I had an excellent experience with Victoria for my hair & make up for my elopement photos! I decided to do a trial and I so appreciated that she checked in afterward to see if there were any changes that I wanted made (I didn't have any notes, but loved that she asked). She considered the needs of my dry skin and gave me some suggestions & samples to use in the weeks leading up to the actual run so that the make up would look as best as possible. Highly communicative as well!

I want to say 1,000 thank yous to Donna Rae and Victoria, for working with me, my 4 bridesmaids, my Mom and my fiancé’s Mom. I’ve never felt more beautiful!! Outside of some brief tears, I only touched up my under eye makeup once. Everything stayed flawless and my curls held up even when the DJ played some of my favorite songs lol I’d like to highlight Donna Rae’s use of high quality products and her amazing ability to enhance your features, without overshadowing your natural beauty. I do not wear false lashes, but I wanted them for my wedding. She took her time in finding the right lashes and asked my opinion every step of the way. She’s also genuinely kind and easy to talk to! Donna Rae and Victoria made me feel so special on my wedding day! They truly are amazing artists. Donna Rae is a very skilled makeup artist. She makes sure to match the makeup to my skin tone. She even put sparkles in my makeup! I met her at Nordstroms in Bellevue Square where she works at Dior and I knew immediately that she was going to be fabulous. Victoria did wonders to my hair. My hair does not usually corporate but she made it work and my hair stayed in all night long! Victoria made sure my hair looked stunning and even put my own hair clips in. They both are such amazing artists and I would hire them again and again. They bent over backwards for me and got all of us ready by 11:00am. Everyone looked stunning and the photos are perfect. Victoria did an amazing job with my hair! She truly made my dreams come true with her artistry and talent. When researching hairstylists, her work immediately caught my eye. They are reliable, punctual, professional and provide excellent guidance in advance to make the most of our time together. They are great to work with in all ways. I couldn’t have been more thrilled with my wedding hair! From the moment I met Victoria, I knew I was in great hands. She listened to my ideas, took into account my dress, theme, and personal style, and gave me glorious hair. My hair lasted all day and night - even though hours of dancing! As a wedding coordinator, I work with many great hair professionals but Victoria has a talent that shines through in the beauty of her work. Victoria, along with Makeup by Donna Rae tackled a very large wedding party (14 hair and makeup!!) with ease and had everything very well organized so everything ran very smoothly. Victoria was very professional, prompt, easy to work with and most importantly, the bride LOVED her work! We recently had the pleasure of working with Artistry by Victoria for our wedding, and overall, the experience was positive. One of the standout aspects was their flexibility. They were very accommodating with adding services both the day before and the day of the wedding, which was incredibly helpful. My bridesmaids and I were very happy with the results of our hair and makeup. The artist did a fantastic job in ensuring that everyone looked beautiful and felt confident for the big day. However, I did notice that they were not very chatty or warm during the services. While this didn't detract from the quality of their work, it would have been nice to have a bit more interaction to make the experience feel more personable. Overall, I would recommend Victoria for their skill and flexibility, just with the understanding that they may be more focused on their work than on creating a friendly atmosphere.

I've added some new skincare routines into my life now because of her and feel refreshed and healthier. Victoria was an absolute dream to work with from the very beginning. She was responsive and clear about expectations and process. She was easy to book and continually kept my engaged throughout the process on needs and expectations! She and Donna Rae were so flexible and able to come help 7 of us get ready within 5 hours which is no small feat! She was professional but also very helpful in deciding the best style and thought on her feet when styling day of! My 16 year old step daughter has never felt so beautiful and stylish than this day. Victoria is a magician in her ability to do hair! She came out to Bainbridge Island for my wedding and did 11 people's hair and was done earlier than her estimate! We could not believe how quickly she achieved this and how spectacular everyone looked! Her prices were very fair and that was including the hair trial. She also had to snip a few pieces of hair last minute because I wanted some curls to frame my face and she was able to do that for me easily and pivot. I would gladly recommend Victoria to any other brides or anyone looking to get their hair done for a formal event!

I booked Donna Rae and Victoria for my wedding in August 2023. They were both true professionals and skilled in what they do. I was pleased with the communication throughout the process of signing the contract, booking my trial, and everything leading up to the big day. All the verbal communication was also followed with email/texts to help make sure I had the details right in my memory. I am also not a hair and makeup person, so the beauty part of the wedding was the most overwhelming part for me and that is why I appreciated having their expertise. On the wedding day, they were both on time and stuck to our timeline with a good system to complete all the hair and makeup for my sisters, maid of honor, and mother of the groom/bride. My group was happy with all the hair and makeup and appreciative that touch ups were allowed also. Victoria did an incredible job for our group! Working with Victoria felt so effortless. She put together the schedule for the hair and make-up order and send out thorough procedural reminders that I could easily forward to my bridal party, which was a huge weight off my shoulders. Since I was an out-of-town bride, I didn’t have time to do a hair or make-up trial, but Victoria worked with me to assess styles would work for my hair. She was able to create a beautiful up-do based on an inspiration photo and work around my under-cut. The style stayed intact all night, standing up the wind and my dancing (not an easy feat for my hair texture) Everyone in the bridal party felt special and taken care of. Each person had a style they suited their personality and looked cohesive. The confidence that radiated from each woman after leaving Victoria’s chair was priceless.

Donna Rae and Victoria were amazing! From communication when I first reached out to the trial to the wedding everything was seamless. As the bride my makeup and hair were exactly what I wanted (and more!) and all of my bridesmaids/MOH/mothers looked amazing too! Can’t recommend them enough for your wedding!

Victoria and Donna Rae are fantastic! No need to look further! They are so wonderful to talk with (don’t overlook this part of your wedding planning! You’ll be spending half your day with them!), are the best at their trade, and were very reasonably priced. Everyone looked so amazing, and they really took time to make sure you’re comfortable with the final result. Victoria took a lot of care to discuss my hair type and what was realistic with me. I’m a semi makeup-minimalist in real life, and Donna Rae was able to make me feel like a super model without feeling like my skin was bogged down. Additionally, I have a weird reaction to eye products and she was so gracious to use the off the beaten path product that I’ve found doesn’t cause any issues.

Victoria was amazing from the hair trial to the day of. She made me, my bridesmaids and my mom feel so beautiful on my wedding day. Victoria and Donna Rae are amazing!! Before the wedding, Victoria helped me figure out the best accessories to put in my hair. Donna Rae made some great recommendations for my skin care routine. We planned to get married in August to avoid rain on our wedding day, but of course it rained anyway… We still held the ceremony outside and afterwards you couldn’t even tell, my hair and makeup held up through water, wind, and dancing into the night. One of my bridesmaids loved their work so much she asked to add on services for herself! Thank you for everything ladies <3
