was the best in DFW. She is calm and collected and has exceptional design and organization skills. I had a hard time narrowing my vision and Tara was able to articulate exactly what I wanted when helping hire and work with vendors. Towards the end of planning, it was like she could read my mind and I trusted her to make decisions without needing to know the details because I was confident that she understood me and wanted nothing short of the best for us. She also mitigates conflict very well (contracts, wedding party, etc.) and manages her work relationships with the perfect blend of professionalism and candor. Look no further for a planner you can trust!!!

n 2 day wedding and gave her 9 months to help us find our second venue and finalize everything for both events. From day 1, we knew we picked the right person especially when she talked about her background in industrial engineering and how she has years of experiencing with managing projects and deadlines. She was so organized, would gently nudge us when we needed to stay on schedule and helped us whenever decisions got emotionally overwhelming. She also did an amazing job in the design process. I didn’t know what colors of outfits we would be wearing so it was a little stressful trying to decide colors only a few months out. Once we did have a better idea, she gracefully edited our designs despite all the extra work that entailed and pulled in perfect little touches like napkins that had a similar print to henna for our wedding reception. In the end it really did come together better than we could have dreamed. Our first event went so smoothly. She kept everyone on schedule without it ever feeling like we were rushed. Then we had a bit of a stressful wedding day with the weather forecast constantly changing in Dallas. Despite our best efforts for rain plan, we ended up having rain enter the tent which was supposed to be our dance floor/reception area. Not only did she help us pivot several times always presenting options and only involving us when absolutely necessary, but she ended up pulling off the most epic dance area flipping our entire ceremony space while we had guests in another space for dinner. We truly could not have asked for a better person to guide us and share in our wedding journey together, so hurry up and book her before she’s taken!!

wedding planning is, but I didn't have that experience at all. Tara made everything so easy and fun! I was actually so sad when all the planning was over. I was able to relax and cherish every moment of our wedding thanks to her. And that's something truly special, in my opinion. Tara's ideas are so unique and customized. I don't think there is anything she can't do! Every single detail was perfectly planned. It was a real life fairytale. If you choose Tara, you won't regret it.

job is to juggle every single person, vendor, issue, etc. and essentially be perfect doing it. Wedding planning is stressful. Do not let anyone tell you otherwise. The difference between a good wedding planner and a great wedding planner can make or break what is supposed to be the best day of your life. To say Tara delivered is an understatement. Our wedding was absolutely incredible. It is so hard to write this review because we do not even know how to correctly put our feelings into words. Tara quarterbacked our entire wedding from start to finish. Things are going to go wrong when you are planning an event of this nature. Let us tell you, things did go wrong. When they did, Tara kept calm and executed! It was actually unreal how she handled some of the issues that came up that were totally out of her or our control. Throughout the year of planning we would be constantly put at ease every time we had a touch base with her or had to talk out an issue with a vendor. Tara exceeded our expectations in every way, shape, and form. We had a vision and she nailed it. Our one regret was not hiring Tara sooner!

she was always so inspiring, kind-hearted, patient, understanding, organized, and thoughtful –– especially in those moments of stress and chaos, both wedding-related and just life-related! She always made a point to really get to know me and understand my perspective and wants/needs... not to mention, she was SO organized and it made my type A heart so happy lol. At one point, we had layoffs at my company and it totally threw my mental state for a doozy. I ended up being late to a planning meeting with her due to it and she was so kind – she offered support and even spoke of her own experiences with the ever-changing job industry. Lastly, our wedding was truly a dream come true. Not only did I get to marry the love of my life, but everything that we had been planning over the past year was brought to life in the most perfect and effortless way! On top of that, Tara was such a calming presence on our wedding day. She and her team ran everything so well and worked so seamlessly with all of our vendors. Without Tara, I truly couldn't have made our wedding what it was. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding or event planner in Dallas. She is a gem!
