Because of Fran, we were able to be completely present on our wedding day and truly enjoy every moment with our family and friends. She will oversee everything on the day to promote a smooth flow of events. This includes lending a hand with photo coordination, bringing flowers to the wedding party, and much more. The next package option includes some additional services. It is ideal for to-be-weds who have the bigger details of the day under control. Fran will assist in referring any vendors who haven’t been checked off the list, assist with guest accommodations and transportation requirements, assist in creating floor plans and layouts, and more. Finally, couples seeking the full works can opt for the Something New package, which offers limitless communication throughout the process. I am 100% Italian, so I have that Italian mom mentality where everything is organized and detailed (can anyone say Type A), multi-tasker (aka juggler), who brings an abundance of caring, concern, and compassion to ensure that everyone in the “family” is happy and content during their special celebration. her enough for all that she did and you should absolutely book her before she realizes how valuable she is and doubles her prices.
Really, what do you look for in a wedding coordinator? Someone organized, who is easy to communicate with, responsive, and who will keep your event on track as you work your way through the timeline. That’s the bare minimum.
Ask Fran about the bare minimum - she doesn’t know the meaning of the word! Fran goes above and beyond. She was like a second brain. She anticipated our needs, kept track of things that even I forgot about (and I’m the type A remembers everything person) and made sure we did not have to wrangle up anyone for our wedding.
No question at all, Fran helped us every step of the way. We booked Fran 7 months before our wedding with the “Something Blue” package and she was ready with vendor recommendations that we could use to narrow down our search. She recommended a great photographer and baker for our cake that I am so glad we went with. She always responded quickly to our inquiries, and kept a document of everything we talked about. We didn’t have to remind her of things we’d already told her. She asked good questions and knew exactly what types of details to look out for.
It’s important I mention that I am a super organized and detail oriented person, and Fran outdid me in organization. I could genuinely let go and know that she would handle everything without me needing to stay on her.
She is such a sweet person and she treated us like we were all old friends, giving us hugs and being so warm and welcoming! Suffice it to say, I’m a big fan of Fran. I had all of the bridesmaids and groomsmen united on one thing: If you have a question, ask Fran. We even put all our hands in a circle and went “1, 2, 3, Fran!” before the wedding. red Fran (~6 months before my wedding). I am very type A and on top of logistics. I didn't want to hire a "planner" because I figured that I would be more on top of everything than whoever the planner was. However, I knew that I needed a day-of coordinator. What I didn't expect was how helpful Fran would be in the 2 months leading up to the wedding. She sent unlimited emails to my vendors on my behalf, and helped me create a timeline and think through every small logistical day-of item that I would have never thought of. What I loved the most about Fran was her extremely positive and upbeat attitude and her very fast response time. I thought that I answered emails fast until I met Fran! I would recommend Fran to everyone, especially a DIY bride who needs a hand getting things across the finish line at the end.

the most dedicated individual we have ever worked with, and did everything in her power to make our day feel special. Not only did she recommend AMAZING vendors, she did everything to make sure that their contracts were solid and their pricing was fair.
She also had great ideas throughout the entire process on how to make the wedding day smooth while not blowing the budget on things that no one would ever really notice. Our parents are not here in Austin, which is why is was so helpful to have Fran involved with us on our special day. She gave amazing advice without being pushy, understood what was most important to us on our wedding day, and made sure that every vendor was executing everything perfectly.
I cannot recommend Fran enough. If you are planning a wedding, you should ABSOLUTELY hire Fran. We interviewed a LOT of wedding planners in our search for the perfect fit, and there is not a single one I could recommend other than Fran. stin was crucial for me as a bride. When I wasn't sure where to get my dress altered, Fran pointed me toward a wonderful tailor. And when many HMU artists told me they didn't do pre-contract trials, Fran reassured me that the artists' team we hired had never let her down before. She was right -- I felt stunning on our big day.
As for running the show day-of, Fran perfectly balanced being approachable and also ensuring excellence.
In short: Fran knows her stuff, and our wedding would not have been as beautiful without her guidance. A must hire!

it. They gave me three referrals, and thank goodness Fran was one of them. From our very first intake call, I knew she was the one. She was sharp, detail-oriented, and asked all the right questions. From that moment on, I felt like someone was genuinely on my team, fully in control and looking out for us.
Fran’s planning package went far beyond what I expected. She helped with room blocks, vendor referrals, timeline management, and more. Honestly, looking back, she’s the reason we had such an incredible videographer and DJ—both were her referrals, and both were amazing. Her vendor partnerships are clearly built on mutual respect, which makes sense because Fran herself is such a phenomenal partner.
She handled everything from quirky ideas I threw her way to last-minute details with total poise and professionalism. The timeline was executed down to the minute, and I never once had to stress about what was happening next. Her communication was next-level—so responsive, often within the hour—and I even knew when she was out of town, which speaks volumes about her transparency and care.
On the actual day, Fran was a total force. She had a commanding presence that made everyone feel at ease and ensured everything ran smoothly. I felt so much peace knowing she was behind the scenes making the magic happen.
If you're debating whether to hire a planner—do it. And if you have the chance to work with Fran—run, don’t walk. She was a true gift to our wedding and to us as a couple. We are forever grateful!

Her relationship to each vendor made planning so smooth. She was well organized, thoughtful, kind, always thinking ahead, and communicative. I have recommended her to every bride I know in the Austin and Houston area and will absolutely continue to do so. Her prices are EXTREMELY reasonable. , the venue required it and I don't know, looking back, how I ever thought I would have managed the day without her. She is so knowledgeable and kept everything on track and guided us the entire time. On top of that, she is reasonable (really feel like I robbed her!). What stood out to us during that phone call was how on top of things Fran was; from details about certain things on the wedding day, to trends that are popular in recent weddings, she really knew her stuff because she has such great experience! The month before our wedding, Fran was very involved in emailing us about the timeline, floorplan, and checking in with all of our vendors (that we didn't need to handle thanks to her)! She truly made the month before our wedding less stressful. She was a great partner in collaborating on the timeline as well. When it came to the day of, Fran was like another member of our family. She was seemingly everywhere all at once, and helped take care of hiccups (because there are always hiccups) with a positive attitude! We even had one of the groomsmen kind of give her a 'hard' time (really in a playful way), and Fran played right along with him and managed him and other guests perfectly. She was such a great help in every way we needed her to be, and we're so happy we chose her to help make our day a success. We highly recommend going with Fran for your special day!

the way for months. She is incredibly organized and detailed, had lightning fast responses to any email question, and seemed prepared for just about any situation. After we booked each vendor, she contacted all of them and handled just about everything (when to arrive, where to park/set up, etc.) so that we didn't have to worry about a thing. She created a giant day-of-timeline that I was constantly referencing myself so that I knew what was happening and also what I should be working on. She answered my small silly questions ("Can I just play the same song on repeat instead of picking 2 songs?") and she asked me questions I would have never thought about ("Are you planning on doing any of these special dances or pictures?"). Our wedding day went flawlessly (at least that I'm aware of, which is good enough for me) and we were able to be stress free on our wedding day because Fran was super on top of everything! Not to mention, she is positive and kind and has a "get it done" personality so I was never afraid to ask her for help. You cannot go wrong by booking Fran as your wedding coordinator and I will continue to recommend her to everyone who is planning a wedding. Thank you, Fran!

What I also loved about her was she was honest and to the point when I asked her opinion on things. I love working with people who have experience, know what they are doing, and don't try to sell you on something you don't need. Fran was always on top of the details during our planning stages and was so organized. I knew when the day of our wedding came that she had everything handled and I could breath easy knowing she was in control. The wedding was absolutely perfect and it all came together amazingly because of Fran.

Fran was a life-saver. She communicated with me quickly and frequently, and she answered all of my concerns related to the tiniest stuff (what time should I change my dress, etc.)....
On the day of, she helped me set up all the deco, made sure my confetti was allowed by the venue (yep, tiny stuff), and made sure we followed the timeline. What I appreciate Fran the most was she really went beyond and above for us. She offered to bring the cylinder vases for my candles; she even brought us an extra tablecloth that makes my sweetheart table amazing. Whatever problem I encountered, Fran could solve it. I didn't have bobby pins for my veil; Fran had them. My husband couldn't find a lint roller, Fran had it. And her price is extremely affordable as well. She's really a must for your wedding.

perfect fit for our wedding. My husband and I don’t live in Texas so we were looking for a coordinator that would help with giving recommendations for vendors and serve as a contact person with them- and from the first day, she did just that. All of our guests were from out of town so she also assisted with creating hotel blocks and booking transportation- this flowed perfectly during our wedding weekend.
Fran responded to my emails and questions (no matter how silly) very quickly and always with patience. Importantly, she eased my concerns with some bumps on the road during the planning process.
Fast forward to wedding day, Fran was so on top of everything and assured that we stayed perfectly on time throughout the entire day and night of the wedding. She was the first to arrive and last to leave the venue on the wedding day. With a wedding party of almost 20 people, Fran took control of them and made our ceremony more magical than I would have ever hoped. (She especially worked magic controlling the 10 groomsmen lol) She even implemented last minute changes seamlessly, without skipping a beat. She would periodically update me with how things were going and check in with my husband and I to assure everything was flowing as planned.
I do know that I will miss emailing back and fourth with Fran- working with her this past year and a half has been a true pleasure and I wholeheartedly recommend her to any other bride in the area!

5 years had passed away a month before my husband were getting married and as many dog owners would understand, I took it pretty hard. It was hard to focus on all the small details and my brain was fried!
Fran took the reins and completely made our day so magical. From setting up, answering guest questions, dealing with the vendors, answering wedding party questions, clean up, and even dealing with a feisty drunken bridesmaid…she did the damn thing better than I could have ever wished for.
I’m forever grateful to have hired this woman for my wedding and my only regret is not hiring her sooner to have assisted with more with the entire planning process. Whenever my husband and I decide to do a vow renewal, I will definitely be booking Fran for those services!
