Ashelynn Manor provided a fairytale experience for my husband and me. The location and site of this venue is beyond gorgeous and exudes elegance and refinement. There is a high quality list of vendors that you can choose from. This took away so much stress that typically comes with finding the right fit for a wedding. Pam was wonderful in bringing the ideas of decor to life. I am so grateful for her guidance throughout the entire wedding process. The day of felt like a dream come true. We never felt rushed or overwhelmed by the day. The venue staff had everything handled perfectly and Pam oversaw things so well that no issues were ever brought up to me. The memories I have from this day are priceless and I am so grateful that I found a venue that helped create those memories so beautifully.

I'm overjoyed to have chosen Ashelynn Manor for my wedding on August 31, 2024. From the moment I met Pam at the Bridal Extravaganza, I knew I'd found the perfect venue. The stunning pictures and warm welcome sealed the deal. We pulled off our dream wedding in less than a year! If you're on a tight timeline and planning a wedding in six months or less, Ashelynn Manor is definitely worth considering. We started looking at the venue in March and had the wedding in August. Pam and Gazi's down-to-earth, personable approach made me feel at ease. Their exceptional customer service and all-inclusive package sold me. With top-rated vendors and seamless planning, I could focus on enjoying my special day. Ashelynn Manor's beauty and amenities exceeded expectations. We are so happy we chose Ashelynn Manor for our wedding! The price, venue, and staff were excellent! We live out of state, but Pam and Gazi and their entire crew were so accommodating as we planned our long-distance wedding. They answered countless questions from us — we needed a lot of guidance, and they were there every step of the way. We received so many compliments from our guests about the venue. It was all very classy. We can’t thank Ashelynn Manor enough for everything they did to make the day perfect for us. They made us feel like everyone should feel on their wedding day — like the most important people in the world. We are forever grateful!

I own a small micro school and we held our graduation here! It was breathtaking and every detail was perfect. The staff was so helpful. Ashelynn Manor was the perfect venue for our wedding. Even though the venue can hold way more than our 70 guests, they did a gr4eat job helping setup the Carriage House to hold the cocktail hour and reception which made the room feel fuller and more intimate. The property is absolutely gorgeous and allows for so many wonderful photo opportunities. It rained right after our ceremony, so we werent able to take many photos outdoor immediately, but the indoor photo opportunities in the chapel and mansion was nothing short of spectacular. However, when the reception died down a little later in the evening as did the rain, we were able to take advantage of the beauty of the property outdoors in the glowing lights. Gazi was exceptional in helping us plan and accommodating our needs and really helped pull it all together for an amazing memory I will never forget.

Gazi and Pam were so helpful in planning our wedding. The venue was the perfect backdrop for our ceremony and reception. I loved the fact that ceremony and reception were all on the same property and had endless photo opportunities. The chapel was charming and lovely and the carriage house was incredible and fun. My husband and I got married here this past weekend and it was absolutely perfect. The venue is gorgeous and elegant and the staff takes care of every little detail from the moment you book until the moment you leave your reception. Their preferred vendors are also amazing. We used their vendors for cake, flowers, alcohol and photography and were overly satisfied with them all. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone getting married.

I'm very happy with my decision to get married at Ashelynn Manor. They're the type of venue that pretty much does most of the work for you. They have their own catering and DJ, so you don't need to go find those vendors on your own. The venue photographs well in every kind of lighting! It rained for the three days before our wedding, and was gray and cloudy for most of the day until about the time when we started doing pre-ceremony pictures, and we still got some really great outdoor photos! When you think of buffet/banquet food, most people generally think that it won't be all that delicious, but Ashelynn Manor's buffet was delicious! We booked originally whatever was the basic buffet, but then upgraded to the next level up mainly because it sounded better and we were glad we did! And a nice bonus was that the event coordinator at Ashelynn was sweet enough to pack us both a to-go box of our dinner and some left-over cake that was waiting for us in our get-away car! So happy for that because we didn't have a lot of time to eat. My only complaints would be if you're doing a choreographed dance and need the music cut or faded out at a certain time, go ahead and do that yourself and then give it to the DJ. We told the DJ to fade out at 2:45 but he faded out at 1:45. We got him to continue playing the music, but that wasn't how I wanted everyone to see our first dance and it messed up our video of it. I know we're all human, and the DJ just made an honest mistake, but save yourself the heartbreak and frustration and go ahead and have a copy of your music as you want it played. The last complaint is more of a regret of mine, but we wished we had been able to afford to book the venue for more time. Our ceremony started at 7:00p and the reception ended at 11:00p. Because of the short time frame, we felt a little rushed at the reception. Again, that's not really any fault of the venue's, more just advice to anyone who's trying to decide on how long to book for.

Used Ashelynn for my daughters wedding. They were fabulouse from beginning to end. They are pretty much a one stop shop. They offer several open houses during the year, so you can meet all of their preferred vendors. All are great. Cake was included in cost, but you got to choose from four vendors, all were very tasty, but we chose Lisa Barcelona, and she did a perfect job! The venue is gorgeous and needs very little decorations. They have great centerpiece choices included in cost. My husband and I were the last to go through the buffet and our food was still hot and chicken was moist (chose the 'Emma Leigh', which had a grilled veggie topping and sauce). All my guests were complimentary of food. You bring in your own alcohol, there is a local liquor store you can purchase from and they will deliver. Only slightly more expensive than Specs. Worth it not to have to hassle with it yourself, plus they will pre-chill and come back next day to pick up any kegs. I paid a little extra for wine glasses (hate wine out of plastic). The bartender didnt see that paperwork and when we came over from pictures at chapel, all my guest were drinking out of plastic cups. Brought it to their attention and they quickly brought out the glasses. That was the only glitch we had. We were just extremely pleased with them, hard to find a prettier facility! Also can recommend these preferred vendors on their list: Chase Pedigo Photography, Exquisite Reflections Hair/Makeup and we used Reverand Wayne Law. Everyone adored his ceremony. He is so personable, it is not stuffy at all. Great experience from start to finish.

I am so happy that we chose to have our wedding at Ashelynn Manor. My husband and I had 4.5 months to plan our wedding and this venue made that so much easier. I really wanted a place where my family could enjoy the wedding and not spend so much time "working" the wedding. This fit the bill exactly. Jackie was my coordinator and everything went off flawlessly. The decorations and venue itself were beautiful and offered many options for photos. I even had my bridal photos done here and they turned out perfectly. The food was delicious, and all the services that were organized by the venue (DJ, Cake, Wedding Service, Decorations, etc.) were exactly what I had asked for. I cannot say enough positive things about this venue-it was perfect!

I took my bridal pictures here and the property and staff were amazing! W had to change the date of the pictures and they were very helpful and understanding, and when it came time for us to leave/pay, they said we did not have to worry about it (remember this is just for my to take pictures-nothing else). They have so many options on their property- tons of flowers and gardens, an old plantation style house, a chapel, barn, old truck, huge trees, just so many options!

Ashelynn Manor was a dream come true for my daughter and son-in-law’s February wedding. Jackie was our coordinator, and I could always count on her and the rest of the staff when I had questions or problems. Jackie has also been there for us even after the wedding. From the chapel to the mansion, the groom’s cottage, the red barn for the reception, and the beautiful grounds (perfect for the most beautiful wedding photos) – everything was perfect. Thanks to the DJ, the dance floor was full all night from beginning to end! Our guests had a wonderful time.

Great experience. Beautiful venue. The only issue we had was that they were very quick to clean up and kick us out. We came to take pictures in the church immediately after the ceremony and they were already cleaning up. Some of our pictures don't have nay of the decorations in them bc they cleaned up to fast. Overall it was a great experience!

I couldn't imagine being married anywhere else. This place feels like home and is gorgeous and amazing! Jackie was my coordinator and did a wonderful job! The staff just does this awesome job of making your every dream come true on the day of your wedding, look like the easiest, breeziest task. The best part is, when you talk to them, they make you feel like you've been talking to a long lost friend. My husband even LOVED the venue. When we went to another wedding, he leaned over to me and said, "I like our place better!" Of course, that made me smile. I wish we could do our wedding all over again. We are so glad that we chose Ashelynn manor for our wedding venue! The property is just gorgeous and perfect if your looking for a place with a rustic/vintage vibe! And on top of that our wedding cake, DJ, serving staff and some of my hair and make up services were all included with my rental package! We have gotten so many compliments on our choice of venue. I would call often verifying thing on the contract and seeing what we could and could not do. Phone service was great and they recommended me to their list of vendors you have to go through. Gives you less of a headache. Day of, as the bride I don't feel I saw my coordinator all that much. Bit frustrating when we needed them. But overall with the help of great bridesmaids all went well. Venue offers centerpieces and reception hall doesn't require much decorating. Make sure to talk to dj about music thouraghly. Ashelynn manor, one stop shop, decent pricing.

Kendal at Ashlynn Manor made wedding planning a complete breeze! She covered absolutely everything she could think of with me. Everyone really helped out on the day of the wedding, however there was a little bit of miscommunication regarding help in setting up the reception, but luckily my groom and his groomsmen as well as some family members were there early enough to help get everything set up. The food was fabulous, our guests are STILL talking about the smothered chicken and potato casserole (HIGHLY recommended!). Our reception and wedding just didn't last long enough! It's too bad we can't slow time :) Ashlynn Manor made our wedding everything we were dreaming of and more!

Ashelynn Manor was beautiful, and I have no major complaints with how my wedding was handled over the course of our six month planning. The only real issue I have is with how our wedding coordinator was on the day of the wedding. That being rather absent. My mother was left doing a lot of the set up and almost all of the take down. She carried items from the chapel to the carriage house after being assured there would be staff there to take care of it. We also had significantly less guests than we had planned for, and they didn't bother to go make the reception area more cozy, although they certainly would have billed us for extra tables if we'd had more people. Also a small thing, but our names were supposed to be on the mirror, and they forgot and instead of just crediting us, they put them up while we were dancing, which was tacky and last minute. But the venue is beautiful, and maybe if you spring for a night time wedding they treat you nicer.

My husband and I started looking at Venue’s about 15 months ago. When we pulled up to Ashelynn Manor my husband said that he knew right then that this was the place we were going to get married. About a week later we showed my parents the venue and met with Kendal. We booked that same very day. This place is gorgeous. We had our wedding on a Saturday from 11 am to 2 pm. I was a little concerned that we might not have enough time to do everything. However, we had a wonderful wedding and everything was perfect. The Groomsmen had their own cottage to get ready in and hang out. My Bridal party had the Chapel to get hair and makeup and we also had two rooms upstairs to get dressed and hang out. The coordinator helped the whole entire time to make sure everything went smoothly. The food was great; the Dj did a good job and the staff decorated perfectly with little help from my bridesmaids. Kendall always answered my emails and phone calls. She kept a file with my entire request and any changes. She also gave me several names of different vendors and websites to visit. I would recommend this Venue to anyone looking for a romantic, elegant, country setting.

The venue is just gorgeous and there's a lot to be said for being able to walk over to a hopping reception from the little white chapel. Everything ran smoothly. I loved not having to worry about finding a caterer and cake baker and all of the food was delicious! (We went with bbq)My one and only complaint was more of a personality difference with a staff member so maybe they won't bother you as much!

We went to see Ashelynn Manor to decide whether or not we wanted to have a wedding there. We get there and THEN they tell us that they had already booked the venue for the date we wanted. It was an hour and a half drive wasted. The lady we spoke with said she should have called. I would be VERY cautious before booking a wedding with them. Not only is the communication lacking as she even rushed me through the initial phone call when I was booking our tour, but they book multiple events in one day so you're wedding is going to be rushed.

All of the people that worked at Ashelynn Manor could not have been nicer! They have obviously done many successful weddings, and made my wedding so beautiful! My wedding coordinator there kept everything on track and was there to answer any questions that I had. The weather was terrible the day before my wedding and my rehearsal got cancelled. Ashelynn Manor did everything in their power to accommodate us on my wedding day and made me feel better about missing rehearsal. They were great with all of my vendors, and were very helpful with set up and take down. All of my guests LOVED the atmosphere and location.

Ashelynn Manor is a beautiful venue and was exactly what I wanted for my wedding! Seeing that a majority of vendors/items you need for a weeding were "included" it was an extra bonus. There was quite a bit of miscommunication in regards to what exactly that "included" (i.e length of linens, type of cake, type of music, etc). Overall, the night went off well but just be careful when thinking everything is "included."

I was married here March 2012. We chose this location because of the beautiful white chapel and that the ceremony and reception could be in one spot. Leading up to the wedding, the only time I spoke with them was when I called them for questions. Two weeks before my wedding I met with a staff member and she filled in my paperwork in detail about the actual day of the wedding. The day of our wedding, we had a different coordinator working with us. The rehearsal didn't go very well and she seemed very confused about the paperwork. As I tried to help her understand, her response was, "Well, I just can't see it happening that way." The next day I called Ashelynn Manor to make sure we were all on the same page in terms of the details of my actual wedding day. Then, on the wedding day I was assigned a completely different set of women as my 'coordinators' for the day. The things that were promised to me during my two week meeting were not met the day of my wedding. This caused my Matron of Honor, and my mother, to be responsible for making sure details were taken care of. For the price, and their promise of being 'all inclusive', they did not meet our expectations. I worked very hard to make sure every detail was covered. The day of my wedding, it seemed to all fall apart because of the lack of communication between all the different 'coordinators' of the facility. Even when my Matron of Honor and my mom told the coordinators what was promised in our meeting, their response was, "Well, we don't do that here." I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

My wedding was in Feb. 2012 and I had a wonderful experience with Ashelynn Manor. They were fantastic! I didn't have to worry about anything. Pretty much everything was included (venue, food, cake, dJ) They were so helpful! On my wedding Amy made sure I didn't need anything, she helped me with my dress, coordinated the entire thing, and made sure everyone was where they were supposed to be. So many people told me I'd be stressed out when the day came, but I was completely calm. If anything did go wrong- I didn't hear about it. Plus, the venue is beautiful! Its both rustic and elegant and exactly what I dreamed of.

I had my wedding there this past December 2011. I got married inside the gorgeous white chapel and then had my reception in the "barn". Ashelynn Manor offeres wedding packages that include (DJ, cake, food, tea & punch, day of coordinator, tables chairs, and linen, house for the bride and BMS to get ready, and grooms cottage) they also offer a discount for onsite makeup and hair. I had the southern hospitality menu (BBQ) and it was delicious I got many complements on the food. The wedding went smoothly and was beautiful, I fell in love with Ashelynn Manor the chapel is gorgreous and the reception barn is rustic elegance. My husband and I have gotten so many complements on our wedding, because everything was beautiful and went so smoothly. The staff at Ashelynn Manor are truely wonderful people and were so helpful throughout the entire planning process and on the actual day of.

The people at Ashelynn Manor are wonderful. It is a beautiful venue, and the food was terrific. For my personality, I think a venue that didn't make me feel rushed would have been a better fit. Because they host so many weddings, you are limited in terms of how long you can take to set up. That is my only complaint, though!

There aren't enough words to describe how happy I am that we chose Ashelynn Manor for our wedding day. From the day we put our deposit down, all the way to getting in the limo after our reception, the entire staff was wonderful!! We went here to see if we wanted to get married here, we didnt chose this place but wanted to let everyone know that it is beautiful and you must see!!

Great Venue! The chapel is just picture perfect, the staff was great to work with, many many options.

The people were great to work with! Everyone was so helpful and made planning my wedding alot easier if I had gone somewhere else. The food was great, we did the BBQ catering! Everyone loved the grounds and how beautiful it was! It definitely turned out to be my dream wedding!
