Based in Ankeny, IA, Ascension Video is a cinematography company specializing in weddings and other events. From the moment you walk down the aisle to meet your new spouse, I will be there to capture all the joy and emotion of your special day. Long after you say "I do," you can look back and relive your wedding day with a beautifully made film.
I established Ascension Video over five years ago after discovering my passion for creative filmmaking. While I have always been interested in creating videos, my career developed after filming my first wedding. Throughout the day, I was delighted to be part of preserving the couple's most precious memories, and this encouraged me to pursue videography full time.
Ascension Video offers film coverage for engagements, rehearsal dinners, wedding ceremonies, receptions, and after-parties. Depending on your preferences, I can provide full-feature videos, drone recordings, raw footage, and highlight reels. I can travel to multiple locations to cover different parts of the celebration, offering additional hours if requested. When your wedding film has been carefully edited and finished, you will receive it as a digital download.
