I saw another reviewer say that choosing Ashley as their wedding planner was the second best decision they made, besides saying yes to their fiancé - and I couldn’t agree more! From my very first conversation with her, I knew that not only did ...she have incredible attention to detail, amazing experience and vision, but she cared about our relationship and story. She was the only wedding planner I talked to during the vetting process who asked how we met and about our relationship. I truly felt like she cared about me and our love story.
Over the last five months - Ashley has done so much for me. From handling tough compromises with family members on different aspects of our wedding, to providing quick feedback and answers to questions or concerns, to sitting in on vendor conversations, to budgeting and vendor negotiations. She even sat with me for two hours on a weekend to map out what the lounge area for our cocktail reception would look like to make sure that we could stay within budget for rentals without compromising vision or function. If there was something that I was working on, she would often reach out to me and say “hey let me take that on” or “I can help with that”.
For those brides who are feeling overwhelmed with all that they have to do, Ashley brings a very practical and manageable framework to tackling both the big and small items of event planning. She also brings with her a large Rolodex of vendors that she’s previously worked with, and they’ve all been fabulous so far. She is extremely organized and thorough, so you can take a step back and not overwhelm yourself with all the small details.
Aside from all of that, Ashley is just an amazing person. She brings professionalism and levity, vision and experience to everything she does. I feel like I’m talking to a friend that I’ve known for years whenever we talk. Ashley just gets me. I feel so comfortable and confident with her by my side, and that’s allowed me to stay calm and focused throughout the marriage prep process.
I could not recommend Ashely more to any brides who are looking for wedding or event planning support - at any level!
