very first conversation, I knew she and I were going to not only get along amazingly, but that she knew EXACTLY how to capture the vision my husband and I had for our big day. Actually, Ashley knew well before *I* even knew what I wanted, and was able to visually capture the most beautiful and vibrant parts of our wedding, down to the stunning rainbow that sparked seemingly out of nowhere and our little impromptu pre-ceremony "first dance" that has become one of our top special highlights of the day. Both did our engagement shoot and they were immediately so friendly and their confidence behind the camera made us feel less awkward in front of the camera. You can tell Ashley takes her job seriously, but it’s evident she also has so much fun and loves doing what she does! You need to put a lot of trust in your photographer and Ashley didn’t let us down one bit! We’re so fortunate we chose her for our wedding. Our videographer cancelled on us day of about 45 minutes prior to his arrival. Luckily, the videographer messaged both myself and Ashley. Because I was getting ready I didn’t see the message right away but Ashley did. Before she even brought it to my attention, she was already trying to find a replacement. By the time she told me the original was cancelling, she already had sent out so many messages/posts looking for a fill in. She was able to find someone for us in time which was AMAZING and we think she handled the situation completely perfectly and went above and beyond to help make sure our day was perfect. We can’t say enough positive things Ashley. No matter how many announcements day of you make to tell ppl not to have their phones out, they still will. And I remember seeing Ashley have someone take their phone down so she could get the shot without a dumb phone in the pic! She picks up on the small details (pocket knife in dad’s pocket, too!) that we never would. She’s professional, courteous, kind, friendly, personal, and a lot of fun to work with! We had a wedding party of 16 people and Ashley and Sam were able to get the shots done not just at one location but at TWO, the second one being at the venue right at golden hour. We had to sprint to get there and the pictures came out unreal and gorgeous. It was so worth it. Everyone in the party complimented her and Sam’s efficiency and professionalism. Your wedding day can be very stressful and overwhelming and we truly felt like we were in good hands with them. Not only that, but they really made me feel beautiful by being the best hype women. I also had some family not attend that was really hard for me to process and I was worried about how I would feel during pictures but I barely thought about it because of how quick and efficient Ashley was. That truly helped more than she probably knows. Another specific detail worth noting is her keen eye for detail. While going through our pictures, we noticed that during the speeches, she took pictures of the partners of those speaking. We didn’t tell her who was with who, she just took in her surroundings and paid attention. Now we have photos to give to our loved ones that capture such beautiful and meaningful candid moments of their relationships. That means so much to us to see the love between the ones that we love. That wasn’t even something we thought to ask for and she just did it. It completely blew us away. Ashley was also super flexible to add on an hour of time to our package to ensure we got everything we wanted and that last minute flexibility was appreciated so much. She was also a champ during our engagement photos, which we had to reschedule several times due to rain and the day we took them, it still decided to rain! Yet we were able to get in and out in 45 min and got beautiful shots of that as well. Again, the efficiency!! Overall, Ashley and her team are professional, efficient without sacrificing quality (THIS!!), and just so lovely to work with. She is so talented and works in the moment to get last minute shots based off the environment and the energy. She even got amazing shots of our dog during the pre ceremony pictures! We will cherish those pictures always. You can really tell she cares about what she does and the clients she works with. She is also just such a genuine person.
