I highly recommend Amber and Ashley for all of your engagement/wedding photo needs. Our wedding day went so perfectly. Huge shoutout to Amber for being so organized. She is also gr...
eat at posing, making people feel comfortable and FUN! My husband and I truly had such a good time taking pictures. All of our content was delivered less than 50 days after the wedding. We received SO many pictures! Way more than we were expecting.
Choose Ashley Ice Photography. You will not regret it!
We used Ashley Ice photography and videography for our wedding and engagement photos. Ashley is very organized and professional. She helped the day run smoothly! She was great with...
communication leading up to the wedding and the day of. She was always available to answer any questions and was very open to learning our ideas and aesthetic that we wanted for our photos. Ashley is such a great photographer! Our engagement photos turned out so beautiful and I knew we chose the right photographer for our big day! She got so many amazing photos for us! I have zero experience in front of a camera, but she was able to pose me and give me direction that felt and look so natural! Luke is also an amazing videographer! Our engagement video was so beautiful! They really do such a great job! I definitely recommend them, especially if you like an editorial style!
IN SHORT: BOOK ASHLEY ICE PHOTOGRAPHY.
I have had the pleasure to work with Ashley and the majority of the team throughout our wedding season. We have utilized AIP services for o...
ur engagement photos and on our wedding day including photography, film, and content creation services.
We are beyond impressed and amazed by our experience. When you book Ashley Ice Photography for your wedding, you are in a way gaining another wedding planner. There is no detail too small for Ashley and her team. Ashley made me feel like I was her ONLY client. We probably have hundreds of text together. She was always available so I could ask her recommendations regarding overall wedding design (bridesmaids attire, veil selection, second look, bride morning outfits, ceremony layout, stationary, signage, how to incorporate my dog in the wedding…) the list goes on and on. She could just see my entire vision from the beginning and help me make decisions accordingly.
You truly are getting SO MUCH MORE than someone just showing up on your wedding day to take photos. It was so helpful to have someone to lean on to make design decisions who has so much experience in the industry. Ashley is an expert at design and latest trends while still being original. She has also built great relationships with other wedding vendors and was even communicating behind the scenes to ensure no detail was missed leading up to the wedding.
We also used AIP services for videography. We used to say video was something we wouldn’t invest in, until we met AIP.
In my eyes, video is a long term investment because it is something we will enjoy for every anniversary the rest of our lives. Luke, the videographer, is so gifted and his work does the talking (truly, the work is a cinematic experience.) I love that AIP offers both photography and videography because it allows for a very cohesive look.
Wedding day Ashley and her entire team amazed my husband and I. They truly are a well oiled machine. Ashley was even making live edits to the timeline for her team on her phone so the team could be informed on what to do/where to go pretty much on the minute. They all make you feel so comfortable in front of the camera. They are professional while also always hyping you up!
Content creation: DO IT! A SERVICE THAT I WAS SO HAPPY I BOOKED! Ashley has created a number of reels and it’s so fun for my husband and I as well as our family and friends to relive the best day ever! Not to mention, we have over 2000+ clips that the content creator took that we were able to enjoy and relive our wedding day just the next day on our way to our honeymoon.
Overall, I had an extremely positive experience and highly recommend Ashley Ice Photography. Do yourself a favor and book Ashley Ice and her incredible team…. There’s truly no one like them.
My brother and his wife adore my kids. And unfortunately they don’t have any pictures together. The photographer rushed through the pictures and they were all “destroyed”. Oh and I...
’m not in any pictures also. Do not recommend.
Just WOW!!!!! Being in the wedding industry myself, I've had the privilege of working with Ashley on numerous weddings/styled shoots and it's always such a JOY to work with her. As...
hley's photos are absolutely UNREAL and I jump at every opportunity to work with her if I can. Thanks for always going above and beyond, Ashley! 🤍 You're a rare gem!!
We can’t begin to thank Ashley enough for capturing all the beauty and emotion that was experienced on our special day. She truly has a gift. I have looked through all the photos f...
rom our wedding and I can’t describe how appreciative I am to be able to re-live this experience through her lens. We will cherish the record of these moments forever.
We will sincerely miss working with her and have enjoyed the experience tremendously. Her attention to detail, passion for her craft and genuine kindness were a huge part of what made our wedding day come to life beyond our wildest imagination. There are not words to clearly state the gift that she and her team have given us through our wedding photos. It is more than just the images.
Ashley Ice Photography is not only a DREAM to work with because her photography is stunning, but she’s also a friend and confidant! We talked often during the months leading up to ...
the wedding. I actually talked to her more than anyone else and we could talk for hours! I loved seeing her knowledge highlighted in her detailed and thorough styling book and wedding prep guide that she mails out when you start working together. I wasn’t expecting that and was extremely impressed, and I constantly referred back to them during the planning process! Her photography specializes in natural lighting and is the epitome of Vogue. She made me look and feel like I could’ve been a runway model! I am absolutely obsessed with my photos!! She made both my husband and I look HOT! Ashley let us pose naturally, but would guide us to create that perfect, fine art shot. None of my photos looked posed or fake and none of them were bad shots or a photo I didn’t like because of the angle, my body, my expression, etc. She would give reminders such as, “soft smile” or “shoulders back” to revel a confident and sexy stance. This made all the difference in photos! She also has experience with publications, if that’s something important to you. Since her focus is fine art and she knows what publications look for, she’s very meticulous with all your details. She will intentionally capture all the meaningful details and the parts of your wedding that make you and your husband different from every other bride and groom. She’ll ask about what’s important to you and the story behind it, and if there’s something you didn’t think about, she’ll advise you on creative ways to personalize it for you. Most photographers are great at one or two things, but Ashley Ice Photography is seriously the whole package! She’s great with timelines and improvising on the spot, she’s creative and a quick thinker, she’s hilarious, she loves love, she’s the best at styling your outfits choices and your paper products and other small details, her recommendations always blew me away, she’s very open and honest, and she’s simply worth her package value so stop wasting time and just HIRE HER!! I would 1000000% hire her again!
From our very first meeting I knew Ashley and Amber were the right choice. Ashley took me through her process and was so thoughtful about so many details that hadn't even crossed m...
y mind yet in the super overwhelming wedding planning process. Knowing that she and Amber were bringing so much more than just a gorgeous (and seriously, it's GORGEOUS) portfolio to the table made what could've been one of our hardest vendor decisions one of our easiest.
Ashley and Amber were so kind in answering all of my questions throughout the process and made me and my photo-shy husband comfortable with our engagement and wedding shoots.
The value that Ashley and her team provide is absolutely worth the investment and I look forward to working with her in the future for family photography.
Choosing a wedding photography was one of my hardest vendor decisions - Ashley Ice & her team were hands down one of the best decisions I made. Just after our first meeting I knew ...
I found the perfect photographer. Ashley & Amber truly captured every essence of what I wanted for our timeless, romantic wedding day and engagement memories, were so helpful in the planning process/timelines, flexible with last minute changes and made photos enjoyable for my husband (who hates photos)! :) Would absolutely recommend hiring as soon as you can to get on their calendars!
I had my eye on Ashley Ice ever since I saw images from a wedding she shot so this was the first vendor I booked and I do not regret it! Ashley was not available for my wedding day...
but we were lucky enough to work with Amber, who was amazing! Although Ashley wasn’t actually shooting our wedding, she was present during all of our planning meetings and helped us build a day of timeline down to the minute, which I really appreciated. Amber was so easy to work with and helped my fiancé and I feel comfortable during posing! She listened to specific photo requests I had and executed them perfectly. This team knows what they’re doing and they do it so well! My photos are so bright, classic, and timeless and I will truly cherish them forever!
I have been working with Ashley Ice Photography for about 8 months now and we have done the engagement photos.
this process of getting them booked, working with professionals who K...
NOW and are so experienced in different locations, times of year, outfits, etc was AMAZING. it could not have gone any better.
Amber was our photographer although we worked closely with Ashley in the planning process. My Fiance and I had never had professional photos taken so we were a little unprepared and nervous. Amber made us feel so amazing and comfortable throughout the whole shoot. when we got the pictures back we were shocked and so obsessed with them. i cant even imagine what the wedding photos will turn out to be like.
i cannot recommend Ashley Ice Photography enough.
Ashley Ice Photography has been amazing to work with. My wedding is next May 2023 in Lake Como, Italy and I booked Ashley over a year out. Since day one she has made the process so...
easy and has been in constant communication.
Ashley scheduled a zoom call to help plan our engagement shoot which ended up turning into two shoots because of everything I wanted to incorporate. Instead of making me put all pictures together in one day - she allowed me to separate my two visions so we weren’t overwhelmed.
Ashley was also there to help me decided on outfits, hair etc. Letting me know which outfits would look best for my vision. Not only was the day of both shoots non-stressful but Ashley made the process fun. She also let me be my extra self and have multiple outfit and hair changes so that we were able to get the shots we wanted.
While my wedding is still 10 months away, I am so excited for what she has in store for us. She even had a tentative wedding shoot schedule before my wedding planner has made a schedule. This was so helpful in my planning process.
Ashley has EXCEEDED our expectations of a photographer. It was important to me to have quality over quantity, but she has delivered both! Ashley and Kelsey recently outdid our enga...
gement pictures. We had multiple communications prior to the engagement pictures and not once did I feel like I was a burden. Ashley truly cares to make sure she delivers your vision, and please trust she will. If you’re looking for a photographer who cares, delivers quality service, and listens and takes time to understand your needs, Ashley and her team are your must haves. 10 stars / 5 stars only for these ladies.
Ashley was beyond what we had hoped for our photographer. We were so so happy with how everything turned out! After having multiple planning meetings for both our engagement shoot ...
and our wedding, it felt like Ashley was our second wedding planner and I am eternally grateful for that. Ashley's vision and style is beyond anything that I've seen from the rest of KC photographers, and meeting her and seeing her vision opened my eyes to a whole different aesthetic and a completely new editorial vibe that I didn’t even realize was possible before. I follow a bunch of Instagram wedding accounts and Ashley is literally better than any photographer I’ve seen, she has BLESSED us KC brides by working here because even the NYC and California photographers don’t do the editorial style as well as she does.
She truly made our wedding so much more upscale and beautiful than I had imagined; you truly cannot put a price on the stunning photographs we now have of one of the best days of our lives. All of my family and friends were raving about how professional and focused she and her team were throughout the wedding, and I have recommended her to everyone I know who is planning a wedding!
Throughout our engagement shoot and our wedding day, Ashley made us feel and look like models, and I will forever be so thankful and happy she was there for one of the most important days of our lives. She was literally the best decision we made for the wedding (minus marrying each other), and I would recommend her a thousand times over!!
Ashley is simply the best. Her style is both timeless and modern. She is receptive to your ideas but also loves helping you brainstorm new shots and ideas. During our engagement sh...
oot, Ashley and her team made my fiancé and I feel comfortable in front of the camera and captured our love and joy through the camera lens. On top of all of that, she is organized and helped us create a wedding timeline perfect for us. We can't wait to work with her again!
Calling all brides. Don’t walk, run to her inbox to see if she is available for your date! Her attention to detail and vision has been wonderful. We have been in constant commun...
ication leading up to our engagement photos and could not be happier with how they turned out. It was nearly impossible to choose one for our save the date cards because they were all so beautiful. I love her true color and light and airy style. I can’t wait for the wedding day and continued planning on our timeline and what kind of photos we want. If you’re looking for someone who is positive and encouraging in her their coaching style, wants a beautiful set of images for you and likes to try new trends and techniques; while also listening to your wants and needs, Ashley is your girl! I have been so impressed so far and can’t help but think she has gone above and beyond to help bring our dreams to reality. 100/10 recommend!
We cannot say enough about Ashley Ice Photography! I remember reaching out for the first time and Ashley wanted to do a Zoom call. Virtually meeting her, we found she was very pers...
onable, professional, and organized from the start. Photography was one of the top priorities for our wedding day and Ashley made us feel like her only client. She provided guidance on so many aspects of our wedding experience, from our engagement pictures to our wedding day. Her photography is incredible, it really tells a story and lets you relive your best day over and over. We highly recommend Ashley Ice Photography - one of our best decisions!
Booking Ashley Ice Photography for our wedding day was the BEST decision! Ashley & Amber were the sweetest & most professional ladies! They made our “day of” wedding planning so mu...
ch easier with their help creating a detailed timeline. Everyone in our wedding party LOVED how sweet and friendly Amber was. The best part of booking with Ashley Ice Photography was the STUNNING photos we received! We will cherish these pictures forever!

were very understanding and helpful during such a stressful time. Ashley and Amber photographed our wedding on July 17, 2021 and we recently got our photos back. I am speechless at how beautiful the images are. Ashley and Amber (and the rest of the team!) are all very professional and organized. One of my favorite things about Ashley is her organization and communication. She is extremely experienced as well and can recommend other vendors to you, as she is well known in the KC wedding vendor community. Ashley includes engagement sessions in her packages, spends HOURS putting together a day of timeline for you and sends you a guide with tips with what to wear for engagement sessions and a detail guide filled with all of her amazing props she uses for weddings. I cannot recommend Ashley enough. We have received so many compliments on our wedding photos due to the magic that Ashley made happen!
First off- her pictures are AMAZING. She knows exactly what she’s doing, she can pose you if you have no idea what you’re doing like me. From the very first time I met her (zoom), ...
I felt in my heart like I was in good hands. She CARES and LOVES her job, and it shows in her work. She’s very detail oriented-which is great. She makes her own timeline. Her style is light, airy, CLASSY, TIMELESS. She is more than just a photographer..I asked her a personal detail opinion on something that had nothing to do with photography but about my wedding and she responded quickly, and gave me examples, and I appreciated her opinion SO much. Take anything she says into serious consideration.
My only mistake is not having her for longer. It would have been SO worth it.
Wow, I cannot say enough good things about Ashley Ice Photography! Her photos are what originally caught our attention, but it is so much more than that. Our original wedding date ...
was in May 2020, but because of COVID we had to postpone our big ceremony & reception until August 2020. Ashley and team were so easy to work with during one of the most stressful times and when we decided to still get married on our original date with just a small group, she was there to capture our ceremony and mini reception! We now have two wedding days captured by the Ashley Ice Photography magic! Finally, not only are the pictures stunning, but Ashley and her team are extremely knowledgeable and professional, and as other reviewers have said, she is very well connected within the wedding industry. We are in love with the images from our May and August wedding days, and will cherish them forever. Look no further than Ashley Ice Photography!!

It's not possible to say enough good things about Ashley and her team. They are simply incredible. Not only is Ashley an incredible photographer, her pictures speak for themselves,...
she is also super knowledgeable and connected in the wedding industry.
Ashley was super detailed, listened to what I wanted, and delivered an incredible gallery. A bonus of working with Ashley was her knowledge and advice of the wedding world. I ran a lot of ideas passed her (big and little) for her honest feedback!
I cannot overstate the contribution the Ashley Ice Photography team made to our wedding experience. If you're fortunate enough to book the Ashley Ice Photography team, you've alrea...
dy made the best and most important decision about your big day! This entire team is immensely talented and they are in a class of their own. They clearly stood out to us as we sifted through the portfolios of dozens of wedding photographers. I truly mean it when I say this team goes above and beyond what is expected when hiring a photographer. My engagement pictures were so perfect. Ashley made sure I got everything I wanted when it came to style and location. I was a bride during COVID and Ashley helped me figure out how I could still have the wedding of my dreams. My wedding pictures are everything I could have ever hoped for and so much more. My husband and I have the most beautiful photos that we will cherish for the rest of our lives thanks to this team. I truly consider myself lucky to have had this amazing team take our wedding pictures. To put it simply, Ashley Ice and her team are the BEST photographers out there! If you are searching for a wedding photographer look no further because you will not find any team more talented than the Ashley Ice Photography team.

r wedding. Throughout this whole process, you have been so great at guiding us and giving us ideas. We will have hundreds of memories of this wedding, and so much of that is thank you!
You never stopped scouting, looking, and hustling to find new and wonderful places to make new, cute and fun memories. Your passion for photography and for making a wedding special is incredible and shows in every bit of the work you've done with us.
You made us feel so special and gave us such a fun engagement shoot and wedding memories. We can't thank you enough for the great job you did. We're so happy you were the photographer for our wedding.
We talked beforehand about what we wanted the pictures to look like, what kind of style, color and feel we wanted. And we got everything we asked for and more. We've both looked over our gallery dozens of times since the wedding. We've teared up, giggled, and smiled at all the amazing memories you captured for us. You were perfect!

her other photographers so all of their photos are top notch - you won’t be getting a random second photographer. She had such a good eye for the small details that take your photos from good to great.
She is worth every penny and I can’t say enough good things about Ashley Ice Photography!!
Searching for a photographer was extremely stressful until we found Ashley and her team! Right from looking at her pictures and speaking with her, we knew she was the perfect fit ...
for us. She took our vision and made it real. I love the bright and airy pictures, to me the can last a lifetime. She is well organized which was a major plus for me!
All the picture I wanted she took. All the family, bridal and individuals that I knew I would like, she did. She is amazing!
We also used her for our engagement pictures and I can't decided which pictures I loved more, those or our wedding day!
I wouldn't have changed a thing with our decision to go with Ashley.
Selecting your wedding photographer is SUCH a big decision in your planning process! Personally, I think it is bigger than picking your wedding planner because your photographer, y...
ou, and your fiance/husband will spend SO much time together between your engagement session, planning, the actual wedding day, and then all of the editing and album creation after! All that being said, it was such a good decision to select Ashley as our wedding photographer!! We met when one of my best friends got married right after I got engaged and I hadn't even thought about planning but knew I liked Ashley. She was efficient, bossy in the best way possible (b/c she has to be b/c the day of is like herding cats to get the shots you want!!), kind, and talented.
We got married in Vail, Colorado and Ashley did such a great job capturing the beautiful scenery and our big day! During the planning process, she actually had a timeline ready before our planner to make sure she would get the best lighting and had enough time to get all the shots I wanted! Ashley is very professional and makes you feel comfortable and that is so important on your wedding day. Having her there in the hotel room with us taking all the getting ready shots was like having an old friend around and that just brings an air of ease that you can't replicate with anyone else. She is great about capturing the details, as well as getting the family portraits and the candid shots that make such great memories! Thank you Ashley for everything and putting up with all our craziness! Hopefully you can take our newborn or family photos one day :)

I highly HIGHLY reccomend Ashley ice photography! When I first got engaged in December I started checking out photographers immediately. I came across the Ashley ice page on the kn...
ot and basically stalked their work hahaha! the quality was amazing and I fell in love and I knew i had to book them. Knowing that I had less then a year until I was getting married I honestly figured that they would most likely be book up and booking into the next year like most photographers were already but I wanted to give it a shot to try and book them, by some sort of fate I got a email from Ashley stating my date was open. I was over the moon excited. We met with Ashley and Amber and they were total sweethearts we felt so relaxed and at ease they made us feel like we belonged in their studio, which was a welcoming feeling compared to what we had experienced in meeting with a few other photographers we felt like they truly cared about photography and wasn't in it just for the money. I knew immediately these were our photographers! Amber took our engagement photos very recently and they turned out beyond amazing! They provide this amazing style guide that gives you recommendations on tips on what to wear to make your pictures the best they can be and that helped tremendously to choose my dresses. I'm a very self conscious girl, I often criticize myself on my looks but the day I had my engagement pictures done I had never felt so beautiful in my life no joke. Amber had made the poses feel so natural and fun for us, it wasn't awkward like we thought would possibly be, Ashley and amber were also very welcoming to the idea of having our dog who is our world in our photos. Amber did great in posing sophie and we got the most adorable photos with her that means so much to us. We got our engagement photos back super fast (very unexpectedly fast infact)and Ashley did an out standing job editing them. I litterly can't Express how wonderful they turned out and how happy we are with them. I can't even narrow down which ones I want to have printed because I LOVE THEM ALL! We absolutely can't wait until they are able to capture our wedding day. If your looking for a photographer, checkout Ashley ice. You WON'T be disappointed I promise.

From the first meeting you have with Ashley she is all about you and helping you out with your special day whether that be creating a mock wedding timeline or hooking you up with other vendors that are going to make your special day shine. She truly has done it all for us.
Ashley, thank you for making Hannah and I feel so welcome during our engagement photo shoot. You took all of our ideas and really made them our own. I’m so excited for you to shoot at our wedding!

and it was always by Ashley Ice Photography! I know that she would be my top choice and was so happy that lead photographer Amber was available for our wedding date!
Throughout the process of signing the contract and scheduling our engagement shoot Amber and Ashley have been fantastic in their response, answering my questions and enthusiasm for what they do and most importantly my wedding. My fiancé and I were both unsure of the engagement photo process and needed the guidance of how to pose and before we knew it the time was flying by! We were both put at ease with Amber's direction and loved that we could include our sweet pup Molly.
I can't wait for our wedding day and knowing that our photography will be taken care of and will look stunning. I highly recommend Amber and Ashley Ice Photography!

ing a package, something just clicked. I immediately felt incredibly comfortable with her, which I would say is probably one of the most important things in finding a photographer. I’ve had several friends tell me how awkward it was when they took engagement photos, but Ashley made is so fun, comfortable and carefree. Not to mention we got INCREDIBLE photos with a great turnaround time! You know you’ve found the right photographer when they’re helping you put on a long, more complicated than it needs to be wrap dress in the middle of a parking lot in downtown KC. To some extent it feels like working with a friend rather than someone you’ve hired. Ashley is incredibly professional, and offers more help than with just the photography aspect of the wedding. I’m so glad I’ve gotten the opportunity to work with Ashley, and cannot wait to see what magic she makes happen at the wedding! If you’re looking for a top notch photographer in the KC area at an affordable price, you’ve found it!

a setting that I wouldn't take a second glance at, but she captures the beauty in a way that I could never imagine. She makes taking pictures more natural and has great tips on how to hide your imperfections. She's also great with babies! If I were to start from the beginning and choose a photographer, knowing what I know now, I would definitely pick Ashley (over and over again!).
I'm super excited for my wedding and can't wait to see all the beauty that she captures!
Ashley is simply amazing, If there was a way to rate her more then 5 stars I would! I met her at a bridal show last year and from that moment she has been nothing but considerate, ...
helpful, professional, and has made the whole process fun!
My fiance and I were nervous about taking engagement photos because we have never done a shoot before, Ashley made it fun and laid back and the photos are absolutely amazing!
