Joey, Justin, Jason, Shannon, and the entire Artisan team were amazing to work with for our Wedding. Joey did our flowers as well, which were sooo beautiful, as well as the event planning and day of management. They basically did everything for us and were an absolute pleasure to work with.  My favourite about Joey and his team is what professionals they are. They know the wedding / event planning business through and through, and their experience not only gave me comfort in the process, they've done this all hundred of times, they provide you with all the necessary information, knowledge, and suggestions of a true professional.  Joey is transparent with his advice and recommendations, and told me what I should focus on and what I shouldn't. Decisions are endless in the wedding space, and having someone say "I recommend these 3 vendors", or "you don't need to worry about that" was just extremely helpful as it's so easy to get bogged down by the details and endless choices. The team is extremely organized, and everything on pricing and details was extremely transparent and very helpful. I wanted to manage a few things myself, and they still gave me advice on things to think about and questions to ask. Joey is also an extremely likeable person and I just very much enjoyed working with him and his team.  And the flowers - Joey was clear with what I could expect with flowers in season, and really outperformed. I wanted my flowers to be colorful, playful and bring out the pinks of the desert landscape, and Joey did just that. Everything was beautiful. Joey and his team even packed up some flowers from the event to be used at the party we held the next day. It was wonderful to enjoy them again.  Everything went off without a hitch, and Joey + Artisan team are responsible for that. They were just amazing. I cannot say enough about how great working with them was, throughout the planning process and the day of. When my husband and I started planning our wedding, we hoped for a day to remember—not just for us, but for all our guests! Joey and the Artisan team delivered exactly that. Against the stunning backdrop of Palm Springs, a place that means so much to us, our wedding was absolutely perfect! Where to even begin!?! The floral arrangements were simply stunning, capturing the color scheme I wanted perfectly. The bouquets and centerpieces were elegant and became a talking point among our guests, especially my own bouquet, which I absolutely drooled over. The cascading arrangements that flanked our isle, to the arrangements on the bars, and all the other pieces, it was exactly how I pictured it. The Artisan team delivered everything we had asked for, from the start of the contract to the actual execution of their words, it was seamless! A huge shoutout to the communication! Joey and Shannon managed our communication perfectly. I literally had Shannon on speed dial through every step of our planning! Both were consistently responsive, offering their advice and allowed me to make any last-minute changes without any hassle. Their ability to turn our ideas into reality made the planning process genuinely enjoyable from start to finish! The meticulousness of Joey's planning was evident in every aspect of our wedding. From the carefully chosen décor to the seamless flow of the day's events, his expertise was unmistakable. Artisan provided a solid list of vendors, yet we were also free to explore and include our own finds, which was greatly appreciated. Shoutout to their friend, DJ James Gonzalez. James did not disappoint with his lights and energy! The dance floor was electric. Additionally, his close friend Keturah, her hair and makeup team, MBK Beauty, was next level and made me and all my girlfriends feel so gorgeous! Lastly, the team worked seamlessly with our amazing photographer, Christina Frary with Matthew David Studio. She was out of this world good! Our wedding day was everything we wanted. It was as if the Artisan team had plucked the images right out of our dreams (aka my Pinterest board) and into reality. I’m still at a loss of words at how beautiful it was. Their hard work and dedication were crucial in creating a celebration that felt unique to us. Joey and team, thank you for giving us the best day of our lives. We are forever grateful to all of you for making it happen. You all hold a very special place in my heart – it was just beyond anything we could have every asked for!

My wife and I worked with Artisan (Joey + Justin) for wedding planning and design (including florals) and had a wonderful experience. We loved working with them! One of the most intimidating parts about planning a wedding is that there are so many decisions to make and little things to do. As a bride or groom, it’s hard to even know what these tasks are, or when they should be done. That’s where Artisan comes in, and is basically a one-stop shop for all your needs. They do floral design, they hire and manage any vendors you don’t want to deal with yourself (including DJ, lighting, photo booth, decor…), and most importantly, they guide the entire weekend so that you can be in the moment and have fun. Leading up to the wedding day, Artisan tells you exactly which decisions you need to make, what the budget impact is, and when they’re due. And on the day itself, you don’t have to think at all — you just show up and experience it! A major advantage of working with Artisan is that in addition to the usual logistical support, they also do all the design in-house. This means that the whole look of your wedding is cohesive — from the florals to the menus to the lighting. My wife and I didn’t come into our wedding with all the answers, but Joey and Justin took the time to get to know us, and figured out an aesthetic that we absolutely loved, represented us as people, and incorporated both of our families’ cultures. Our guests remarked how authentically “us” the wedding was. We had SO MUCH fun at our own wedding, and a big part of the reason we could relax and be present is that Justin and Joey are so organized and reassuring. We truly could not have been happier with how our wedding turned out, and even the process of planning it was fun (which, based on talking to friends, is not the case with all planners!). If you’re thinking about working with Artisan… do it!

They made the design process so seamless and were willing to work with us to ensure we had a beautiful ceremony and reception while staying within our budget. Every great wedding needs Joey and his staff. They will ensure timelines are kept, things run smoothly, flowers look gorgeous, set ups are accurate, you name it. But the priceless part of Artisan is the experience they provide. Your enjoyment is maximized from every angle: making sure you eat, caring for family members that need help, and running the entire show so you can HAVE FUN! It's not easy to run an event, but Joey and his staff make it effortless. All you need to do is trust-I guarantee it's not Joey's first rodeo and he knows how to solve whatever it is! :)

LOVE Joey and his team. They did our event coordination and flowers/decor and we honestly couldn't have dreamed something better. Joey handpicks all his flowers - driving to LA multiple times a week. His staff was always available for my questions... and minor freak-outs. They kept the whole day moving and everything went off without a hitch. He completely captured the "romantic" feel I was after. Can not recommend Artisan Events enough!

I will start with the positive... I did love my arch and sweet heart table. They were both done how described in my contract. Artisan events was also very responsive. Negative.....I did not like my bouquet at all. I met with the owner twice and described a cascading bouquet I wanted, but that is not what I received. It looked nothing like what was described in my contract. I also thought my centerpieces (just sprigs of eucalyptus) were very overpriced. Overall if you want a “boho” look or “cascading” bouquet they are NOT the vendor for you.

absolutely terrible and completely unprofessional!!!! not only did they almost ruin our entire wedding, suggest an terrible photographer, and not have the right flowers my wife wanted or anything, but after the wedding they asked to publish photos and information about our wedding in a well known wedding magazine- which my wife and i declined due to privacy and a sensitive guest list of public figures... and yet even after we said no, they went ahead and published the information anyways!!! i had to contact the magazine editor and she had to take it all down. stay far far away from them!!!!!!!

We wish we could give Joey & Team at Artisan Events in Palm Springs 10 stars. Seriously. We got married in Palm Springs on February 3 at the Ace Hotel and had a little more than 100 guests. We hired Joey & Artisan to both coordinate the wedding, as well as to do the flowers and table displays. He and his team simply crushed it. We are busy professionals who live in San Francisco and we did not have a ton of time to spend on planning the intricacies of our wedding. We did have a vision though -- white orchids, succulents, and candles --simple, clean, chic but not ostentatious. Through some meetings and phone calls and plenty of emails, Joey fully understood what we wanted and executed perfectly. Guests commented that the displays were some of the prettiest they'd ever seen. Joey also took great care to think about our vision of a perfect wedding and in the days leading up to it, proposed unique ideas like floating lighted orbs (seriously) for the pool in the outdoor area where the wedding occurred. As we danced the night away, the orbs turned out to be an amazing backdrop when the sun set. Touches like the orbs (and countless others) underscore not only Joey's artistic vision, but the thoughtfulness and care with which he approached our wedding day. He and his team's coordination efforts were also second to none. The Ace, while a wonderful venue, gave us some trouble about a few requests we had made and they had agreed to. Joey personally dealt with the issues so that we did not have to concern ourselves with anything. And everything worked out. In short, our wedding was perfect for us, and Joey & Artisan are a huge reason why.

Joey and his team are amazing. So talented and so professional. They were willing to work with all my subtractions and additions and Joey really understood my vision right away. Our wedding was gorgeously styled and our florals were so so perfect. If you're getting married or having a special event in the coachella valley, look no further!!

The flowers were PERFECT. I sent them 3 or 4 pictures and they completely understood what I wanted. Highly recommend!

Joey is a magic maker! He really is a master at his craft. He turned our vision of classic romance into a reality and more. Joey is fun and easy to work with. The Flowers were stunning on the big day. Joey has the ability to take a very rough idea and make it so much more beautiful than you could have ever imagined. Guests were raving about our centerpieces and overall decor. Even better he has a world class team supporting him. Jocelyn, was there to answer any questions along the way and keep communication open. I would highly recommend Artisan to anyone!!

Artisan Events was one of the first vendors we booked for our wedding. Joey is incredibly passionate about his work, we only hired Artisan Events for the flowers, not event planning or coordinating. While my flowers were incredibly beautiful and Artisan was wonderful to work with leading up to my wedding. I feel as though I cannot justify the value of the product/service we received on the day of the wedding for the price we paid. My flowers arrived to the venue an hour later than we had asked them to be delivered. When the flowers were delivered, the bridal party flowers had been tossed in a basket- inconsistently labeled (many items with no label), my coordinator and bridesmaids were having to sort through the basket to figure out what was for who, which made for a bit of a stressful situation given they were already an hour late as it was. My bouquet was awesome, beautiful, but the peonies had gone limp and we had to pull 4 out of the bouquet before the ceremony. We noticed the limp flowers in photos. I can understand this happening post ceremony, but that is disappointing to happen so early. For what we paid- I would have expected not only better service but closer attention paid. Wiring the peonies would have been an easy fix. I got the sense that they must have had multiple events that day which is perhaps why the day of experience wasn't what I expected. Again the end product with the exception of my bouquet was flawless and beautiful, but given that their prices are on the higher side I expected 100% satisfaction.

Artisan truly transformed my wedding into an amazing event that left everyone talking about it days afterwards. Joey and Shannon were GREAT wedding planners (I will review their décor and flowers in a separate review). they took all the stress off of the big day and the days leading up to it, and were there when I needed them (fixed my broken cake topper, got red wine out of my wedding dress...YOU named it). I want to have them plan every party I have from here on out. love you and your team!

Joey of Artisan Events did a great job with our wedding! Since I live in Seattle, but the wedding was in Palm Springs, I mainly used Pinterest to show Joey what flowers and decor I liked, and he did a great job of replicating exactly the look I was going for. My bridal bouquet was UNBELIEVABLE! Due to winds and a chance of rain, we were forced to move our reception indoors so the overall look of the "outdoor glowing garden" look I was planning on was not achieved, but Joey did a great job of making the inside reception look as gorgeous as possible. I did feel that cost-wise they are a bit more expensive.

I loved everything about my flowers, they did a wonderful job with the bridesmaids flowers and the centerpieces were amazing! So thankful I didn't have to worry about a thing with them!

I absolutely LOVED working with Joey. He made our vision into a reality and more. Joey is fun and easy to work with and his staff is amazing. The Flowers were beautiful and creative. Guest complimented us during the night and after the wedding of his work. I would highly recommend Artisan to anyone.

The team at Artisan Events are true professionals. They did an amazing job with the florals and day of coordination. Joey was impeccable with understanding all my details and coordinating it all. Joey was also our day of coordinator too-he was like hiring a bodyguard, personal assistant and coordinator in one! I would highly recommend their services.

Joey and I discussed my vision over the phone (destination wedding) and I was extremely impressed with his ability to describe exactly what I wanted in his proposal. Everything was impeccable and creative. Even the presentation of our personal flowers was above and beyond any other wedding I have been apart of. Joey and his team did an excellent job!

Joey and his team is great! I met with Joey 10 months in advance with just a brief description of what I imagined. He led the meeting as if he knew exactly what I wanted! And he did! He saw my vision within 5 minutes... And I know nothing about flowers! The day of our wedding I expected it to be great but I was speechless! It was more than I could have ever imagined! My Centerpieces will never be forgotten by my guest! I couldn't be happier!

I was very happy talking with Joey at Artisan events prior to my wedding. I do not live in the Palm Springs area so all communication was done through email or phone. I was not picky about my flowers and trusted Joeys vision for my bouquet other tropical flowers. However, on the wedding day the flowers that were given to me for my hair were browned around the edges and one of them looked as though it had fallen apart. Myself, my mom, my bridesmaids and my hairstylist agreed they wouldn't do. We called Artisan to explain the situation and get new flowers, but we were given A LOT of attitude by Joey and even received a personal visit from him that was completely aggressive and uncalled for. He was yelling at me and everyone in the room that his flowers were fine. They did give me new flowers (not the same kind though) and it worked out well. The bouquets were all beautiful. Thankfully I was not a stressed out, uptight bride, because if I was, his attitude and crazy visit would have had me in tears.

Joey and his team at Artisan Events brought my dreams to life with their creative florals. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted, but knew that I didn't want anything ordinary or expected. I gave Joey a general description of my style and he brought it to life and FAR EXCEEDED my expectations. My bouquet and centerpieces were so unique and beautiful...all of my guests commented on how amazing they looked. My bouquet is dried and brings a smile to my face whenever i look at it.

Joey and Liz made our wedding day the best day of my life. Joey was our wedding planner and also did the flowers. We gave him an Idea of what we liked and he designed everything. We put all our trust in him and everything was perfect! They made our day so stress free! The flowers came out soo beautiful! My bouquet was gorgeous and smelled so good! I did a destination wedding and my biggest headache through the process was finding a florist, when we went down at xmas time to do some wedding stuff, we lucked out in finding Joey and his amazing team. We randomly showed up to his offices on NYE day as he was on his way out the door with bridal bouquets so I got to see his work up close and personal, and MAN oh MAN was I impressed. The next day we met with him and I told him what we wanted. We were budget concious and he gladly told us how to do our own centrepieces, but also priced them out for us, which we ended up getting him to do and they were beautiful. The wedding party flowers, including the flowers for the dogs were all gorgeous, and my bouquet is the prettist I have ever seen. The prices were great and working with someone so talented was amazing. One of the highlights of the day was my bouquet.

Joey and his whole team are the best. I really loved the day of coordinator / florist combo.... made my life so much easier. The day came together just beautifully, I worried for and wanted for nothing. So worth it.
