Liz is wonderful! We had two cakes made, and not only were the exactly what I had in mind visually, but they tasted good, too!! We had a traditional tiered cake, and a second "fun"...
cake (think groom's cake, but it represented us both). People were blown away at her sculpting - you'd never guess it was all edible! She really took the time to understand what we had in mind, and created amazing cakes.
My cake was beautiful and delicious. It was expensive but worth it. There was a very expensive delivery fee which I was unaware of until the week before the wedding.
My wife and I are musicians, so we knew that we wanted that to be a big part of our wedding. Liz does 3D cakes, so we asked her to make our cake in the shape of one of our favorite...
composers. Everyone at the wedding thought that it was a real statue! Tasty too. Liz is awesome
My husband and I had a rather unusual request for our wedding cake. We wanted our cake to be a bust of Ludwig van Beethoven. Liz did not blink an eye and was right on board with us...
. When we arrived for the cake tasting, she had done her research and was ready with ideas, which we loved, along with her passion for her work. On our wedding day, everyone was blown away. They all thought that it was a real bust! It was delicious too! I would definitely order from her again :)
Absolutely loved working with Liz on my cake, I pretty much told her what I wanted for everything and she made it come alive! A few small details were left out, but it still turned...
out absolutely gorgeous and I got compliments on my cake all night long! Even the pictures I keep getting comments on! I was NOT disappointed at all. My husband didn't like that in the back that the detail didn't seem to finished, you could see the cracks of fondant which is a little unprofessional, but it was in the back of the cake which no one was paying attention to that part of the cake. Definitely know how many people you need cake for because we had tons of left over that didn't even get saved or eaten, a lot of it got thrown away because no one would take any home and it was really hard to save because when you put it in the fridge is hardens too much to eat. When it was fresh on the wedding day though, I was soft, beautiful and delicious. Only other thing that really concerned me was I didn't expect the cake to nearly tumble on us as we cut it. So if you have a big tall cake, expect to seperate the tiers.

ed were quite tasty. Her designs are one-of-a-kind and will certainly make an statement at your reception. Here's a secret: Liz is also an amazing graphic designer who created a suite of custom invitations & a bride/groom illustration for us. They were one of our favorite parts of our whole wedding!
