fit in before the wedding. I agreed to go to the free trial (first lesson) and we had a great time! We signed on for the basic first dance package, which got us (I believe) 6 private lessons and 2 group lessons. We had a great time throughout the process. The instructors were supportive and helpful. We were able to choreograph the entire first dance song, with several dips and fun extra moves. Practicing was a great break from the stressors of the wedding planning process. The routine was a huge hit at the wedding itself, and we are both so glad we decided to go for it! Highly recommend.

e were able to learn and perfect our first dance as well as learn several other types of dance which we incorporated at our wedding. Our moves truly WOWED our guests (and parents)! It was so fun for us to do something totally different for us and learn a new life skill along the way. Tabitha was our instructor and she was great!

My wife and I were lucky to work with her for a set of 6 lessons to practice the first dance for our wedding.  Also, she frequently brought in her peers who worked there to demonstrate certain moves to us and to have them give us more “neutral” feedback on the dance routine that my wife and I had. She is had a very positive and encouraging attitude with her students and she makes you feel totally comfortable and excited to be there in the dance studio with her. My parents also had lessons with her and when they came home, they had nothing but rave reviews for how lovely it was to work under Annaliza’s guidance. We can’t say enough good things about Annaliza— you’ll be lucky if you get to work with her!

m one lesson to the next, ending up with a surprisingly awesome wedding dance and a lot of happy memories. A few specific strengths: Despite us not having a musical background, Chris choreographed the dance really well to the changes in the music of the song and helped us learn how to hit those points. Creating the dance was a collaborative process -- he listened to our ideas and also brought plenty to the table. He also encouraged us to practice the dance in front of the weekly Friday night dance party gang, which was a really positive and confidence-boosting experience. Arthur Murray is pretty expensive, but for us it was worth every penny! We loved every minute in the studio and will cherish our dance for years to come.
