Finding Alison of LaCour Beaute was a blessing!! I live in a different state than where my wedding was held and was unfamiliar with my options. Fortunately, I found LaCour Beaute! Alison erased all of my uneasiness by being very responsive to my emails and answering all of my questions in a gracious and professional manner. She checked in with me before the event and arrived promptly. She was just as lovely and gracious in person as she was in email. There were 5 of us who had our make up done spanning 3 generations. All 5 of us were very pleased with the results. Alison is quite skilled with adding eyelashes - fast, easy, painless, and they stayed on!!! She matched our skin tones perfectly and our skin looked flawless. I felt like myself but a more glamorous version. I know I don't have the make up skills to accomplish what Alison did! It also reduced my anxiety to know that I would not have to worry about doing my own makeup. Definitely a win win! She is based in New Orleans now but will travel to other locations - which was lucky for me! I highly recommend LaCour Beaute for occasion, any event, any time!

I was fortunate enough to find Ms. LaCour's website/portfolio and was immediately impressed by the variety of brides,models, and even celebrity work she has done. Be assured though, that she treated me just like one of her well known clients. She is responsive when it comes to your concerns on how you want your 'look' for the day. I'm not what you would call a true 'make up' person so I was more than willing to let her perform her magic. She did not disappoint, from the trial run to the day of , we were all impressed and happy with our final looks. I highly recommend availing yourself of her services.
