I may be a bit biased because Monica is my mother, but I would be lying if I didn’t say that she’s the best wedding planner in the world. She’s there for you at any hour of the day, whether it’s 10 a.m. or p.m., to answer your questions or give you advice. My wife and I wanted to stay under budget while having a rather large (160 people) wedding, and Monica helped us to achieve that goal. She set us up with Aisle Planner, which was a lifesaver from day one of the planning process. It was an especially valuable tool when it came to organizing the seating chart, budgeting and keeping track of tasks.
Monica also has a wide variety of decorations, which helped us save money. From delicate glass candle holders to ornate signs and boxes, she helped us to create a beautiful reception for a fraction of the price.
Monica has great attention to detail. Her timelines are more thoughtful and organized than anything I could come up with. She thinks of things that most wedding planners don’t. She makes every effort to make sure your wedding day is as perfect as possible.
The best part of having Monica as your planner is that she cares. Yes, I’m her son, so of course she’s going to care about me and my wedding. But because I’m her son, I know how much she cares about her couples. I’ve sat at the dinner table while she raves about how much she loves a new couple after their first call. Or talked to her after a wedding as she recounts all the wonderful details of the night that was. She likes to stay in touch with her former couples as they grow up and become parents themselves, and she will reminisce about their wedding that was five or 10 years ago.
It was an honor to have Monica as our wedding planner and finally see firsthand why so many couples before my wife and I chose her and loved her as theirs. Love you, mom.

As a teacher, I chose the partial planning because I already have a lot on my plate. Ryan and I had various planning calls with Monica, and Cortney. We were always met with friendliness and professionalism! They answered all of our questions and gave us so much advice to help us make good decisions.
All of my family members ask me “where did you find this photographer or florist?” and I say my planner gave me an amazing list of vetted vendors that we can trust and expect amazing work from. We are so happy with the work from every single vendor, thanks to the As You Wish Team. All of my friends were like “you’re the calmest bride ever” and I was because I trusted the teams that we hired.
On wedding day, Monica and her team over performed. For example, Monica hand delivered drinks to us throughout the night! She helped bustle my dress. She even my grandfathers wheelchair and made sure various older guests had water and shade. She made sure the timeline of the entire day went according to plan.
All in all, As You Wish is worth every penny. As You Wish should be one of the first vendors that you hire in my opinion.

ble Monica and Cortney were/are. Feeling stressed no worries Monica will explain to you exactly how well everything is going and that this is your day you make the rules. Have an idea for decor but don’t want to do it yourself? Cortney probably already has something perfect that you can rent or she can make your vision come true. As You Wish are absolutely more than just wedding planners and coordinator. They are your cheerleaders, your diy besties, little magical fairies who will get it done for you! My husband and I keep saying we wish we could get married all over again just to get to work with this incredible team longer. We are forever grateful for As You Wish they are professionals and have incredible expertise. I got married in my final week of grad school thanks to them making everything happen.

remely meticulous and always very quick to reply to any question I had. It was amazing working with her throughout my whole engagement year. Cortney is also extremely talented, she was able to nail all of the smaller details exactly as I wanted them. Since the first moment, I felt so at peace with them. They made sure me and my husband were comfortable throughout the whole day and they even packed some desserts for us to make sure we had some before the guests ate them all. I cannot say enough good things about this team, you will not regret hiring them!

Cortney was super communicative throughout the entire process and made sure to answer the million questions that came through my brain! She was always willing to make time to video chat and contact vendors on my behalf. She had so many ideas that helped bring my visions to life! The organization she had from day 1 was so appreciated and when it was executed on wedding day, it was flawless. She kept on top of absolutely everything for us.
We could not imagine our wedding day without them and we are so happy we got to work with them!

It was my pleasure in the journey with providing and help with all the plans of the decorations for the Ceremony and Reception along with my daughter, Leah and now her husband Ryan.
Monica and her team was exceptional in setting up everything.
She made sure to check with me, when a couple of things needed a minor change. While at the same time, respectfully, keeping me in line to NOT get involved in helping out.
(This was a bit of a challenge for me, so a HUGE... Thank you for this - ha ha! )
I booked the basic package and added the set-up and breakdown option.
If you are organized and have everything boxed and labeled- you will have the same wonderful and stress-free experience as I did.
Booking the set-up and break-down package is SO, SO worth it!
Monica and her team were GREAT!
Also, having Monica's husband, Patrick as DJ was an added plus for a fun-filled night!
Overall, I believe Leah & Ryan's wedding was lovely and magical as a night to remember could be!

Casa Feliz... these are the people you need. They work with that venue 40+ times per year. They all know each other well and understand how to work together. Monica, Cortney, and Savannah are EXCELLENT. They truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect. Cortney is the BEST enforcer we have and I felt safe knowing that if we had any unruly or unwanted guests that she would take care of it.

Monica was always available for a quick call, even at times that surprised me (I was in California so we had to play around with the time difference.) I had planned to visit my venue (Casa Feliz) for the first time to do a details meeting, a hair and makeup trial, and try the cake flavors. The last hurricane of the year just so happened to visit Orlando the days I planned my trip. Monica (with an umbrella) and the Casa Feliz team were able to accommodate me the day before the hurricane was coming, which I extremely appreciated. I The wedding day goes by super fast and having someone there to move things along while you and your partner are getting married is absolutely worth it. Even for the simplest of weddings. Having her husband Patrick as our DJ was great as well. It made things simpler. I also brought in a lot of my own decor. Although we had an idea of what to do, there were some small things that unexpectedly happened. Yet, the team was amazing at making the best of what we had. I couldn't be happier!
Overall, 10 out of 10 and I highly recommend them.

I had everything I needed leading up to my wedding but she was so personable and was an amazing friend through it all. She handled all discussions with vendors and tackled any last minute problems that arised. She even personally crafted all the wedding gifts for my guest. I had the best day because of her. Day of went smoothly and all drama that happened between vendors or other issues I had no idea about because she took that on. I couldn’t recommend As You Wish and hiring Cortney enough!

Not only did Monica and Cortney help us find an all-star team of vendors, but Monica gave us great guidance for all the questions I never knew I had on wedding planning (y’all, there is so much more to wedding planning than what you initially think, so having someone to lean on who really knows their stuff and will give it to you straight, like Monica, is such a huge help). But the day-of is where they shined the most - I’m usually Type A, needing to be in all the details, but I was so relaxed the day of the wedding because I knew the team I was working with, led by Monica, had everything covered. felt like she was a good fit and knew what she was talking about. I am so glad I chose for our day of coordinator for our wedding. Both her and Cortney were absolutely amazing. Cortney helped with creating some of our decor and seating chart, and also helped set up and everything in between on the day of. Multiple guests at the wedding thought everything was very well organized and everything went smoothly. I was super stressed leading up to the wedding, but the day of was stress free, all thanks to Monica. She made sure we were fed, hydrated and having a good time. Monica and Cortney even helped me take my heels off after the ceremony and put slippers on. I would definitely recommend Monica and her team to anyone looking for a planner or day of coordinator for their wedding. Thank you!!!!

Monica went through all of our contracts and made sure all costs made sense, and also advised us where we could save some money. She made sure to contact all vendors the week of the wedding to be sure everyone knew the plan and timeline (which she also crated) She was present for our rehearsal and made sure our large wedding party knew what to do. On the day of the wedding, she was there when I arrived at the venue and made sure I was calm and feeling good. Throughout the day and evening, she made changes to timeline to make sure that we got the most of our time celebrating with our friends and family. I would have been so stressed in the days leading up to our wedding if it hadn't been for Monica and her team. I can't thank them enough!!

Other vendors offer “day of” planning that starts the month of the wedding. So grateful we chose As You Wish because they were there with us wayyy before that - helping us to create a vision, not put out a fire! I was a very anxious bride with a micro wedding and no wedding party so I had virtually no help. she turned out to be all the help I needed. Anything you need she is there for you. If not for her I'm actually certain my wedding day would have been terrible. You need a coordinator especially with the venue I chose, multiple stories and rooms . Monica, along with my awesome Dj helped with the ques and timing and made sure everything went smoothly ,we were late because of someone in my bridal party Monica handled everything and caught up the time! All the while making sure i stayed calm, told me to smile gave me water and food because i forgot even that with my nerves! i don't know if you are on the fence about a wedding coordinator I'm telling you ! Book Monica! I just got married last week and I'm already hoping I can hire Monica for a vowel renewal years from now . so much stress and headache with planning and day-of coordinating. I initially only worked with Monica when hiring her husband for music because I was going to use a friend for coordination but quickly realized I needed a professional. Monica was so courteous and understanding throughout the whole process. I was planning our wedding while living out of state and then had to postpone our original date due to COVID restrictions with the military and then after rescheduling our wedding date, we were moving again to another state, so to say I was stressed is an understatement. Monica was so nice to work with my hectic schedule and offered a ton of advice and tips to make my day beautiful while staying within a budget. I will also say that Cortney did such a beautiful job for decor while working within my budget too. I was honestly blown away at how beautiful they made the venue while staying true to my vision. The day-of, Monica and Cortney did a great job of making sure everything ran smoothly and on schedule. They were also fantastic with all the last minute changes we had and going with the flow. Monica did a great job of checking on me through the day and evening without being overbearing. I am so grateful for everything they did throughout the whole planning and day of process. I honestly do not know what I would have done without them. If you are considering a wedding planner or a day-of coordinator, do yourself a favor and use As You Wish!

search for anything. She and her team are incredibly flexible and genuinely want for the couple to enjoy every part of their wedding. For us, during the wedding planning process, she was our voice of reason. And, throughout our wedding day, she was the main person who was constantly and very genuinely checking on us every step of the day. She repeatedly ensured we were enjoying our day, kept us hydrated, and constantly asked us if there is anything we needed. It was nice to have someone care about us when most of the wedding is planned to ensure that the guests would enjoy their time. Also, because her services start immediately when you hire her in all of her packages, she built a rapport with us that made us feel safe and in the best hands handing off the largest event that we have ever planned to someone else on the wedding day. We hear a lot of couples wonder if a wedding planner is a necessary part of the budget. Mark and I will say over and over again, yes yes yes! Thank you SO MUCH to Monica and her team for bringing our dream wedding to life!

or. Her efficiency, punctuality, and detail oriented personality shines through her work in planning and execution. She always met with me at the vendor appointments, texted me, emailed me, called me, and always communicated with me no matter what time of day or night throughout the whole wedding planning process. She delivered such caring and amazing results from the day she called me to give me more information about my wedding coordinator inquiry to the very next day after the wedding, by checking in on me. And even now, my family bumps into her around town in Oviedo, and she remembers us.
Monica contacted all my vendors to make sure they were all on the same page and sent videos/photos to my DJ, who could not meet with me in person as he lived in another city. That task right there was a BIG help due to my busy work schedule! She was very professional about her services and knowledgeable about our venue, Tuscawilla Country Club and that is why we chose her. She was at my venue about an hour or more before to make sure everything was in its place. And, even though it rained all morning on my wedding day, by my ceremony time in the evening, she made sure that the wedding ceremony I had originally wanted outside, stayed outside when the rain clouds went away and a rainbow appeared.
Later on, she and her assistant helped me change into my wedding gown, fixed my bustle and made sure I was taken care of. She had all of my wedding dress and jewelry belongings and the top layer of our wedding cake packed and ready to go in the cars by the time for the spectacular sparkler exit. Monica has a wonderful event planning business and she will help make the biggest (and small) events in your life to be special and memorable.
Our wedding took place in October 2019. And we had for her Month-of-Service and Day of Coordination services.

details of my wedding. Monica exceeded everything we could have ever hoped for. Everything was beautiful and the day went so smoothly, we honestly still feel like it was all a dream. One of the main things I told Monica was that my now husband and I wanted to make sure we got to eat at some point during the night and she did that and then some and took such good care of us! I even got emotional when we said goodbye at the end of the night because I was just so taken aback and thankful for all she did for us. She truly cares about her couples and I feel like she’s going to be a life long friend! She also has quite a bit of decor items her couples can rent (Vivian the table actually made its debut at our wedding lol) and it made our lives so much easier since we live out of state. I seriously don’t know how she does things, she has to work with dozens of couples on any given day and she always gave us nothing but her undivided attention! She’s very responsive to emails and texts
and I never had to wait long to hear back about things. We seriously can’t thank her enough! You will LOVE her!

lute passion to make sure you both as a couple, as well as your guests, are taken care of. One (and I could go on about the many things she did for us leading up to, and on, our day) of the things that really stood out to me was all the little details she helped cover. Our wedding was late afternoon outside and it ended up being quite warm that day, where about half our guests were in the sun. Monica had thought to bring beautiful little fans and handed them out to our guests to cool themselves for our ceremony. Many guests mentioned how thankful they were for them, and I was amazed at how quick Monica looked out for our guests as well and worked to make them comfortable. I had actually spent more time worried it would be cold, the idea of it being hot had not crossed my mind lol (and this is Florida, but in January lol). Having both Monica and her husband (he is an awesome DJ!!) work together was an added bonus, and really helped our day run smoothly. We can’t thank Monica enough for all she did to take the stress off us as a couple and make sure our day went off ‘without a hitch’. From the absolute bottoms of our hearts, THANK YOU 💗💖

e sure our guests were having fun. All our guests really enjoyed his interaction. Half of our guests were from Brazil and he made sure everyone was entertained (and he even got all our crazy names right). Monica was spectacular. Somehow with all the craziness she was smiling the entire time and we don't know how she did it, but she had every answer to every question anyone asked her. She made sure we were comfortable and that the night went just as planned, and if there was even an ounce of doubt, she made sure to get all the answers from whoever she needed to talk to. We don't know what else to say about them except they were amazing and we thank them for everything.
