We chose Ash Salon for hair and makeup for our LGBTQ+ wedding, and they exceeded every expectation. From the moment we walked in, we felt seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. The ...
team was communicative throughout the entire process and took our needs seriously, even though neither of us knew much about hair and makeup going in.
Michelle did our hair and Joslynn did our makeup, and both were incredible. They made everything feel easy and comfortable while still creating looks that felt perfectly “us.” Michelle had so much experience and amazing ideas that matched our styles, and Joslynn effortlessly highlighted our features while checking in for feedback throughout the process.
When we first saw each other fully ready, our jaws honestly hit the floor. We felt confident, beautiful, natural, and not overdone. The salon itself was relaxing, welcoming, and accessible, and our hair and makeup lasted all day long.
We could not recommend Ash Salon more.
I had a wonderful experience at Ash Salon! They did hair and make-up for me and my little wedding party, and they were all fabulous! I was thrilled with how I looked for the big da...
y, and everyone else loved how they looked as well! Everyone that we encountered, from the receptionists to the beautiful ladies that did our hair and make-up to the owners, were all wonderful and so kind. I highly recommend booking Ash Salon for your bridal needs!
Michelle was fantastic! She showed up on time, completed hair styles beautifully as well as in a reasonable amount of time, and even stayed around to give me touch ups before leavi...
ng. Even during my trial she checked with me throughout the process to make sure I was ok with the styling and offered professional advice about how a minor tweak to the style I chose would work with my hair and extensions. Overall, I am elated about how my hair turned out. My veil even got pulled out a number of times by accident, but my hair held up all night! I absolutely would recommend to anyone wanting beautifully styled hair at a reasonable price.
They were late. Like, really late. They still did a good job and I was happy with my hair, but the stress and anxiety waiting for someone to show up and then missing half of the ph...
otoshoot because my hair wasn’t done yet…. That was just unacceptable.
They rushed through my hair and completely ruined it. Luckily there was a woman in my neighborhood who used to do hair. She came and fixed it! She couldn’t believe the terrible job...
they had done. Ash salon must reward customers for leaving positive reviews because I can’t understand how anyone would give them 5 stars.
Charlotte did an AMAZING job with my hair and makeup! Booking with them was super easy, and they were great to work with and were accommodating when we decided to postpone our rece...
ption. Charlotte took the ideas I showed her and created a masterpiece :)
Ashley and her team at Ash Salon could not have made me feel more beautiful on my wedding day! Booking them is one of the best decisions I made while wedding planning. Not only are...
they an incredibly talented and professional group of people, but they truly care about their clients. Even with only a vague vision of what I wanted, I was put completely at ease by Ashley (hair) and Haley (makeup), who made me look and feel gorgeous. I couldn't have been happier with the final product - they made me feel like "me", and the whole day I felt confidently like the best version of myself. I could not recommend Ash Salon more enthusiastically - if you are looking for a team who will bring out your most beautiful self and help you feel celebrated and at ease on your wedding day, you have found the perfect salon! It was such a joy to have them as part of my special day, and I am forever grateful that they were!
