We were promised our edited images within six weeks, but they took nine, and during that time, she ignored multiple emails and messages asking for updates. When we finally received the photos, many were out of focus, poorly framed, and extremely overexposed. Crucial moments, like shots of our rings and the cake cutting, were completely missing. Out of the 75 images we initially received, only 7 appeared edited, despite our package promising fully edited photos. She eventually sent 60 more “edited” images, but the quality was still far below expectations. We also paid for a USB drive containing all original files as part of our package, and to this day, we’ve never received it. She has since cut off all communication. The images we received look nothing like what’s shown on her website or social media, which now feels misleading. Overall, she seemed very inexperienced, and the quality of work did not match what was promised. This was one of the most important days of our lives, and we’re heartbroken that the memories were not properly captured. I would strongly caution others before booking.

owever she left watermarks on several pictures even after I asked for them to be fixed. Along with several oversaturated photos that I've also asked to be fixed. Before the wedding she asked which photos were most important. The first kiss, first dances, and first look with my father are the most important to me. However after reaching out about where the first look photos with my dad are I've received no reply. He helped pay half of the cost. I'll update this review if these things get fixed. I've been asking for her to reply and work this out since May with no return. I don't want to talk to a lawyer but I feel like I've received way under what my family and I paid for. I have receipts for all of this too.
