I am so happy I took dance lessons with my now husband at Arthur Murray Lexington! We took a total of 7 lessons before our wedding with our instructor Rosie. She was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She designed our first dance using our song of choice. On our wedding day, we felt so confident in our footsteps and everyone loved and cheered for our first dance. The one minor note about this studio is that the studio manager was a little pushy about signing us up for more lessons, but was understanding when we said we wanted to wait a couple of months.

Steven at AM is just the best!! We have danced for quite a few years and are SO impressed with Steven's amazing way to make students understand concepts. He is a brilliant teacher! We can't thank him enough for getting us all ready for our big day!!

recommend Astrid to any couple wanting to learn to dance. However, dance lessons do cost a pretty penny. I suggest paying by check or even cash for each lesson as you go. It will save you the hassle of having to stop automatic payments (Arthur Murray's preferred method of payment) or being over charged when you are ready to end lessons.

ch! Hunter was easy-going and willing to work with us when a sudden move put a dent in our plans. Chris, our personal teacher, was patient, excellent at explaining and demonstrating moves, and alleviated all of our worries by asking questions about our big day we hadn't even considered (like shoe height and dress poofiness). Thanks to the wonderful instructors and equally wonderful fellow dancing students, dance lessons became an activity we looked forward to and we hope to continue.
