n the rogue valley that can be rain, snow, heat or perfect. We looked at so many places offering both indoor and outdoor options. After MANY tours we set our date. The actual cost of the event space is very reasonable. Sandra and Alissa guided us through everything....I MEAN EVERYTHING! I do my best thinking at 4am and Sandra would get back to me within 24 hrs. We are a straight couple who are LGBTQ allies. We needed an event space that would let us celebrate love, equality, drag, and our dog. This is your place!!! We were able to have our dog with us in each space. We also had our friend who does drag officiate. Not only did we feel at home but we felt welcomed and loved for the weird that we brought. Trust me...you could absolutely have a beautiful and traditional wedding here but if you like a stranger and wilder cup of tea Sandra can make this place your home. The bar staff were so amazing serving wine we had brought in ourselves ( paid corkage). Arlo was a total stand out to me as the bride. Remembering my drink, being so friendly and also loving every wild guest. Emily at the front desk helped me print vows, find things and just be so supportive. We did not have a event day coordinator. I was so worried but it was perfect. Pet friendly facility helped make our decision. We all enjoyed breakfast at Luna Cafe the day after the wedding with dogs by our sides. The staff took care of tables, linens, silverware, cutlery, set up of tables and chairs, placing all things listed and so so much more. Truly all you need is your own decorations and you have the most perfect, climate controlled and beautiful wedding space. I can't stress this enough!!! This is your wedding location. You will not regret it.

We had our wedding there 4.27.24. Their entire staff stayed with us thru the entire planning process (which was months and months on end), and they answered every single question we had. Sandra Matthews- she was a light at the end of the tunnel for us to not get overwhelmed and to understand pricing, etc. She was always responsive to emails, to even being willing to have me make payments in person /meet up with me on site.
Dave (the head chef) went over and above to make our dreams come true by creating a Persian menu (as my husband is Persian, it was really important that this component be part of our day). He took the time to learn the details of Persian cuisine, the tools needed to make it, and so much more. Deserae M- while we met her later in the final stages of our wedding process, it was like we were kindred spirits from the start. She was already up to speed with our expectations, planning, and hit the ground running in helping to bring our vision to life for the big day. We truly hold all these people near and dear to our hearts, and consider them family now. They truly are the epitome of exemplary customer service, they really care about their clients & what they want to create, and really embody the meaning of human connection (Because let’s face it: in these days and times right now, it’s so tough to find genuine authentic people in many places).
I would also like to share some thoughts on the site itself: my bridal party /myself got ready in the Champange Suite, while the groomsmen /groom got ready in the Manhattan suite that was just above. Both of these suites were a true delight to experience, and felt so luxurious to be in. Each suite had a different theme, which added even more to the fun appeal of the site. My husband and I will be coming back every year on our anniversary to rent out one of the suites as our way to celebrate our anniversary.
I would also like to share for the site: it’s in a perfect location where it’s not so far of the grid from town where you’re isolated, but just far enough so you still have privacy as well. Last but not least: the food (for anything you eat there), is impeccable!
Before you look anywhere else, I HIGHLY encourage you to meet the team, see the site, and get a feel for the place. I’m more than confident you won’t be disappointed!
