My fiance and I live in Texas but our wedding is in Atlanta and it provided so much peace of mind knowing that she would call vendors, set up appointments, organize "to do" and many other needs while we were away. As a list maker, I also really appreciated how she would "chunk and check" by giving me about 5 task to consider and tackle at a time then check back in to see if I was satisfied and ready to move forward with additional planning. She provided consultation in moments when I had no clue how to make a sound decision and I genuinely felt that she had my best interest at heart. I feel like this process has gone amazing smooth, especially compared to the stress that people are expecting me to experience! I know that Stephanie and her team are highly responsible for my relaxed demeanor through my planning process and I can't wait for our wedding day, knowing that they have our backs!

Our ceremony was supposed to happen outside and it ended up raining half n hour beforehand. Stephanie and her team were super quick to move everything to an inside room and have it decorated as well. As with any wedding day, there were quite a few hiccups but Stephanie, Melissa and her team made sure the day was enjoyable and stress free. She went above and beyond, adding touches to our wedding that we didn’t pay for by because she cared so much, she added it without a second thought or any expectations! I can truly say we have found a planner for life!! After our awesome experience with her, my sister employed her services for her wedding as well! And a just a few months later she helped plan our baby shower and hosted it at her amazing showroom in norcross. decorate my wedding venue in Oct. 2017. Stephanie did not deliver the excellent service she promised. Several items I paid for were not provided (arch, toss bouquet, etc.), my unity vases were taken from the venue by her staff and one of MY candle holder were broken by her staff. I contacted Stephanie in reference to my concerns and she never took responsibility for ANYTHING! I decided to sue her and judgement was found in my favor on 02/15. Since winning the judgement I've contacted Stephanie twice, both times went unanswered and she has not offered any explanation as to why she has not paid the judgement. Hire her at your own risk but you've been warned.

From the very start, she embraced our Beauty and the Beast theme with elevated design ideas, was very, very communicative and responsive throughout the entire planning process, and handled every emergency with ease. When my hairstylist canceled a week before the wedding, she found me one in a day. When I left my garter at home, she made me one on the spot. When I was a stressed, Bridezilla, she balanced me out with calmness and patience. I also loved every single one of her vendor recommendations. Overall, her execution of my vision of a dream wedding was flawless and I'm so thankful! Hire her!!!

These girls did their thing and any bride would be lucky to have them. #2 They truly made me feel like a Queen on my day and handled every problem without me even knowing! #3 I feel like I made friends. s and responsive and made sure she knew the game plan for the day. I knew my event was in good hands with her, and I was able to relax when I handed her the magic wedding binder at noon. As I was getting ready to walk out the bridal suite with my dad four hours later, heading to the aisle, she came in to let me know that our officiant wasn't there. Not only that, he didn't have us scheduled at all. But she had already handled everything - she had tracked him down, convinced him that he was actually hired for our wedding that day, and he was on his way. She had worked with my fiancee to come up with an alternate timeline to keep our guests happy in the meantime and put it into place - she opened the bar, brought out the appetizers, and set up a first look for my now husband and I while we waited for him to arrive. She turned what could have been a nightmare into a zero stress situation for me - I didn't even know anything was wrong until it was almost fixed. That was pretty much how our whole experience was - every time I needed something, I turned around and Stephanie was there with a bottle of water, or my flats, or scissors to open a present that just couldn't wait. I originally didn't even think I needed a day of coordinator, but I am SO glad that I worked with her. I really didn't have to worry about a thing once she arrived! If you are looking for a first class problem solver and fantastic coordinator, I highly recommend Stephanie and her team.
