Delilah and her team came highly recommended from a New Orleans wedding planning group. It was difficult to narrow down vendors for our destination wedding in New Orleans, but I trusted my gut, listened to the reviews, and I was so happy with my choice to use her and her team for on-location hair and makeup services! We visited New Orleans for a hair/makeup trial months before our big day, and we had such a fun time discussing options and playing with colors that I had ideas about. Delilah was patient, knowledgeable, and honest with me about my concerns. She worked with me when I was undecided and helped me figure out the best options for my perfect wedding look. She was wonderful to work with and had the most competitive pricing, even for on-location services!

I found Delilah at the last minute for my last minute bridal portraits and she was amazing! I was also on a time crunch and she was so quick and her work was great. Super friendly and would 100% use her again!

Everything about Delilah was absolutely perfect. She understood the assignment and knocked it out of the park!

Communication was virtually nonexistent, with responses taking an inordinate amount of time. Although my makeup trial was successful, the artist notified me a mere three days before my wedding that she would be unable to attend due to a prior commitment to another wedding. After some deliberation, she offered to send a replacement artist. Regrettably, I was unimpressed with the replacement's work, and my sister ended up doing a phenomenal job with my makeup. Nevertheless, I allowed the replacement artist to provide services for my bridesmaids and mother-in-law. The hairstylist was punctual and did a wonderful job, but the makeup artist was excessively late, arriving an hour and 45 minutes after the scheduled time. Consequently, we were rushed, and I missed the opportunity to take photos with my bridesmaids. It's worth noting that I had prepaid all services, including travel fees, yet the artist subsequently invoiced me for the travel fees of her team, despite her tardiness. And that's not even the entirety of the issues. To minimize stress, I would strongly advise against booking their services.

Delilah was awesome! She was super flexible with both of our ever-evolving schedules and accommodated us well. She communicated clearly, was on time, and WOW are her hair and makeup skills next level. I have thick fine hair that is slippery and she whipped it up into the most gorgeous up-do. My wife and I love airbrush makeup and she’s extremely talented at it. We looked like ourselves, felt comfortable, and couldn’t stop staring at how beautiful we both looked!😂 Thank you Delilah for making our wedding day and photos magical and unforgettable!! Delilah and her team are beyond amazing! You can tell that Delilah takes pride in her art and wants you to feel beautiful and confidant on your special day. Not only is she extremely talented, but she is so compassionate and really knows how to make the time before your wedding a calm experience. During my hair trial, my hair was not cooperating, and Delilah didn't love the final result. I was happy that we gave it a try and I was confident that Delilah would have a game plan for the wedding, but then to my surprise she started the whole hair style over because she wanted to get it right and make sure I had no worries the day of my Wedding! On the Day of the wedding Delilah and her team did my hair and makeup and my bridesmaids hair and makeup and we all looked and felt beautiful! I really cannot thank Delilah enough for this whole experience, she helped make my wedding day perfect!

I reached out to Delilah about a week before my wedding because my original makeup artist had to cancel. Delilah was already booked because it was such short notice, but two of her team members, Ashley and Meagan were available. They came out to our venue at 7am and got 8 ladies hair and makeup ready in about 5 hours. We were all very impressed with our looks. The makeup and hair lasted well beyond the end of my reception. I hired Delilah and her team for my wedding this November. I just finished my hair and makeup trial and everything turned out exactly like my inspiration photos. We clicked instantly, her energy is fun and professional. Im beyond excited for my wedding after seeing her work her magic!

I have had my day it came and went in a flash!! I had a perfect day except one thing and I hope to share my experience so others are not left hanging on their wedding day like I was. I booked my H&MU with artistry by Delilah. I booked her in April of this year for my wedding day of Oct 14th 23. Trial went great I had good connection with her, then I had someone I know provide a negative comment about how she was a no show for an event they booked her for and they hoped it wouldn’t happen to me! ….well morning of wedding 954 am I get a call and guess what I get some crazy story about she can’t find the street and her maps brought her to the town but the street won’t pull up. She was 3 hrs away in a completely wrong town, and was suppose to be at my location for 10am start time!! The worst part in the whole matter is she blamed me for her mistake. She said my handwriting was unclear on contract (which was BS) and she sent a confirmation email with the address she drove to a couple days before my wedding. I never got this email and surely didn’t have time to check email a couple days before my wedding. I had confirmed time and place with her on messenger literally a few days before wedding to be sure we were all set just like I did with all other vendors I hired. She is the only one that made this mistake. Anyways I hope my shared experience will help others avoid such a huge let down on their day, lucky for me I had talented bridesmaids that all came together and got my hair and make up done for my big day! My day was still perfect but I don’t want this to happen to someone else!

Loved working with Delilah and her team! I let my bridesmaids pick their looks, and each girl looked so fabulous! They had us looking our best and Delilah made sure we were picture perfect before walking down the aisle.

I never write reviews but this one more than deserved it. I had called my original makeup artist that I booked months ago to confirm my appointment and they acted like they couldn't find it. Also, the appointment was for 7 A.M. at the studio. I panicked before I could get a final response, and called all the makeup artists in the area (a week before my wedding date), and luckily Delilah answered. She was able to have Ashley, MUA, (she was great by the way) come to the actual venue and do my makeup right before the ceremony. Couldn't have worked out better, and was last minute at that. Thanks for your help, I truly appreciated it!

Delilah did my makeup for my wedding and I could not have been happier with her work! She nailed my look perfectly - very natural but enhanced and it lasted all day/night. She also did my mother and mother in laws makeup which was fantastic. My mother in law has not stopped talking about it! She is also very professional, punctual and clean. Delilah and her team did my wedding makeup and hair. There were 9 people in total including myself (the bride) 7 bridesmaids and my mother-in-law. Every makeup artist and hairstylist on the team was so professional that we couldn't thank them enough. During my trial I truly felt that she genuinely listened to me and really took the time to help me figure out what look I wanted for my wedding hair. On the day of my wedding i was so happy with the work that they did for all of us, all of my bridesmaids came out looking exactly how we planned during the trial and everybody loved how they looked. Even my mother-in-law who always has a hard time getting her hair and makeup exactly how she likes it was completely happy with the work they did! As for my makeup and hair, I wanted a natural looking slightly smokey eye, a peachy pink cheek and a glossy lip to match and be highlighted in all the right places and what I got was EXACTLY what I looked for and stayed in place all throughout a night of dancing as well as my classic yet elegant updo!!

Working with Delilah was so great! She was really patient with me when I couldn’t figure out how I wanted to do my hair and was really flexible in testing out a lot of things until we found exactly what I liked. I felt absolutely flawless on the big day! What drew me to her initially was her natural style. The biggest compliment I received over and over again on the day of and after was that I looked like the best version of myself which is exactly what I wanted. I couldn’t have been happier!!

Delilah knows how to make you feel confident in your skin and is the best hype woman to have around on your wedding day. I had my makeup done several times for events leading up to the wedding and Delilah was by far my best experience, so we booked her for wedding ceremony. She sent out a really cute timeline for the day and even got me a tube of the lip color she used as a gift. Her team did an excellent job on our hair and makeup.

I opted not to do a trial because there were so many beautiful looks on their instagram. I started to get nervous about this choice a week prior to the event because I was having a hard time settling on which of my inspiration photos I liked the most. Delilah made time for me to come in for a trial on such short notice. She completed two different looks for me and both looked just like my photos. Delilah and her team did mine and my party’s hair and make-up my wedding. I have a couple improvements and sustains from working with her and her team. Improvements: 1. For the bridals and the wedding day they were a little late. It might just be my military background, but timeliness is a big deal for me, especially on my wedding day! Based on the trail run, I wanted to push the start time back a few hours so we could ensure we were all done with hair and make-up in time for photos and the ceremony. We started an hour late. 2. One of her team members that did my hair for the trial canceled on her the day before. That was absolutely not her fault, but she wasn’t familiar with the install of my wig. Although I was freaking out on the inside, I tried to stay calm. My maid of honor actually stepped in and installed my wig for her and all was well. But it set us back some time and she and a team member had to rush to do the rest of my hair and make-up. 3. I felt like they were really rushing on my hair and make-up towards the end because one of her team members had another wedding to work that was 3 hours away and she rode with her. The planning could have been a bit better and it would have given me a better piece of mind that I was getting their full attention on my big day. Sustains: 1. The fact that she brought more than one person to do my party’s hair and make-up was great. It allowed her to focus on me and for her team to take care of my other girls. 2. Her work speaks for itself. Our hair and make-up were still beautiful! I was still happy with the outcome!

I chose Delilah and her team for their stunning portfolio. After speaking with Delilah on the phone, I decided to book a trial in her studio. We tried out 2 styles and they were both gorgeous. I chose my favorite and then she dazzled me by perfectly mimicking my idea photo. The contour and highlight were to die for! I nailed down my services with a deposit and she emailed me a timeline the next day. Everything was so much fun the day of. Her team showed up with speakers and were a blast to work with. My bridesmaids loved their hair and makeup! Hearing everyone rave about my choice of artist made my day that much better. Will definitely be using her for date nights.

I used Delilah for my wedding and could not have been happier!! She was responsive to all questions prior to the wedding day, and did a stunning job on both the trial and the day of makeup and hair! Her team was also amazing and did an incredible job on my bridesmaids and mothers hair and makeup. They were punctual, professional, and fun to have around as we were all getting ready! My hair and makeup stayed flawless from the time they finished at 2pm through the entire day, and a night of sleep! I loved my hair and makeup so much they are now my go-to spot for hair and makeup for holiday parties and other special events.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. we scheduled to have delilah and her 2 employees come to the brides house for hair and makeup at 8 am and all of them were late. Delilah was 45 minutes late (the owner of this “company”) her makeup artist was 1 hour late (hung over might i add) and the hair stylist was 2 hours late. timing is everything for a wedding and them being late set us back the whole day. since they were late all the makeup as hair was half assed. i personally had to redo my own makeup because the air brush was patching and not well done. they even forgot to put the jewel and pearl vine piece in that the bride was supposed to wear in her braid so she didn’t get to wear that. we were supposed to arrive at the venue for 2:30 and didn’t get there until 4 and the wedding was at 5 so the bride didn’t get to take her bridal photos. the pictures are so important and she didn’t get to do a chunk of them because they were all late. this day is stressful enough and they only made it worse. luckily we pulled it together and made it a great afternoon but this is a huge day and it only happens once, don’t waste your money.

As a wedding planner, I have to be able to rely on and work closely with multiple vendors in order to create the best experience for couples on their wedding day. I worked with Delilah on a styled shoot, and she was such a dream! Professional, personable, and able to take an idea and bring it to life. I was so pleased with the look she created, and how great it was to work with her! 10/10 recommend!

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star! Being a bride is stressful, trying to plan everything and make sure you have all the right vendors booked, paid for, etc. and after months of planning and coordinating your wedding day should go smoothly. I booked my hair and makeup services with Delilah back in November of 2017 for my wedding in April 2018. I had a trial day that went great. I even paid in full for myself, my bridesmaids, and mothers after confirming everything with her on the phone the Monday before the wedding. Then my wedding day comes and to say we were shocked that no one showed up would be an understatement. After multiple phone calls, emails, texts, Facebook messages, etc. from multiple people, there was never any response for even a reason as to why she wasn’t there. Thankfully my friends and family had things under control and my wedding went on beautifully. No bride should have to go through what I went through and hopefully this review will save someone from making the same mistake I did.

We had a great experience w/ Delilah. We had a destination wedding in New Orleans and needed the whole wedding party's hair and makeup done. Delilah sent us two great folks who came out ahead of a hurricane and they took care of everything right in the hotel. Everyone was thrilled with the results!

Delilah did the makeup for my large wedding group and she did a fabulous job!! We had 10 bridesmaids, myself, my mother and mother-in-law, and other key family members - 16 people total! Everyone looked absolutely stunning and she managed the time throughout the day in the best possible way to get it all done, but also allow for hair to be done as well, and even for a couple people to leave and run last minute errands! I can't say enough good about Deliliah and I am so glad she was able to help on my special day!

Delilah was great. I did a trial a few months before my wedding and liked, but didn't exactly love the entire look of the makeup. She took note and made the changes on the day of and my makeup was PERFECT, exactly what I wanted. She also did my 2 bridesmaids and family members and they looked amazing!!! I would totally recommend her! Great professional and passionate about her work.

Delilah was amazing--super friendly and receptive to the look I was trying to achieve, while still offering her expert advice of what will work for me. Her easy-going attitude helped to calm me at the time I was just about to lose it on the day of my wedding. It felt like having one of my close girlfriends there to do my makeup. Thunderstorms and Tornados didnt stop Delilah from keeping our appt. As soon as the power was on she and Ruth (hairstylist) were there waiting for me. They work efficently to stay on schedule and my hair and makeup looked great. Delilah even came back out in the rain later to help me retrieve something I had left behind on accident. First class lady!

I'm not a big make-up person and my fiance isn't a fan of me wearing an excessive amount of makeup either. Delilah did a awesome job. My fiance was pleased and our engagement photo shoot came out great!
