I don’t have the words to describe how perfect this venue was! Our coordinator, Susan, was amazing! We met with her and her team (in person and online) frequently to make sure all of our needs were being met and that every detail was accounted for. Guests raved about the food, we had steak/duck/salmon/vegetarian options. They loved the desserts. The drinks were flowing! We loved having both the ceremony and reception in the same place so our guests didn’t have to travel. It was a perfect choice for us and we’d do it again in a heartbeat!

My husband and I recently had the privilege of celebrating our special day at ArtsQuest in the Blast Furnace Room, and it was nothing short of extraordinary. I am not sure I am able to accurately put into words how fantastic our wedding experience was with the Steelstacks team. We chose our wedding date at Steelstacks a week before COVID really hit the US. Despite all the chaos of 2020 (and let’s be honest, most of 2021), Steelstacks was right there with us the whole time, checking in and making sure we kept plans moving. Adrienne Rivas’ official title might be Catering Director, but if you ask me, she should probably have about 10 titles behind her name. I cannot imagine a better vendor experience. Adrienne walked us through every single detail of wedding planning enthusiasm and patience, and offered her expert advice on pieces we never would have thought of that made a world of difference. Not only was our planning process easy and fun, our wedding day was flawless. No, really, I am not exaggerating when I say that everything went off without a hitch. From ceremony rehearsal and morning-of “getting ready” space, to hunting down chairs with arms for our Hora dance, and making sure my husband and I had food and drinks all night long - We did not have to worry for one second. I am so appreciative of every single staff member at Steelstacks who helped make our wedding day so wonderful. They are the best team you will ever have the pleasure of choosing to pull off your special event!

All we wanted was the perfect night - and we absolutely got it! From the wedding ceremony to cocktail hour to the reception there wasn’t one moment that didn’t exceed expectations! Adrienne was a dream to work with. At a time where practically everything in the world seemed a little uncertain she was a beacon of confidence and the embodiment of competence. She made every meeting, every decision, and every last minute tweak seamless. The SteelStacks is so beautiful and such a tribute to this city we love; the staff was amazing, the food and drinks were top-notch, and our guests all loved it. To a person they stayed and danced and laughed until “they didn’t have to go home but they couldn’t stay here.” We would give 10 stars if we could, and I was sad the night had to end. Perfect venue. Fabulous people. And a night we’ll never forget!
