Commemorating the Beauty of Your Day Through Art
Before your event begins, Tasha sketches the scene and setting directly onto the canvas. As the celebration unfolds, she paints live, capturing the key moment you've chosen together. Your guests can watch in real time. She then takes the painting back to her studio, working from memory and photos to bring it to life as a full, vibrant piece. You can expect to approve the finished painting within 3 to 4 weeks and receive it within 6 weeks of the event.

I have been making beautiful event paintings for over 12 years, ever since a woman contacted me through my website and told me about seeing an artist painting at a wedding in a TV movie. She asked if I would be willing to try it for a very small sum; I did and that first painting is still one of my best! I've never looked back! Its a lot of fun!
I have been painting and drawing since I was a child. I graduated from Cooper Union School of Art in NYC with an MFA in painting and then earned an MFA from Rutgers University. After many years in NYC, working in the graphic arts while continuing to paint, I moved to the Catskill area where I live and have my studio now. I teach Art to incarcerated students enrolled in a college program in prison in addition to teaching on the college campus. I am also a teaching artist for Rehabilitation Through the Arts which provides artistic instruction to incarcerated individuals in prisons across the country.
