed, or just something fun and different to do.
Thank you!
