unfriendly individual. He called to get my feedback after I requested to speak with him and he was condescending and rude via phone. He told me 'sorry your interpretation was incorrect' but 'private' does not mean your own room. The entire time we spoke he told me that I was incorrect on what I experienced, how can you tell someone their experience was incorrect? BEWARE: they advertise private lessons and then have multiple couples in the room with you during that lesson, you have your own instructor but you have to wait in the rotation for your music to be played. So a 45 minute lesson becomes much shorter. No where on their materials does it specify this nor do they explain it to you when you go to sign up. We chose Arthur Murray out of 3 different studios and had it not been for Dominique's attitude and crude behavior we would have given it 5 stars while noting the false advertisement on what he see's as 'private lesson.' Learn some customer service skills Dominique. Couples looking to get lessons, find somewhere else. I will never recommend this studio to anyone of my friends getting married or looking to learn

eat....has a flexible schedule, always professional but keeps you laughing and engaged. Somehow he is able to old his laugh and with much patience and skill can help us fix our mistakes...gosh he is patient! We took a total of 6 classes learning the fox trot to our first dance song and well we turned out pretty awesome. We were so confident walking out on the floor and we looked great and not like we performed but like we just had some dancing skills! Thanks Dominic we had so much learning from you and I have even persuaded my husband to come back for some more and it wasn't wen hard to do!
