with us over the phone and in person whenever we went over the plans, Lola and her staff made sure that all of our wedding dreams came true.
They showed up EARLY for each of the pick-ups, we had 2 vehicles and they got everyone where they needed to be safely, early, and in style.
The chauffeurs were also such sweethearts, they made sure that our day ran smoothly and we did not have to worry about anything.

ing the driver was not professionally dressed and rude. In the limo, the AC didn't work, all radio stations were static, and the aux cable didn't work. While we were heading to the reception, the oblivious driver was flagged down because the limo was smoking and leaking fluid. The driver then called her boss who told her it was ok that it had happened once before but it's fine to continue driving. We were not going to let 16 people get back into the limo for a 40 minute ride while the limo was smoking. Luckily our photographer followed the limo and was able to bring myself and my husband to the reception. The rest of our bridal party needed to wait for relatives to come pick them up. After the event the limo company seemed to blame this whole thing on us. NEVER AGAIN WILL THEY GET OUR BUSINESS!

Amidst the classy and elegant experience that we received from all of our other vendors, the transportation was the one downer people are still talking about.
Where to begin......
1. The vehicles smelled like feet. And not just faintly, ... like you stuck your face in a high-schoolers hockey bag.
2. the air conditioner was faulty. simply not okay to send vehicles you can't keep cool in the middle of the summer heat.
3. the drivers were unfamiliar with the area. they kept getting lost from place to place. dead ends. wrong direction on the highway. just awful and stressful for all involved. this cost half of our guests to miss half our cocktail hour.
4. the drivers made no effort to make the limo experience more enjoyable. they kept their air conditioner on up front and let the back get all hot whenever there weren't people in sitting in it. (and like I said, that's if the AC worked once they turned it back on) they let the garbage pile up between runs... made no effort to make it neat or tidy in between runs.
5. We had written out a detailed itinerary weeks in advance, and went over it with the owner then and again immediately before our wedding. To no avail, though- they did not stick to our schedule. we had guests waiting before and during cocktail hour to be brought to the wedding, and at the conclusion of the wedding waiting up to two hours to be brought back to the hotel. (including that my husband and i had to find another way to get to the hotel... because waiting two hours on our wedding night was just not acceptable!)
If there was an option to give zero stars we would, based on the fact that the limo driver asked the best man for more money toward the end of the day. but i guess they get the one star, because they did manage to show up.
they lost our contract a couple of times and were not easy to communicate with. But all in all the cars were nice and on time!
We were very happy with Artiste. They were reasonable, showed up on time, and our driver, Tony, was excellent.

Do not use this limo! Absolutely terrible (MEAN) service. Their limos smell like a barn, they are dirty, speakers were broken, no AC and look like they were in an accident!
